Fantastic experience: Massive shout out to these guys, specifically Charlotte and Ffion. I’m a first time buyer, and they were super approachable, very friendly and Ffion was so good, that she even personally altered her schedule to fit in a viewing for me when timings went haywire. I cannot recommend them enough!

Negative experience: An appalling experience with Cubitt & West Chichester. Our property was marketed with an incorrect description, communication was poor, and we had very few viewings over seven months. On one occasion, the wrong key was taken to a viewing by the estate agent, meaning a buyer couldn’t access the property and we potentially lost a sale. Most seriously, Cubitt & West lost our keys. We were initially handed someone else’s key and later told ours had been lost, creating a serious security risk. Only a replacement key was offered, so we are now in the process of changing the locks & covering this cost ourselves following advice from our insurer. We also lost out on a prospective house due to miscommunication and poor handling. I would not recommend Cubitt & West.

Fantastic experience: Katie assisted us in letting our property quickly and efficiently. She kept us up to date with each stage of the process and made it a very stress free experience.

I met Ffion Todorov who immediately took my enquiry seriously and agreed to show me round the property on the spot. I asked her to find out a few things for me before my return visit . I was absolutely amazed and impressed by her thorough and professional approach to my questions and she came to the next viewing with a folder of pertinent and and extremely careful research into the property and the surrounding area, including pricing for a few items which would need immediate attention. Ffion's diligence was quite extraordinary and I would like to thank her for this. Fantastic experience: My experience with Cubitt and West, specifically Katie Sheridan and Abbie Tallack was exceptional taking out a significant amount of stress moving to a new area! I thought selling was stressful and didn't expect the rental market to be such a challenge. I went to all the estate agents as advised when going to a new area and these guys were head and shoulders above the rest. Specifically – 1. Took real time to understand my circumstances, what was a must have, where's decent and where not which as an outsider you don't have a clue so are very much in you agent hands, Spent time, listened, educated me on areas so their recommendation met my needs spot on. 2. No nonsense, straight to the point and tells you what is fair price or not etc, their approach gave trust immediately. 3. Most important landing me the best property I have rented, meets all needs and surpasses some all within budget. I can save you a day of your life if you listen to this review, engaging 9 estate agents is time consuming so don't bother and just go to these guys first. Thanks to Katie and Abbie the 'dynamic duo' who made a stressful situation very easy with no fuss.

Positive experience: Both Abbie and Katie on the Lettings team are extremely attentive and professional, and managed a super quick turnaround in finding replacement tenants for me. The property management team is however not always as responsive. They will typically address concerns, but it can take a while.
