Fantastic experience: I found Houseclub to be a fantastic estate agent. The staff are friendly and positive. They were helpful and were always willing to suggest changes. It felt like a very personal service every time I rang, as whoever I spoke to knew me, my house and where I was up to with the sale. I could tell there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes and despite being on the market for a while I never felt forgotten. John, the boss, also kept me well informed of current market trends and policy changes like the stamp duty changes. If I were asked where they could make improvements I don't think I could come up with any so well done.

Fantastic experience: The team at Houseclub were recommended to me by both members of my shop’s community AND the gentleman who deals with my commercial property needs. I had a nightmare sale that fell through that was poorly supported by JDG and was so utterly disappointed by that experience that choosing my next estate agent to work with was highly considered. I met with about 5 estate agents in total and Houseclub won my business because they were so present and easy to deal with. The human touch is so important in the world right now and they offered that in spades. This is the eighth house I’ve sold in the UK and the team at Houseclub were exemplary. Their pricing was also super transparent and fair. In the end - cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Everyone I dealt with at Houseclub was on the ball.

Fantastic experience: Houseclub have been absolutely incredible! Tom initially came out and valued my house. He was extremely informative and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Sarah took on my first house sale and was really helpful and quick to get the ball rolling. Within a week, she obtained full asking price before it even hit the market. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, our buyer pulled out of the purchase just weeks away from completion. However, the manager John took my call straight away and instantly put me at ease. By the end of same day, my house was on the market with viewings booked in shortly after. Within two viewings we had another offer. Cerys took responsibility of the second house sale and she saw this process through until completion. Cerys is an incredible asset to the team, I couldn’t have got through the process without her. She managed to get me full asking price and made the effort out of her hours to tell us the news. She was consistently in touch with me for any updates and was always at the end of the phone for any queries I had. We dealt with another estate agents for the purchase of our onward property and they were terrible. I could come up with a list the length of my arm with issues we had with them. I couldn’t believe how polar opposite Houseclub were. The agents as a whole are so knowledgeable and extremely personable making you feel like they are fully invested in the sale of your property. Fantastic experience: Sarah Haley who dealt with our purchase was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she super helpful, but she was really friendly to deal with, and replied so quickly! Having someone on hand to help answer any question definitely helps make the whole process feel easier. We had a few problems finding solicitors when we were buying our flat, and although that's nothing to do with the estate agents side, she still helped me with recommendations and chasing etc. I would recommend her and her company to anyone looking to buy.

Fantastic experience: We initially viewed a property through house club but did not get our offer accepted however when the property came back on the market we were contacted by John Harrison - this was to purchase our first home as well. The whole process from start to finish was made so much easier by the communication from Houseclub. If we had any concerns, they were dealt with promptly and we felt like they were on our side to support us purchasing the property. We have also had to deal with issues post sale with parcels being delivered etc and houseclub have been helpful with sorting and resolving these issues for us. There were a number of issue with the property including probate delays, transferring it from leasehold to freehold and the inevitable withdrawal of buyers before completion - none of which were the fault of Houseclub. And throughout the long process Houseclub were incredibly helpful and supportive, liaising very effectively with my solicitors and those of the potential buyers. Fantastic experience: Houseclub were with us from the first to last step, consistently doing what estate agents are supposed to do - but don't always - and more.
