Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Matthew & Graham enough for all of their help in finding us a property. After a few viewings, looking for properties/being notified of ones available, we were told about our now home, which had a small wait to move in, but cannot be more thankful for the hoops that Matthew & Graham jumped through for us, from start to finish with everything, keeping us up to date with progress and doing everything they could to help ensure all went smoothly. We had gone through Martin & Co Uckfield back in Lockdown too for a previous property & always had exceptional service from them. Thank you Matthew & Graham for all of your help in getting us into our perfect home!

Matt knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find me a suitable property. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again, although I hope I don't have to for sometime. Thank you for making a stressful time a little easier to cope with.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service, went over and above to secure my property and was stumped when I received a welcome box when I moved in - especially as it had an alcohol free beer in as they knew I don't drink as they took time to ask questions and get to know me a little. Sterling service!!

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd time using these guys, Graham, Matt and the team are as awesome ad they were last time. Communicative and clear in the process. Would heartily recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have rented privately for a number of years now and have dealt with a good few letting agents but none have been as professional or have taken as much time and care as Graham and Matthew at Martin and co Uckfield.

Fantastic experience: From a tenant's perspective, they are friendly and accommodating staff, nothing is too much trouble. They set the standard for letting agents.

Negative experience: Graham Pope tells lies to get your application money (297 pounds) says he will get you approved even when you have told him your situation. Don't deal with Martin & Co Uckfield

Positive experience: Typically average estate agents with little to no professionalism and/or charisma

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Gaby Rodriguez at Martin and Co. she is an efficient and well organised member of the team with excellent customer service. Thank you as always,

Fantastic experience: A warm welcome and treated as an individual. Advice given where needed and always there to answer any questions. Even after the tenancy start the agents are checking everything is ok alnd going that extra mile. Many thanks Gabriela Rodrigues Luis‑Ravelo.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient, found a brand new tenant within days. The team at Uckfield have all the management skills to remove any stress of the day to day running of your property. Who would not want to be a landlord with Martins.....

Fantastic experience: Having read such positive reviews about Martin and Co my daughter called in to see if they could help her to look for a suitable property to rent in Heathfield area having been registered with all agents in Heathfield for 2 months and not had any contact from any of them. She received a very warm welcome from the team and they were extremely positive with her and for the first time in two months she feels confident that they will be pro-active on her behalf. Well done Martin & co you certainly have the 'human' touch which appears to be somewhat lacking in this period of high demand for rental properties.

Fantastic experience: Martin & Co help us to look after our buy-to-let properties. They are incredibly efficient: they do far more than we pay them to do i.e. they certainly go the extra mile. They are unfailingly polite and courteous and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Martin and co uckfield were amazing through helping me and my partner setting up renting in a new property. Helping us every which way possible. Having dealt with a different branch who were not so helpful, I was pleasently surprised :) Thank you to the staff in uckfield. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, again thanks :) in particular massive thanks to Amy, very professional and made the move a lot less stressful

Fantastic experience: I never thought I'd say this about a letting agent, but Graeme Pope of Martin & co Letting Agents, Uckfield is efficient, friendly and helpful. He helped us to secure our perfect rental accommodation at a price we could afford, with the minimum of fuss. He's popped-in to drop off paper work or to discuss matters that the has landlord brought up, and has been proactive at coming up with solutions to minor issues that have arisen. As I have told him every time I've met him - he's too nice to be a letting agent! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner couldn't have asked to deal with a better team. In particular Graeme Amy and Paul who supported us in our first experince renting. Nothing was ever too much trouble through out and the team went out of their way to help us. A truely personal and proffesional service through out!!!

Negative experience: terrible service took £395 no refund kept saying they couldn't get hold of our accountant and lied to us for 3 weeks when the accountant had given them everything and then they re posted the property SCAMMING ROBBING B****** p.s we have now found a property with another company and all went through within a week

Fantastic experience: very good letting agents all went very well and great service . Honest people which is more than i can say for other agents.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst Person in business I have ever dealt with. Graham Pope. This man owes us just under £400. He knows that we have 2 children and a baby on the way and cannot afford to just 'give away' that kind of money for nothing. Yes NOTHING!! He lied to us about how much the rent would be. When he confessed it would be more than he said (hiding behind his poor colleague) we then said we cant rent this property as we cant afford the new price he has conjured up, and he refused to give us our deposit and references back, being incredibly rude and unprofessional down the phone to my husband. This was after he lied about the previous property we wanted and signed up to, having had 'no chain' then it amazingly fell through as the person they were buying from pulled out and we were 2 weeks away from being homeless! His colleague agreed with US that he was being awful and told us she was utterly embarrassed with his behaviour. We will not stop until we have our very hard earned money back, while he is sauntering around in his new suits and with his Waitrose shopping. Absolute crook! We will be Tweeting, Facebooking, and going to local newspapers. Everything it takes until we get ALL of OUR money back. THIEF!!! The word 'angry' doesn't cut it!!

Fantastic experience: An impressive agency!

Fantastic experience: Great letting agent! Very friendly and helpful staff especially the Manager Graham Pope. Made first time letting experience very simple and stress free. Managed letting contract that we were offered gave me complete piece of mind that my property was in safe hands as well as offering reassurance to my tenants. Martin & Co also sold my property for me, again they made it completely stress free. What makes the staff at Martin & Co Uckfield is their friendly nature and ability to understand each individuals personal circumstance. Would highly recommend them as letting agents and estate agents!!!!

Fantastic experience: We received a very efficient, professional and friendly service from the team at Uckfield. Lynsey was particularly helpful and made things run very smoothly with our house search and move. Prompt responses to queries and delivered everything that was promised. Highly recommended and a welcome and lovely change from other estate agents we've encountered. Well done Graham and team.

Positive experience: Very good service. All went very smoothly.
