We first began renting out our property with them in 2007, when they were just starting out as Wrights Lettings. When we moved to Australia in 2010, we really needed someone who could fully manage the property and all the issues that come with long‑term lets – contracts, tenants, repairs and safety certifications – and they supported us brilliantly throughout. We continued letting the property with them until 2025, when we decided to sell. Now as Wrights Residential, the team helped us get the property ship‑shape and ready to maximise the sale price, and guided us through the process with solicitors and tax advisers to sort out CGT. Even now that the property is sold, they are still helping us with final utility bills and council tax, which would be extremely challenging to handle from overseas. Over 31 years as a portfolio landlord has necessitated dealing with many rental agents and estate agents up and down England. Wrights have been easily the best to deal with. Their commission rates are very fair and the 5* service is top class. Adam and his team in Lettings are very efficient and pro-active in getting repairs, maintenance checks completed etc. My tenants of 20 years expressed their gratitude when we moved management across to Wrights after we had been failed miserably by another Trowbridge agent! I really enjoyed being able to chat instantaneously with Adam on matters over WhatsApp. I live overseas in Canada with an -8hr time difference, So efficient communication is my priority. in sales I recently had the pleasure of working with Naadia for a property sale. Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend these people at all!!... the state of the flat my brother is in and they do nothing to help fix it .. the landlord is a disgrace and wrights don't help at all especially when the tenant has learning difficulties! wicker hill flat should be condemned or at least make an effort to go in and fix the problems!!! reporting them to the relevant people and authorities!

Negative experience: Wrights Residential are crooks. They cheated me out of a property just before moving in, illegally re-marketed the property and announced it as let withing 24 hours raising suspicion this has been let to family or friends. They are currently under investigation for breaching laws and regulations so please do not go near them. They sabotaged my relationship with the landlord by spreading lies and feeding the landlord a false narrative, forcing the landlord to make a decision to not continue. I strongly advise you to not approach this estate agents as not only with They take your money but they will waste your time. They have left me homeless from their actions and not even the director seemed to care or take any action of this misconduct. I have raised this to the correct authorities and they are now investigating them. I've been informed I'm entitled to compensation and as a minimum they will incur a fine. It wouldn't suprise me if they get shutdown soon for their illegal activity so as a warning to any new potential customers please take your buisiness elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I was a tenant at a Wrights Residential flat for 7 years. I found that the estate agents were always pleasant people to talk to and happy to help when anything went wrong. They always gave plenty of notice for inspections or if they needed to access the flat for any other reason. A few times fixes took longer than I would have liked but this was down to the landlord rather than the estate agent so I can't fault them for that.
