Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the friendly and professional service provided by R&B. Maddie and Jared kept me constantly updated regarding the progress of the sale of my flat. Once R&B found a buyer, Tracey was very helpful and supportive, despite a few last minute hiccups (nothing to do with R&B).

Fantastic experience: The whole team, as many have already said, were excellent. Most of my dealings were with Jared who professionally and calmly guided us through the whole sales process, but thanks too to Tracey who was great to deal with for the final stages of the process, and of course Maddie.

Negative experience: I paid a holding deposit over 2 weeks ago for a rental, since then there had been lack of communication, they had problems with the app and they couldn't connect my rent password to the system. I was reassured that none of this was my fault and they apologised for the delay. I understand that a holding deposit can only be held for 15 days, so I asked for my deposit back because of how long I had been waiting for an update and no progression had been made. I had even gone out of my own way to try to get them to see my rent passport by screen recording everything on my phone so that they could see it from my side. The lettings agent told me that she would 'happily refund the deposit' and that there is no issue doing that. An hour later I receive an email to let me know that the deposit is no longer refundable and the blame of the delay had been pushed onto me because I didn't call back after receiving a missed call 17 days ago even though there had been emails from myself almost everyday since then. The lettings agent proceeded to argue with me over email. I emailed the lettings manager this morning with evidence who had no problem sending me my deposit back and replied almost straightaway, so all of this could have been avoided.

Negative experience: If you want a visual representation of how poor R&B are, see our sign that has been left for months after our contact ended with them. I don’t think R&B would be able to sell ice to an Eskimo! Their utter lack of professionalism and blatant lack of sales skills are some of the many reasons we wanted out of our contract asap. They employ random people to show houses and have absolutely no idea how to sell anything. We switched from R&B to YesMove, and within 5 days our house sold for asking price! If you want your house sat on the market and loads of uninterested buying wandering through your home, choose R&B!

Fantastic experience: I have used R&B rental management services for nearly 10 years. The team have been great in managing my property, always keeping on top of any requirements, able to deal with issues via email promptly and efficiently. I have been able to run my rental property with minimal disruption to my work life, which has been key. Changes in circumstances means I am no longer renting out a property, however if I choose to do so again in the future I would definitely use R&B.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed on a house sold through R&B and they have been great from start to finish. From the old house valuation, and new house viewing with Lee, right through. Hannah sorted my application process, and was most helpful with my constant queries during the process until conveyancing started. I was passed over to Tracy who I think really kept things moving along. With weekly updates or questions from the other side, and nudging solicitors, to keep the ball rolling and momentum up. The viewers arranged were well briefed on the property and we didn't appear to have any inappropriate viewings made. Communication has been excellent and feedback from each viewing was constructive and timely. On receiving an offer, we had excellent advice and guidance. As the sale progressed, this communication continued. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending R&B. They know their market and they know their buyers.
