Fantastic experience: I contacted Homes For You over 3 years ago when my daughter Alina was looking for a flat to rent with a friend Anni for their 2nd year at University Onwards. Initial coorespondence was excellent, Maria was very helpful and reassuring, Liam was also great and well the girls stayed at the flat for 3 years and recently handed their keys back at the end of a 3 year tenency. Liam was always great with the girld, resposnive and went that extra mile. As someone who has been a landlord himeself and used agencies for tenants in the past, I would definitely say Homes For You is up there with the best. Marie and Liam Kelly always go the extra mile to give you all of the necessary support and advice that you need to manage/lease a property. Liam even sacrificed a lot of his private time before going on holiday, to carry out a survey and produce the necessary documentation after giving him very little advance notice. Negative experience: i rented my property out through homes4u and have just received the keys back as tennent has vacated the property i have never in my life seen damage like it theres no way the property has been looked after why do you pay 50.00 a month when you dont get your rent on time or you get it in instalments !!!!!!!!!! then they allow your property to be destroyed and expect you to accept it and pay them for the pleasure my advise dont let them get their hands on your property .
