Fantastic experience: We have a property in Keston & for differing reasons have taken the decision to let on a number of occasions. Robert Vincent were recommended but initially we were slightly reluctant believing an agent with a large branch network & affiliates would ultimately be the preferred route. As a family-run business, they have built a deep understanding of the local area and maintain strong relationships with local tradespeople and professionals. This was helpful for both ourselves and our buyers when we required jobs to be completed. From the very start, Vincent made it clear that he would support us with anything we needed. Selling my family home of more than 50 years was incredibly emotional, but Vincent was kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He also offers services that many other estate agents don’t provide. The house needed to be cleared, and Vincent arranged the clearance on our behalf. It was reassuring that he recycled as much of the house contents as possible, with furniture going to people in need. He went above and beyond to help move the sale forward, spending many hours at the property with our buyers’ builders to help facilitate the process. I truly felt that Vincent cared about the house and treated it with genuine kindness and respect.

Fantastic experience: My son and I used Robert Vincent Estate Agents earlier this year. They were so easy to work with and went totally out of their way to get the best price for the house we were selling. They were always available to discuss anything and would call straight back if the line was engaged. I don't usually have much time for estate agents, having worked with quite a few in my job over the years. However both Robert and Vincent were a breath of fresh air, always polite, friendly and totally honest throughout the transaction. They also put us in touch with a great and reasonable moving company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for both house sales and purchases.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Robert Vincent Estate Agents highly enough for all their help in selling my late father's house, they were with us every step of the way from initial valuation through clearance and viewings to offer and completion of a successful sale. From the initial valuation of the house, through it's clearance and tidying of the garden to get it ready to market they were only a call away. They dealt with every issue extremely professionally sourcing trades where needed for repairs and undertaking all the viewings for us. When a buyer was found they were available to them for every query and were able to get the sale through to completion without a hitch. A lot of agents say that they can sell your house but I'm not sure many are able to offer such a complete service as Robert Vincent, it matters to them as agents as much as it matters to us as sellers.

Negative experience: Worst estate agents! let a house to you then evict you 7 years later using repossession as an excuse to then re let the property to a new family at a much higher rental amount. We are the second family in a row this happened to after 7 years just thrown onto the street beware of their greed and lies you can’t trust them.

Fantastic experience: The term 'going the extra mile' is often seen to describe the service offered by organisations but rarely can it be seen to happen as in the case of Robert Vincent Estate Agents, who on discovering that their buyer, through no fault of his own, found himself temporarily homeless and was forced to sleep in his car, took him under their wing, offering him access to their bathroom and shower, finding him temporary accommodation and even buying him a quilt to ensure that he was warm. This was not some shrewd business ploy but the true act of people who really care about others. What more could you ask for

Negative experience: Unprofessional bullies. Used to be in liquidation, says it all really! very shady practice. Friends with landlords and make things up to steal peoples deposits. Such a shame as i used to reccommend them all the time. Now i honestly feel guilty for doing that as they have now shown their true colours. Oh don't full for the good cop bad cop routine. They are all extremely dodgy with bad morals and bully boy behaviour. I wont rest until I right the wrongs i did by reccommending them to people.

Negative experience: Greedy Landlords....I was a Tennant for 7 years. I am a single mum with 2 young boys and a disabled mum. After 7 years the rent increase was over £500 monthly, i refused to accept this high increase but did accept some increase. I was told they was selling the property and i was given a section 21. I had built up a life after 7 years of living there with schools doctors work ect. If you rent a property from these beaware they are greedy landlords, they DID NOT sell the property i was living in, they just rented it out again for more money. The deposit i paid 7 years ago was supposed to go into a rent deposit scheme, never happened, it went in 1 year before they evicted me, obvisously this was a planned action knowing they wanted to evict me. What is frustrating is they way they lie to save face. I would check everything you are told because not everything is the truth. Greedy Landlords..
