Negative experience: I was informed and the advert said there was only a holding deposit then I get a email saying I need to pay a £1400 deposit the advert also never stated that I needed a guarantor very misleading which was a shame like dont advatise something then hit people with unexpected boundaries be carful.

Negative experience: Well yet again Southernbrooke have demonstrated their complete incompetence and I would warn Landlords before relinquishing your property to them . I have been a tenant of theirs for 13 years yesterday I was supposed to have a property inspection. Today I get a call saying they could not gain entry to the house ! This is not the first time , nor the second time or the third in fact I have lost count because they have only ever had a back door key …… it’s on the inventory for the property. Now I am expected to to allow them to inspect the property at their connivence after their in incompetence !

Negative experience: This company are dishonest. I went to view a property with Paige ad was told i would have first refusal. I called back in less than an hour to speak to jamie and pay the holding deposit. BOTH times i got through to them and then they just hung up the phone on me and never called back. In light of this i emailed Paige as she was obviously working as she was doing viewings. She did not reply until this morning stating that i didnt get back to them so they cant offer the property to me even though i had ade multiple attempts to contact them. Disgraceful company

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend. They ignored my email & call, nd when I finally managed to speak to a random agent, they took my details with a promise that dedicated person would give me a call back. They never did!! It's frustrating as I've been looking for a rental property for two years now as they get snatched immediately. It's impossible to even get a viewing if the estate agents are unresponsive and ignorant. They don't care at all.
