Negative experience: Viewing booked and confirmed by George, but no one turned up. I had to call repeatedly to get an answer, only to be told a manager had “tried to contact me”, which is untrue as I had no missed calls or messages. I was promised a call to rearrange the viewing for the following week and never heard anything. Called again and was assured someone would call me shortly. Two weeks later, nothing. I’ve since submitted a formal complaint and haven’t even received an acknowledgement. Wasted my time attending a viewing that was never going ahead, followed by more time chasing. Poor organisation and even worse communication.

Negative experience: Not only was our property in a horrendous state when the tenants moved out but Fox & Sons showed no interest in accepting any responsibility even though their routine inspections had completely missed how badly the property was being looked after.

However, recently during the sale and purchase of my new house things became complicated, frustrating and would have fallen through if it hadn't been for Sophie. Sophie was able to reach the top of the chain and keep me (and the chain) fully informed when other Estate agents were unable to, she liaised with the solicitors and other Estate agents obtaining updates, pushing and progressing things forward. She even listened to me when I felt like things were about to fall through. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Lydia and Catherine from the Salisbury branch for their help when my husband and I were looking for accomodation. We are ever so grateful for their friendly and professional conduct.

Negative experience: Very negative experience. Arranged a property viewing with Amber over telephone, she took all my details and even encouraged a meeting with their in-house mortgage advisor. On the day of the viewing, I found a SOLD sign outside the property and no estate agent in sight. I called to clarify whats happened, only to be informed that the property was indeed sold earlier that week and that no one had even bothered to ring me to cancel the appointment. Amber never rang me again to apologise for the misunderstanding. Very unprofessional. And a huge waste of time!
