Fantastic experience: The Avenue have been extremely helpful and supportive with helping me find the perfect location for my first ever home! I am very grateful to have had the excellent experience from all of the staff that have helped me with this process! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We’re so grateful to be renting our first property with Avenue sales and Lettings. Jodi specifically has been so helpful, communicative and overall just lovely in general. This process has been made so easy with her help and I couldn’t fault a single thing if I tried. I would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very helpful and professional. I look forward to living in the property next year.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful and reassuring experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was so welcoming—it felt less like an agent's office and more like a friendly, family-run business. Nick has a remarkable ability to make you feel completely at ease and truly listened to. He understood not just what we were looking for on paper, but the sort of place we wanted to call home. His personal touch and local insight led us to an absolutely amazing flat. If you're looking for an estate agent in Weymouth that genuinely cares, look no further.

Fantastic experience: A truly refreshing experience from start to finish. In a world of impersonal, corporate estate agents, this office feels like a proper local gem. Dealing with Nick was like sitting down with a trusted friend who possesses an encyclopaedic knowledge of Weymouth. He took the time to genuinely understand our requirements and offered solutions that were thoughtfully tailored to us. Thanks to his personal approach, we secured a brilliant flat that ticked all our boxes. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough for a truly personal and effective service.

Fantastic experience: Jodi from Avenue Sales and Lettings has been fantastic in helping us to relocate to Weymouth, relocation is such a difficult thing to do and they have made it comfortable. I recommend to anyone looking at letting.

Fantastic experience: Avenue Sales & Lettings were incredibly supportive throughout my time searching for a property in Weymouth. They had brilliant communication throughout the application process and showed understanding when I had a short delay in acquiring one of my references.

Fantastic experience: Really happy I went with Avenue sales & letting. As a first time tenant they have made the process straight forward and exciting. The Communication has been Efficient and kind and I look forward to a future of letting under there caring management. Greatful to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: Good friendly service and helpful

Fantastic experience: The team are very helpful and very friendly. It was a great experience dealing with them.

Fantastic experience: I rented a property through Avenue and they were extremely friendly and helpful and dealt with several complications in a professional and helpful way.

Negative experience: We rented a property through Avenue for over 8 years, we had countless issues with mould in the property, which was never properly dealt with in both the bathroom and the bedroom. We ended up spending a huge amount of money trying to treat the issues with no success and felt we were treated unfairly on our departure.

Fantastic experience: Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avenue Lettings. Jodi and Grace are an asset to the company; friendly, extremely professional, with excellent efficient communication. My letting of a property couldn't have been more straight forward and quick. Thank you both, you have my everlasting gratitude. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Avenue sales and letting have been amazing ! I can’t fault them in any way, they really went above and beyond. I would call up almost everyday to ask silly questions or for updates but they were always so helpful and ready for whatever questions I threw their way. I’m so excited to be moving into my new home with my partner and I want to say a personal thank you to Jodi and Grace for all of their efforts in helping us find a suitable property and making the process smooth and as stress free as possible. I’d 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a new property. Thank you again guys !!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! Definitely recommend using Avenue Sales and Lettings. Thank you Jodi, Nick and Grace.

Fantastic experience: Stellar Service from Estate Agents Avenue Sales & Lettings - Weymouth. My experience renting an apartment through them was exceptional. They were professional, attentive and efficient throughout the process. Thanks to Jodi and Grace for a stress-free move! I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you guys! Massive thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the Avenue lettings team. 1st class service all the way through, kept me fully informed at each stage and made the whole process quick, painless and enjoyable. Recommend these guys for all your letting requirements. Grace is a true gem

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Avenue! Jodi and Grace were absolutely amazing. Quick viewing process and found exactly what we were looking For. 100% recommend. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: My partner and I were given a month's notice to move from our accommodation. After making Avenue Sale & Lettings aware of our situation, Nick, Jodie & Grace got swiftly into action and the next day we were already viewing properties. The team at Avenue worked tirelessly and in just a couple of weeks they managed to get us settled into our cozy new home. There are letting agencies and then there is Avenue that is a cut above the rest, so much so that brilliants comes to mind. Outstanding quality of service and professionalism. Thank you all so much! Your efforts are very much appreciated. Alina & Jack

Fantastic experience: My experience with Avenue Estates was excellent. For over three months, I had been tirelessly searching for accomodation suitable for my husband and me, reached out to several agencies, but only a few bothered to respond. Avenue Estates was one of them, and they efficiently helped me find a place near my workplace. The processing was quick, and I was able to move in within just two weeks. I highly recommend Avenue Estates to anyone seeking accommodation. Thank you Avenue Estates for helping us. Special regards to Jodi, Grace and Nick.

Fantastic experience: Jodi was really friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with their service when selling my property. Not only did they find a buyer quickly, but when some remedial repairs were required they shared their network of contractors to ensure prompt and good quality work.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Avenue Sales. Ben and Charlotte have been so helpful and really pushed the sale through by contacting the solicitors and estate agents further down the chain. They were in regular contact with me throughout the sale. They were excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant through Avenue Sales & Lettings for almost 3 years. I cannot express enough how amazing they have all been at Avenue, so approachable, friendly and never any delay in responding to any queries I have had. I would definitely recommend them for both tenants, landlords and people looking to sell. You will be in the best hands! Thanks again to all the team at Avenue!

Fantastic experience: Efficient, professional and personable, Avenue organised my new place with all the relevant information in days! Very happy, many thanks to all, especially Grace and Jodi, both a credit to their team.

Fantastic experience: The letting agents are friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you very much for the straight forward experience and securing an amazing property. Thank very much Jodi and Grace ☺️

Fantastic experience: Recently used Avenue for selling and from start to finish they was brilliant! Unlike some of the high pressure estate agents iv previously met / used i found them personable, kind, considerate, professional, thorough, hard working and showed brilliant communication throughout. Charlotte particularly went above and beyond what i would normally expect from an estate agent. Any time i phoned staff new exactly what was happening in the chain which i cannot say for larger companies iv used before. As a buyer i would prefer a property being sold with them over a number of the other companies. There has been absolutely no negatives and would use again if i ever move again.

Fantastic experience: We had a fab experience with Avenue and Lettings - on the sale and purchase of our new home! From start to finish they were professional, helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed. A special mention to Ben for selling and finding us our beautiful new home - Knowing exactly what we were after and securing it for us. Also to Charlotte for all her assistance and knowledge. Thank you all very much and if we ever to look to move again, we know who we will be listing with and hopefully buying through again! From Luke and Amy

Fantastic experience: Just completed our sale and purchase through Avenue… this is a stressful time but everything is made easy with Charlotte and Ben. They have a friendly approach which makes them very relatable and easy to speak to. Their expertise in this field helped us find our next home with ease. Recognising what our needs were, our tick boxes and criteria. Their communication throughout the whole process was faultless - answering all our queries every time. They set our minds at rest a lot! If you’re looking at selling or buying go to Avenue Estate Agents because they were so fantastic. Super pleased with your services and we can’t thank you both enough. Will definitely use you again in the future,.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Ben and Charlotte with the speedy sale of our property. Very efficient - thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with the team at Weymouth, they guided me with excellent customer care all through the process to get a house for my family. I recommend Avenue Sales and Lettings over and over again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, would highly recommend this company , Thankyou to Jodi and the rest of the team for finding us our lovely new rental

Fantastic experience: The Avenue sales and lettings team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond a 5* customer service and I would highly recommend their services to friends, and family. Jodi and Grace have made my journey to my new home calm, fully supported and attentive every step of the way. Thank you all for your wonderful support. Nicola Stewart

Fantastic experience: I have been with Avenue for many years now, firstly renting out my flat and more recently selling it. Throughout the entire process they have been a delight to work with and have always gone above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble and they are always cheerful and friendly and just generally great at their jobs. Have never been without tenants and the tenants have all been great. More recently during the process of selling the flat the sales team have been utterly incredible. Despite having to put the flat on the market more than once and having to put it back up for rent due to issues with lack of EWS1 form they still managed to get the asking price for me in a very uncertain market. Thanks so much guys, you rock. I would whole heartedly recommended Avenue Sales and Lettings.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and Ben sold our property, they were helpful and professional throughout the process we would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal professional and friendly advice and help from Charlotte at all stages of the process, from advising about the best time to put our house on the market to recommending removals companies. Ongoing liaison throughout the process when we would otherwise have been in the dark while solicitors communicated was brilliant. Invaluable intervention and support at all times. And she's lovely with it! Not forgetting Ben, whose support was also timely, helpful and valued.

Fantastic experience: Having rented several homes through Avenue over the last four years, I can honestly say that they are the best letting agents I’ve ever used. Unlike other larger letting companies, Avenue are quick to respond to issues, dealing quickly and efficiently with all tenant/landlord communications with a friendly professionalism that sets them apart. I heartily recommend them if you’re looking to rent a property!

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner have just moved into arebfirst place together today. All thanks to everyone at avenue sales and lettings. They have to be without a doubt the most professional honest and reliable letting agency we have dealt with . So from both of us thankyou so much

Fantastic experience: Charlotte was the agent who sold us our flat just over 10 years ago and we were so impressed with her, we did not hesitate to contact her again when we came to sell. She and all the team at Avenue were so helpful and pro-active - especially when our buyer had to drop out very close to exchange. Charlotte and Ben found us another buyer very quickly and we complete next week. You definitely get a personal service here and would thoroughly recommend them. 10/10 and thank you, Charlotte.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely room and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I liked the central position of the hotel too.

Fantastic experience: We chose Avenue to help with my mother's move as Charlotte presented as a very professional and caring person and would look after Mum's interests. She knew Weymouth well and so could recommend the location to potential buyers. I was not disappointed, she kept us informed at every stage, explained everything and along with Ben they managed to get a very good price for Mum's property and made a stressful process as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend Avenue

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and her team at Avenue were wonderful dealing with what turned out to be a tricky sale. Charlotte’s patience, determination, professionalism and the calm manner in which she overcame many obstacles went way beyond expectations. We have used other agents in the past but this was far and away our best experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avenue. Charlotte and team are the tops. Helen and Geoff Hedges

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being a tenant with Avenue sales & letting Weymouth for the last 3 years. Nick & Harry were consistently professional, honest, kind, understanding and always supportive. Jodi compliments their team work very courteously and professionally, they have every reason to be proud of their work. When I needed a new oven they didn’t hesitate, when fixtures have needed fixing they have acted on my requests immediately. Very human service at all times, I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ve moved out of area and they have continued to support me through that too, talking me through it, giving great advice & sending references immediately. Ben drove out to pick my keys up for end of tenancy, at a very and complicated and challenging time for me, no questions asked he was just there for me, Ben is Sales I’m told, so not even part of letting, but that goes to show how strong a team they are, supporting each other regardless, It just doesn’t get any better. Thank you Ben. I’m loathed to be moving but due to work commitment I must. Anyone getting a property with Avenue should see themselves as very lucky. They have maintained being very reasonably priced, even when other Estate Agents behaved like dead fish and gone with the flow! Hiking up rents to be unreachable for anyone! Nick and his team kept it real and stood out from the crowed, supporting their community by keeping rents as they were. No one could challenge their integrity and will, to support their community even during Covid lockdowns unpresidented challenges, they were there supporting us all still with advice, phone calls and emails. They are an outstanding Estate agent who aim to improve and give their community its dignity back and I feel they are winning. I hope you read this Nick & Harry as it’s all I can do and the least I can do. I wish you all the best going forward and Thank you for everything you do and did to support me and my son over the last few years, you made it easy and a real pleasure. Cheers to you all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, very informative and knowledgeable. Understood our needs and situation and dealt with us sympathetically. Kept us fully abreast of sale developments. I felt that they were a very good conduit between us and our buyer. Would thoroughly recommend. Charlotte and Ben did a great job.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We spotted that our dream home had gone onto the market at 21:00 on the Thursday night before we were due to travel on the following morning. We visited Avenue at 09:00 and Ben was able to schedule a viewing within the hour, long story short but we put an offer in and it was accepted within 2 hours. Since then Ben alongside Charlotte have been gold, they have updated with every stage, contacted us regularly, and "hurried up" the solicitors whenever possible. We cannot praise them enough for the first class service throughout, very highly recommended, thank you both.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a property from Avenue sales and letting. The service we received from Avenue Sales and Letting was excellent, very professional and friendly. Thanks especially to Ben for his very helpful support as we don't live in the area.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from start to finish. Ben and Charlotte were excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Just purchased a property through Avenue Sales & Lettings. Their professionalism and willingness to help were great throughout the whole process, especially as we are not living in the area. A special thanks to Ben and Charlotte. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Avenue Sales and Lettings for the advice, smooth process and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Would literally not deal with anyone else! I have let my property with Avenue Sales and lettings for over 15 years so if you are looking to let your property Nick and Harry are definitely the ones to go too ! They are so quick to deal with any problems and always enjoy a chat with Nick ! Charlotte and Ben are also amazing when selling your property, they are quick to chase anything when needed. Thankyou to you all for a amazing experience with Avenue Sales and Lettings ❤ Definitely 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte, Ben and the team were absolutely great throughout the whole process of selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept well informed at all times. Even when things got a little stressful and we were becoming frustrated, Charlotte remained calm, professional and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Charlotte and Ben. You are truly professional and knowledgeable about your work. I wish you both a good luck in your future endeavors.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend using Avenues. Charlotte and Ben were truly amazing. Throughout the whole process they were knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. Even when we got a little stressed they remained cool and professional and helped put everything back on track to a successful sale. They were by far the best estate agents we have used and I think the fact they put in so much effort with communicating with solicitors and other estate agents further down the chain made the difference between completing before the end of June (and the stamp duty holiday deadline) and maybe losing the sale.

Fantastic experience: The experience with Charlotte at Avenue was a joy from start to finish (6 months) It was a tricky purchase and she remained positive, professional and very responsive throughout. Her experience and knowledge were evident and she held our hand through the whole process. All the things you hear about estate agents “unresponsive, dishonest, sharks” etc couldn’t be further from the truth. Charlotte kept in touch on a regular basis just to keep us updated and informed and was always available when you needed her. A rare find! We briefly dealt with colleague at Avenue and without exception they were all helpful, friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: What a star Charlotte was. She kept us up to date with everything going on and steered us through a less than ordinary sale. All the other staff we spoke to when she wasn’t there were totally professional and responsive too, passing messages on when necessary. We cannot rate Avenue highly enough. If only all Estate Agents were like them.

Fantastic experience: The sale journey has been a real roller coaster, with anticipation being thwarted by disappointment more than once by prospective buyers. This last year or so has proved particularly difficult in so many ways but Charlotte and Ben, and the reast of the team, have been nothing but brilliant throughout. They have been there through the highs and lows, always with just the right words and plenty of support. Highly professional yet such a warm, appropriate and personalised service. A true person centred experience; an agent who remembers that they are there for you and commissioned by you to sell your property. I cannot recommend Avenue highly enough; an approachable, professional and knowledgeable team who go above and beyond to give exceptional value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to put myself in their hands again.

Fantastic experience: Great letting agency, friendly, professional people looking after us and the property. Hugely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: A very professional attitude Charlotte and Ben could not have been more helpful, well done

Positive experience: Property not on website!

Fantastic experience: Avenue Sales & Lettings are by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. They might be a “fledgling” estate agent but they could definitely teach some of the more established estate agents a thing or two. Their fees were not the cheapest and non-negotiable but you are getting what you paid for. They took time to get to know our reasons for selling and are currently assisting us through another sale. We were selling my husband’s property and our house. The sales process was followed through and we were constantly updated. They were patient when I asked them multiple questions throughout the transaction. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. Unlike other estate agents their level of service remains right through to completion of the transaction not just up to the point when the offer is agreed. Anyone thinking of selling, especially in the town centre and harbour area should not consider any other estate agent than Avenue Sales & Lettings Professional, Proactive & Personable

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Charlotte and the team at Avenue. Excellent service and communications throughout.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Harry exceeded all expectations, introducing me to a property that was above and beyond what I thought would be available. Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful and very responsive. Really couldn’t be happier if I tried! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Have just moved out of a short term winter let, and haven't needed to rent a property for years, and was a bit worried but Nick and Harry were top marks and made it a great experience! I would rate them 6 stars if I could! Harry always responded to my emails straight away. My check out was out was smooth and easy. Getting my deposit back appears to be straightforward and easy and due in my account in next few days The landlords and property in Wool were also top notch! Would definitely recommend this agent

Fantastic experience: After our property being on the market for nearly 12 months, we decided to move agents and go with Avenue - what a cracking decision that was! Within a very short amount of time we had a fantastic new set of marketing material which encouraged a steady stream of viewers. Charlotte and Ben were incredibly professional and communicated with us every step of the way. If you're thinking of putting your property on the market and want that professional, personal touch, look no further! Thank you Avenue for making the process and stress free as possible.

Fantastic experience: Iv just bought a property from Avenue Estates, I initially was dealing with Ben on my search in Weymouth and I am new to the area and I found Ben exceptionally friendly, professional and really listened to what my requirements were. The property I purchased was being sold by Charlotte and again she was very professional, friendly and put me at ease in dealing with all queries. The sale took longer than anticipated but this was no fault of Charlotte, we are just living through exceptional times. Charlotte and Ben kept me up to date throughout the process which i found very reassuring. I cannot recommend both Charlotte and Ben highly enough, I certainly will use them in the future. Thanks so much guys, 10 out of 10 from me! Jo Redrup

Fantastic experience: We bought our property through Avenue Sales, they could not have been more helpful. Always easy to contact, very responsive and even helped us find temporary accommodation between sale and purchase. I would definitely use them to sell in the future. All members of staff were lovely but we mainly dealt with Charlotte who was amazing!

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Charlotte and the team at Avenue Sales and Lettings. Charlotte has been highly professional throughout the process. This was our first time selling a property. She guided us through the process in detail and set out the options using her knowledge and expertise. She recommended an open day which suited us with 2 small children and arranged beautiful photos and marketing information. We were over the moon to receive multiple acceptable offers after the open day. This was thanks to all of her hard work marketing the property and lining up serious potential purchasers prior to the open day. She kept a look out for properties for us to move in to and flagged up and showed us a few that matched our requirements that were new to the market. She worked tirelessly not only on the sale of our property but also on our onward purchase which was through another agent. She really took the stress off of us by chasing up other estate agents and solicitors in the chain and keeping us regularly updated. It was a complicated and complex chain and she did a brilliant job in pulling it altogether. She always had a smile on her face even though it was covered by a mask (COVID) and was always extremely willing to help, friendly, approachable and personable. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Charlotte and the team at Avenue to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte demonstrated the utmost professionalism from our first valuation meeting to the conclusion of our sale. We actually sold the property before it went on to the market as Charlotte has such a detailed knowledge of the harbour market and awareness of prospective purchasers. Charlotte was always clear in her communication with us and was always easy to get in touch with for updates on the sale, even in the midst of the pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I have used Avenue Sales and Lettings for a number of years for helping me with properties in Weymouth for lettings and sales. At all times I have found both teams exceedingly helpful from finding, managing and replacing tenants to organising the sales of a property for me. Recently they have helped with the sale of my flat, finding a potential buyer and organising the sale through to completion. Any request for assistance, clarification or help has always been handled quickly and professionally with guidance being offered when and if appropriate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Avenue or using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank both Charlotte and Ben at Avenue Sales for recently selling our house, both have great knowledge of the local area and dealt with our lengthy sale with ease ,we had every confidence from start to finish with their professionalism and we were always kept upto date with everything that was going on , I would recommend anyone looking to sell their property to use Avenue sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again ,Steve and Irene

Fantastic experience: We sold our house through Avenue at the first viewing - and they had more lined up. Fantastic service, they kept in contact throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Found an excellent buyer very quickly and negotiated a good price. An all round very good experience and would recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of Charlotte at Avenue. A lengthy and complicated purchase made bearable by her professional, empathetic support throughout. Ensuring everyone was kept fully up to date and staying engaged throughout the entire process, liaising between solicitors to facilitate wherever she could, definitely the best estate agent I have encountered.

Fantastic experience: Having just purpchased a property via Avenue Sales and Lettings, I wanted to share the experience that I have with the company and in particular our agent Charlotte. From start to finish, she was professional, diligent, attentive and above all incredibily appraochable and thorough. It made the whole experience seemless and I wouldnt think twice about using anyone else in the future!

Fantastic experience: Charlotte has been very professional from start to finish and stuck with a tricky sale through thick and thin. Great communication throughout. I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: There is so much that is excellent at Avenue. Surely there can be no person better at their job than Charlotte, she appreciates the benefit of excellent photography such that their listings on Right Move literally jump out of the screen. Her property descriptions are impeccable and her attention to detail throughout the whole sale process was second to none. I initially sought the view of 3 selling agents, including Avenue as represented by Charlotte. The two other high profile agents failed dismally so I chose Charlotte and not once throughout the whole process did she disappoint. She is no doubt supported by an hugely efficient and effective team. Wherever your property is located, you would be wise to engage Charlotte at Avenue as your selling agent, and enjoy the benefits of an individual who is not only hugely experienced and professional for whom nothing is ever to much trouble, but is absolutely charming !

Fantastic experience: They were excellent, they took all the doubts I had, they answered my emails quickly and made this process not stressful. The solicitors that indicated were 5 stars too and everything went smoothly and in the time they predicted. I loved the flowers they were very kind it was a nice touch. I recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: We have used Avenue a few times now with purchase & sale of properties & have always found them very professional and extremely helpful with both transactions!! Definitely a 5 star business!!!

Fantastic experience: Worked hard to get to completion, we had a few snags on route which Charlotte resolved. Good service.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Ben and Charlotte have been amazing with our journey to find our first home! They have been so friendly and supportive, and are just really down to earth and genuinely lovely people! They also respond really quickly, which is super helpful and makes house searching so much easier. Cannot thank or recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Love these guys soooooo much. Great landlords, really supportive
