Tempting as on-line estate-agents might be ( the fees are attractively low) most of us forget that much of the work an estate agent does is after a buyer has been found . Steve at Langford Russell was professional, quick to respond to calls or emails and kept us informed of where we were in the sale process . We lost our first buyer after nearly 4 weeks but Steve quickly found a replacement buyer the same day . He was supportive of our new buyer and helped the sale go smoothly and efficiently. The fees are certainly higher with a high-street agent but I’m convinced that without Steve’s input we would not have achieved the sale price that we did . Recommended.

Negative experience: This branch of the company is giving the whole of the company a very bad name! I paid a total of £5,940.00 for a very sub standard service and I'm very cross! How they justify this amount is beyond belief!!! From the very start they got my details badly wrong and from there on the service went quickly downhill. I will be pursuing this further.
