Negative experience: I applied to rent a house with my son through this agent. We were subsequently turned down with the excuse that my son could move out, despite the fact that my son would be named on the contract with me and would live with me while we try to sort ourselves out in a year. So therefore we would be breaking contract if my son moved out. Which either the landlord didn't understand or it's a lie. Subsequently I then received a letter from the post office with our application form inside that had been found loose in the post. This is in contravention of GDPR as it had our salary details, employer details, address and phone numbers on it! I would not recommend these agents to anybody.

When needed Charlie was always available and used his priceless knowledge and experience to navigate us through. This is the second time we have used Charlie. Buying off him and selling through him.
