Fantastic experience: We were purchasing through Parkers' agency in Poundbury. We found Parkers' performance very efficient and as we were the buyers at the bottom of the chain, it was important for us to be kept regularly informed as to progress further up the chain. In this respect, in the early stages, we were contacted by them at least once per week and later on more frequently as the need arose and particularly nearing the point of exchange. On many occasions we were called by the manager of the branch, which made us feel that our business was important to them. We had not purchased a property since 2004, and the contact with Parkers was friendly and informative which came as a pleasant surprise. We found that messages between us and the sellers were passed without delay through their office. Their representatives who showed us round this and other properties were pleasant and well-versed in regard to what their firm was selling, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
