Fantastic experience: Recently purchased my first house with Town&Country. Deborah, Tim,Alfie & Oli (and the rest of the team) are mega helpful and welcoming - no matter how whacky a thought you have. They have great knowledge of their industry and nothing is ever too much. They made the process so much easier from start to finish. Deborah would send a weekly update email every Friday, even when there were no updates she kept me in the loop through the whole process. If I had to pick a fault - it would be surprising you with a bottle of champagne on completion. Great for most people, but not everyone drinks. Overall Couldn’t be happier with everything, and will be using them again!

Negative experience: 0 stars if we could. T&C manage an apartment block on the Montagu Estate in Sandwich. We as neighbours and I’m sure the occupants reported a weak fence several months ago that was in the verge of collapse albeit only 4 years old. This, if collapsed, would have caused serious injury to any passing pedestrian. Despite numerous attempts to have this fixed, all neighbours have been met with either silence or excuses. Last week, one of their contractors who was dealing with another issue gently pressed on it and it collapsed inwards, although sharp wood and framework still protrude. Again silence and no team to fix it, therefore if anyone reads this and has an accident or injury Town and Country are the ones to bring a case against. I have attached photos

Fantastic experience: Alfie is fantastic, he has shown me several houses now and it is always so lovely to see it’s him when we turn up. He is always cheerful, professional and goes above and beyond to answer any queries I might have. He has the balance between friendly and professional just right and is such a genuinely nice person. He responds to emails promptly and has been a delight to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Fantastic experience: The second property I have asked Town and Country to sell for me, Tim is extremely knowledgeable on the property market locally, he won’t try to get your business by inflating the price of your home. House sold for just under asking price, within a couple of weeks. The communication from the office both whilst marketing and then progress chasing the sale were first class. If I have another property to sell locally I will 100% only be contacting Tim.

Fantastic experience: Town & Country were instructed to sell my late grandfather's house. While the highest valuation (£50k different to one just to give you an idea of the range) of 3 we trusted Tim and the team as they had done their research. The house was not priced for a quick sell but to achieve what it was worth whilst recognising it was a project. We had an offer within the first week of the full asking price! We were really pleased. We finally completed in April and really appreciated the customer contact from Tim and Debbie throughout to keep all parties up to date on progress and to keep things moving along. Can't recommend Town & Country enough!

Positive experience: Town & Country did sell our house- thank you! However we found that we weren’t always given the complete picture. We found that communication was high when we were looking for a property but when we were waiting on our buyers (the council- would not recommend if you want a quick sale), we had to be the ones to reach out frequently. Fantastic experience: From start to finish Town and Country were very helpful and professional. Alan came round to view and give a valuation on the property and explained how Town and County work. He was upfront with their fees and how everything worked and was very polite and friendly. As it was the first valuation I had booked he gave us time to get other valuations completed to be able to make an informed choice. I felt that Town and Country would be the most suitable after 3 local estate agents had been to visit. Tim then came over to take the photos and complete paperwork, and again was very friendly and professional. Alan was very proactive and managed to sell the property before it was even advertised online. They continued to remain very helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you for your hard work. Despite unforseen issues, Alan was very supportive, keeping ourselves and our buyers in the loop. An overall excellent team, who I have no hesitation in recommending for either sale or purchase.

Fantastic experience: We found a property we loved on the Thursday and we knew we needed to act quickly, we contacted Tim and Oliver and explained the rush situation , they acted extremely quickly, coming out to do a valuation and take the photos as soon as they could on Friday, by Sunday the property brochure had been done, the property advertised on Rightmove and Facebook, it proved very popular which led to viewings booked for the very next day and the first viewing led to an over asking price offer which we accepted. We were then in a position to offer on the property we found which subsequently led us to having our offer accepted and had us all moved in within 8 weeks and 10 days before Christmas which was ideal. Tim, Oliver and their team at town and country estates were an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish, they went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Our house was sold within 2 days of going on the market with T&C , after a great sales profile done by Tim. Unfortunately issues further back in the chain meant a long delay with the actual moving date, but we cannot praise Charlotte enough for the persistent chasing through the chain and continuous updates. She was fantastic throughout, and without her the stress wound have been much worse! Tim, Dominic and Olly were also very good, and the whole team at T&C are highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Town and Country were great from start to finish. We had a torrid time with one of their competitors when trying to buy a house in Westbury. Had to speak to the manager a lot to get even basic things done. Not at town and Country and our new home. Charlotte was our main contact and was helpful and empathetic. If all estate agent were people like Charlotte then buying houses would be a hell of a lot less stressful. The rest of the team were super nice and helpful anytime I needed some assistance. Fantastic experience: From the moment Tim came to value our property we knew we’d be using them to sell our home. Tim was really fair and upfront with his valuation and wanted to go to market at a price that worked for what we wanted and needed to achieve for our next purchase. His pictures were great and took into account the details of the work we had done to really help sell our home. Once we went to market we were then mostly in contact with Brad and Alice. They were both really professional and helpful. Brad especially really made us feel like our sale was personal to him and did everything he could to help market and sell our home. Once we had a buyer we had the even more difficult process of buying a house in the current market. Just as with selling, Town and Country went above and beyond securing us with our home, they knew that time was becoming an issue and the prices of houses were only going up and did everything they could to find us our perfect home for our budget and needs. They were always available when we had questions and really reassured us at times we were unsure it was going to go through in time due to further up the chain. We’re glad we not only sold but managed to buy through Town and Country, they really make you feel like your sale matters to them, they have a great team of knowledgeable and easygoing people in their office and would use them again if we were to move again in the future without a doubt! As first time buyers we had very little idea what we were doing and sadly after being let down by both our own and the sellers solicitors Brad helped us to get to completion by fighting our corner every step of the way. Communication is absolutely brilliant, we were treated with the up most respect and never felt belittled or silly asking any questions (which was a fear of mine being so new to the process!). Tim was very friendly and professional, giving us tips on how best to prepare for viewings etc, also very responsive to messages. Fantastic experience: The best estate agents In Wiltshire! Nothing was ever too much trouble & we felt thoroughly looked after throughout the entire process. Despite us opting for the worst solicitors, we were helped to overcome obstacles without it even being their problem to deal with! Wouldn’t opt to sell my house in the future with anyone but T&C. No service comparable in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I used Town and Country Estate agents ( Trowbridge ) this summer to obtain my first mortgage, spoke to a gent called Oliver Browning. I cannot thank him enough, Oliver was professional throughout the whole experience, polite and didn't speak to me in any technical jargon. Fantastic experience: I would like to respond to the review left 5 days ago from our old tenants. We are very happy with the service provided by Tim and his team and the quote saying its still on the market is untrue. Brad has sold our house twice since the tenants moved out in 3 weeks. The tenants were in there for 2 months whilst trying to sell and we had hardly any viewings and no offers. Town and country were working for us not our tenants and the sale is going through at rapid rate. The team have been nothing but kind and helpful to our situation and have continued helping with where we are living at the present time. Would recommend them all the way. Kirsty and Dave Westlake.

Negative experience: As someone at the raw end of the deal, landlord selling our rented property, these guys were awful. Every time they came round we had to ask them to wear masks. They never sanitised. They would try to give us less than our 24hrs notice for viewings. They tried to make us out as the bad guys to our landlord, saying that we were refusing viewings... Highly unprofessional and wouldn't touch them with a sanitised bargepole. Three months after we moved out, the house is still up for sale, it's also been slashed by £10000. Maybe it wasn't us after all.

Fantastic experience: We had a faultless experience dealing with Town & Country for the sale of our property. Tim was professional and attentive from start to finish. We had a valuation on the Wednesday and by the Saturday the house was sold before even reaching the market. As with most sales, there were a couple of small issues that cropped up along the way but these were handled and resolved quickly. We were kept up to date regularly with the progress of our sale from both Tim & Danielle and Tim went above and beyond to contact us with updated information or answer our questions even on his days off. They are competitively priced in comparison to other local estate agents and have a real friendly and patient approach which for us as first time sellers, was really important. Most of all I was impressed by the clear research and time he had spent preparing before our meeting and the valuation was spot on. It's clear they're an independent team and business which I valued when picking an estate agent with no up-selling to other services (which often happens with the larger chains). Overall, really pleased with them and wouldn''t hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: The experience of selling the house with Town and Country was really amazing! Oliver is literally a magician if it comes to negotiations between the buyer and seller. But not only that - we found ourselves in a very difficult situation at some point of the sale which led to lots of difficulties and Oliver managed to guide both us and the sellers through it in such a calm and professional manner that I am lost for words to describe how grateful I am for all his help. The whole agency is very friendly and everyone is extremely kind and helpful. Really recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We recently decided to put our home up for sale, we saw several estate agents when we came to market the house and one agent stood out from the rest. Tim came to visit us at was Passionate, motivated and driven to work with us and really set himself and Town and country apart from day one. The property was put on the market within 2 days; brochures, signage, online advertising etc. and viewing where flooding in thick and fast. A buyer was found in a much shorter time than we expected thanks to the brilliant work of the whole team at Town and Country. We haven’t been able to fault the sales process throughout its journey, which completed last week. Tim and his team have done a fantastic job, massively supportive to myself and our family along the way, no query, phone call, email was to much to ask for and you always knew you would get the answer you where looking for. I have met a number of estate agents in the area and Town and country have been the gold standard of them all.
