Negative experience: Oh very bad service. We had a viewing and that is it. They just ghosted us. We were very interested with the house and they have given us their advisor after 1 call they just ghosted us even the estate agent. I don't know if they are just are just freakin R but it is downright rude! Never again! Very unprofessional people! I would send out receipts of the emails that we have sent. They can just simply say we do not freakin want you but does not have the audacity to say so!

I moved furniture, took away unnecessary items in the house and garden. Negative experience: Attempted to rent a room from them, Agent was five minutes late with no message/call, when they arrived they told me that the room I was interested in was let already, this wasted 40 minutes of my time with travel, if someone had called ahead then this problem wouldn't have happened. Very, very disappointed.

Sam thought carefully about the specific aspects of the building, suggested a video to help people understand the layout and was realistic in his valuation. The sale was completed (during the pandemic) with a higher than estimated sale value. We are very impressed and have asked Sam to deal with another sale for us.
