During the recent viewing with Andrew, he was no-nonsense and provided all the information a prospective buyer would need when on site. He balanced this with just stepping back at the right time to let me make my own judgements and assumptions, avoiding the trap of calling a spade a spade when conducting viewings. Negative experience: Absolutely shocking of how they left my family in a mould infested house no ventilation whatsoever and now they are selling the property in that state but painted over and the floor absolutely rotting underneath our feet and to not even help us our health was effected by it and our nine year old son he was ill a lot of the time in that property of millburn square Inverness do not buy the mould infected property

At the onset I dealt with Andrea who met me at the property and gave me all the advise I needed to start the sale, from Home report to arranging a solicitor, she arranged everything. Then with multiple viewings Andy took over meeting and showing people around the property. Fantastic experience: First time buyers. No problems at all, helpful and responsive to our issues throughout the whole process. Had some issues with solicitors which the agents tried their best to help us with.

Negative experience: Was given a time for a viewing and when I arrived no one was there. Stood outside for 15 minutes and knocked several times before leaving. Emailed after stating what had happened and they claimed they were in the flat and I didn’t come - I stood outside the large living room window waiting patiently in clear view for an while incase they were busy. I was then informed the landlord had chosen someone else and they gave me a link to a different property to view. Very disappointing service and would have really appreciated just being told the flat had already been taken and that the viewing wasn’t needed. Not ideal as it wasted a large chunk of my day arranging transport to and from this viewing that didn’t happen.

The first sale fell through not because of Your Move but because the developer of our new house had to apply for retrospective planning permission which they still have not had and our buyers could not wait. Your Move acted very quickly and found us a new buyer and at an offer £10K more than our original purchaser!! We have just concluded missives and are all set. From the initial valuation to the final sale, Your Move have been professional, approachable and worked hard to get us good viewings and achieve all our goals. We wholeheartedly recommend them.
