Fantastic experience: Last year we completed on a purchase of a house marketed through Tod Anstee. Nick, Angie and the team were very professional in every respect, and willing to go to some lengths to accommodate our search. Positive experience: We were pleased with the final sale of our home - it took over a year but that is no doubt more about the market than the agent selling te property. The photos / brochure were very professional and some time later a "lifestyle" video was made to assist the sale which again was very impressive. Negative experience: Like getting blood from a stone ! Had a property I wanted to rent ..made numerous enquiries..emails..phone calls.dont expect them to contact you ..you will need to follow up your own enquiry..told I would get a what's app video walk around. Never happened. Told he had 3 applications on his desk he would let me know If they didn't go through..i assume they didn't as the property is still listed on rightmove and there own website have I been contacted..no..deposit waiting. If this is how they deal with things I can only suggest it was a blessing in disguise!!

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional service, I was strung along for over 3 months and nothing at all came from it other than lies and false promises. I wasn’t kept updated whatsoever, there was a complete lack of communication and I was left waiting for months on end for houses that were never available and never came to be. I would not recommend using their services, I have since used the services of other firms who had an easy and quick procedure without confusion and awful communication.
