Negative experience: Called the day a property was posted on rightmove, was told they would call me back when property was available for viewings, called again a few days later to chase and told still no viewings available, called today and was told viewings are fully booked. Moving house is stressful enough without this.

James was a great help in assisting us, especially due to the difficulties of the renting sector at this time, and was great at communicating quickly to ensure we found a place just right for us!

Negative experience: Not the service you would expect of a big estate agent that says they are the best in the business. Staff are lovely and friendly but feel they either too busy or don't have enough training. My tenants said they love the property and would love to stay but dealing with the estate agent has been hard work and they have been put off letting. So they have moved in with family to save for a house. I could keep going but the one star says it all. Been dealing with Adrian's now and can't fault the service.
