Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful and professional from the outset. Contacted Jacksons who came out the same day to value the property. They provided lots of helpful information on selling the property and on the property market in the local area. Their marketing of the property was superb. Photos and videos were produced within days and uploaded to all leading property sites, zoopla etc. As I was not in the country when viewings started Jacksons handled everything. I could see the status through their online app and they also kept me updated with calls and messages at all stages. The property sold quickly and at close to the valuation thanks to Jacksons professionalism. 10 out of 10 for all the staff at Jacksons, I couldn't of been happier with the service.

Fantastic experience: Alex Sidman of Jacksons is a no fuss no frills kinda fella. I put in an offer at the asking price and he was straight on to the Vendors and back to me promptly with an acceptance. He monitored progress but was not pushy and applied leverage when it was needed. The property particulars including the video gave a real time expectation for the buyer. All in all a refreshingly mature and measured approach to what after all should only be a procedure but more often than can fall into either into a drama or a non-event. But however, not this one! My first experience of Jacksons but it may not be my last.

Fantastic experience: We had a very unique property to sell following the death of a friend. From the beginning, Jacksons took a very personal interest in positioning the property, keen to find the "right" buyer. This took rather longer than we had anticipated, and 12 months on, we were a little frustrated that we were not getting to the right target market. Nathan worked with us to explore ways we could expand the pool, and keeping us updated with the market situation and advising when appropriate to consider price adjustments. In the end, following a price move, the perfect couple found us! This was not without issues as their sale fell through a couple of times, but with support from Jacksons, we kept the sale live and now we know that the house is in the right ownership and everyone is very happy. Fantastic experience: Even with very challenging sale conditions, land registry issues, and difficult vendors, Jackson’s team have been faultless. The WhatsApp group set up as standard is a great help in communications and often provides answers before solicitors .In addition we always had a quick response to save using costly alternatives to obtaining vital information and chasing up on our behalf- other estate agents should take a look at how things should be done, this is gold standard.
