Fantastic experience: As soon as i expressed an interest in a property advertised on the websites, It was very easy to book a viewing for the property. The agent responsible for doing the "show around" (Ross i think his name was) was early, very pleasant, and willing to answer any questions I had. He gave a walk through of all aspects of the flat, showing me not only inside, but also the space I would have access to on the outside.

Fantastic experience: Didn't end up moving into one of their places, so cannot comment on that aspect of the process, but was impressed by their friendly customer service, welcoming manner and the advice and information they provided. They were pleasant and as a tenant in this landlord's market, they still made me feel like a valued customer.

Negative experience: Hugely disappointing company. You just end up paying for utter incompetence.

Fantastic experience: Home Sweet Home have been managing my properties for 4 years and I trust them completely. I’ve never had an issue with any tenant they’ve found for me and they look after everything promptly, efficiently and professionally.

Negative experience: Enquired about a property on Nevis Park, Inverness and was told that no offers were currently being considered so proceeded to book a viewing. The property had been on the market since August 2022. Then surprise, surprise, two days before our viewing we were told that the vendor had received an offer and had accepted. Highly suspicious activity and stinks of some kind of "tip off" but I can't prove it. Wouldn't trust these amateur's as far as I could throw them. Buyers beware!!!

Negative experience: I had a virtual viewing arranged with Vicky recently, 10 or so minutes late she texted me that she doesn't have enough internet coverage for a video call but she can send me a video if that's ok with me. It was, but some time later when I enquired about it and requested application form she got back to me saying "I'm sorry someone has paid the reservation fee if it don't go ahead I will let u know". Would not recommend, especially that she did not mentioned at all that we can pay reservation fee to secure the flat.

Negative experience: I don't know what they take the money for. After viewing a flat, for over a month I've been asking them to email me the reference form, so that I could rent it. I've been emailing, calling and visiting they're office- the answer was always the same: will send it by tomorrow. Only when I threatened to contact the owner of the property and tell them why their flat is sitting empty for over a month, they send me the form. They also mentioned that someone else is already looking to rent it and it's not available anymore. I wasted a lot of my time. The owner lost at least a month rent. Feedback link of the agency conveniently didn't work and they wouldn't give me contact details to a manager to complain. Sub-optimal...
