Kieran definitely listened to my specifications and my waffling when I tried to explain myself when I was extremely stressed. At no point did it seem like I was getting on his nerves and the back and forth put me more at ease. Negative experience: Martin & Co provide us with appalling service as tenants. Moved into a property in March which had glass fridge shelves hanging on by nails - yes nails. Despite this being a safety issue, 5 months on no replacement shelves. They don’t give a monkeys. Don’t follow up or challenge/chase the landlord. Don’t support us as tenants.
