Fantastic experience: I am a leaders tenant. Recently had to report a water leak in the kitchen. I'm elderly & not very good with the fixflo reporting technology. Tino from Leaders was absolutely brilliant at guiding me through the steps. She kept me in touch at all stages of the repair process & liaised between me, the contractors and the fixflo team. Fantastic experience: I am currently in the process of moving into a property using Leaders as the estate agents, with Darcy being our lettings consultant, and i cannot recommend her enough. She has been absolutely wonderful! Her customer service is impeccable, any questions or queries we have had has been responded to promptly and resolved instantly. She has made this usually stressful situation completely stress free, we feel extremely valued and optimistic about our future with Leaders all thanks to Darcy. She has gone above and beyond what you’d normally expect from a lettings agents, and is an absolute credit to the company.

I’ve had to look for a flat last minute due to work changes that is being made. Before accepting this offer from Tess ( Leaders) we already put in an offer for another flat and to say the least I was very disappointed lack of communication and very unprofessional. Fantastic experience: We have been liaising with multiple branches across the Leaders group but the Chichester branch have by far been the best. We have been dealing with Tess and she has been utterly fantastic. We have had lengthy phone calls which she has not rushed and has happily take the time to explain things multiple times that I did not understand. We are relocating and looking for a property in the area, so viewings are difficult. Tess has facilitated video viewings which have been clear and informative. I wasn’t sure how I would feel not seeing the house in person but I honestly didn’t mind this and felt reassured when Tess gave us a tour and answered our questions. Whilst we are yet to secure a property which is an equal measure of matching our wants and needs and having the move in date align, I will continue to work with Tess to hopefully find the perfect property. Highly recommend

Negative experience: at the start they were great then we changed property manager and it made our life hell we started from allways getting our issues fixed to not even getting a phone call back when we were left without electric for over 10 days really poor services. Then at the end of tenancy they attempted to charge us to replace the laminate in the kitchen, a window and alll the carptet which was already damaged when we moved in luckily we took photos of the moving day to challange this then we had no cantact regarding our case and in the end we had to get in contact with the regional manager to sort our issue which led to an investigation in the chichester office. The worth part of all of this was the fact we were paying into a 0 deposit option which was sold to use that they use this money to help pay for anything that needs to be done at the end of tency like cleaning, small repears, etc however when we came to the end of tenacy we were told that this wasnt the case and it was just to pay towards there subscription service. So we ended up paying more than what the deposit would have cost with 0 benifits. PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH LEADERS

Fantastic experience: We had been searching for ‘pet friendly’ property for a long time and we were struggling . As soon as we found one through leaders chichester, Tess was on it , she speeded up the process by calling the landlord quickly and made sure that we were top of the list . She was able to secure our tenancy and helped all the way through . Frequent calls from us were answered and we were kept informed every step of the way , Tess helped with the electronic form filling and used her initiative when we encountered a few obstacles. Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness! As someone that’s rented properties before with other estate agents, nothing compares to leaders. I had the pleasure of being shown around the property by the lovely Darcy, who then for every step of the journey from the viewing to the keys, looked after me thoroughly. The attention to details and the care and thought that both Darcy and Leaders as a whole bought to the table is unbeatable. Couldn’t recommend more even if I tried!

Edit: lowering star rating, since I left the house I have been chasing the deposit, was confirmed I'd get the full amount back, but I sent an email asking if they can give me a time frame, even if its just an estimate, no reply, asked again, no reply, called them, said he'd call me back, nothing. It's sad because up until this point they were great, the final steps sucked though.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful service, avoid at all costs! This establishment has bullied, threatened and outright lied in pursuing a fine of £50 for leaving a poorly managed property without changing the batteries on the fire alarms - yes that’s £50 for 4 AA batteries. To make matters WORSE we were told that the situation had been resolved by a member of staff on the phone and the case was closed weeks ago… Without warning we were told that we would be pursed by debt collectors and taken to the adjudicators if we did not pay the fine which we were told had ALREADY been resolved. Charging £50 for battery replacement is absurd BUT how it has been dealt with by Leaders has been outright disgraceful, causing much unnecessary stress and anguish. Zero care or consideration for tenants. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Negative experience: Haven't had hot water for 2 months now. Leaders in Chichester repeatedly promise to help but do nothing. Alexandra especially has been most unhelpful. Seems like they're happy to treat tenants as inhuman while breaking the law. Will be raising our case to the ombudsman and seeking damages from leaders.

Negative experience: Disgraceful. No consistency with staff. Appalling customer service. Told three different things from three different people resulting in a charge that was completely unjustified - £50 for smoke alarm batteries!? We left a property in August last year and we were told over the phone by an employee that we didn't owe any money on fire alarm battery replacement only to be chased for it months later with threats of it going to an adjudicator if not paid. Tried to phone the office multiple times to ask them to review their supposedly recorded telephone conversations only to be fobbed off continuously. What a joke.
