Negative experience: We had 2 viewings with Ben on Saturday and we didnt like the properties as much as we thought we would. Because of this, he has now said we can't view anymore until our house is "SSTC" absolutely disgusting. Its making the whole process longer than it needs to be for no reason. Reply: Unfortunately I cant reply to your response. But as I said...our house is on going on the market this week. But now according to you thats not good enough. But don't worry i'll keep an eye on your customers and if I like a house i'll ask them to go with another estate agent so I can buy it. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Ben & the team have been great during the process of our sale and purchase - due to some complications (totally not related to Kingstons at all), it all took longer than expected and Kingstons were great at keeping us informed, talking to third parties and chasing up solicitors/housing association. We initially went for a local competitor who struggled to get viewings through the doors (for literal months) and when we did get some, the feedback was poor. Fantastic experience: We were in a chain with complex elements involved- Kingstons were very informative and proactively chased both ends of the chain as we were both buying and selling through them. We were on a timeline and needed a fast and reliable conveyancer- Kingstons advised us on an efficient and reasonably priced conveyancer who more than fulfilled our requirements. They also strongly advised us against using an online conveyancer to avoid hold ups and difficulty in obtaining information. Fantastic experience: We recently decided to move from Greater London Area to Wiltshire, and saw a property that was being marketed by Kingston's. Kingston's made the effort to accommodate a viewing on very short notice for the property, as I had decided to make the drive up to Hilperton later that week.
