Fantastic experience: I have been using this company for a period in excess of ten years. I have purchased properties, sold properties and used them as letting agents for the three rental properties that I own. I have no hesitation on giving them the five stars they deserve. Over the years of my dealings with Sarah, Harriet, Sadie, James and not forgetting Ellie the team have become a second family to me. They are efficient, professional and friendly in the way they conduct their business.

On two occasions the chains broke down, though this was never because of any change of heart of the prospective purchasers introduced by Taylor Engley, rather the problems were lower down the chains. Throughout this very protracted process and the many issues arising from the broken chains, the staff at Taylor Engley were at all times helpful and reassuring in a constructive way. Negative experience: Disappointing. Told us they didn't expect a property to sell for much when it sold for over asking so we didn't offer the full asking straight away. They allowed further viewings to happen as the vendor was uncontactable and then didn't update us at all. We made 3 offers and had to chase them everytime for updates.

We mainly dealt with Sarah, however the whole team were responsive, professional and had great customer service. Sarah in particular was always going above and beyond both with communications and with customer service. We were always well informed, particularly as we had a set of buyers who pulled out just before lockdown, and the quick acting of Sarah and Taylor Engley meant that we had several viewings as soon as we came out, with all measures in place to keep everyone safe. The empathy, understanding and personal touch were hugely appreciated, and these were married so well with keeping everything professional and answering any queries we might have. Fantastic experience: I can't praise the staff in general and Sarah and Jenny in particular. These 2 are so helpful with my property letting, that I wouldn't use another agent. Tenants found, references done and all paperwork completed in good time means that my properties don't sit empty for any time between tenants. The sales team have recently sold my elderly parents bungalow too which again was an excellent service at a very good commission rate. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Awful service ,our tenancy was cut short due to the landlord being unwell and as a result being put in a care home and selling the property ,turned out to be a pack of lies as I’ve just seen it up for rent again on Rightmove,will be seeking legal advice on this matter Absolutely Disgusting
