I was kept updated at each stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. Their marketing of the property was strong, with high-quality photos and a well-written listing that generated good interest early on. Viewings were handled efficiently, and feedback was always passed on, which I found very helpful. There were a few minor delays along the way, within the long chain, but these were handled professionally, and the team worked hard to keep things moving. In the end, the sale was completed smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I can’t thank Chelsea and Charlotte enough. A special mention should be made to Chelsea, who provided invaluable assistance throughout the process. While we encountered a few challenges, Reda, Charlotte, and Chelsea were all exceptionally helpful. Fantastic experience: Lara, Lee and the whole team at Bairstow Eves Elm Park have been incredibly helpful, understanding and efficient in their job of selling my property. From the very first visit to discuss going on the market, to the actual handing over of keys, they've helped to make the process as stress-free as possible and going out of their way to ensure everything moved along in a timely manner. Their office door was always open to me and I felt that they valued me as a client, always making time for any questions or concerns I had; even helping with questions I had about my ongoing purchase through another agency. They were always easy to get hold of on the phone or via email and dealt with any queries immediately. As well as being a friendly team, they were professional to the highest standard and I always felt looked after and that they were working with my best interests in mind. They were very mindful and accommodating with regards to viewings being held on my property and worked really hard to bring a high volume of serious buyers to view, ensuring there was no time wasted. Fantastic experience: We have received our house key ( RM13 7LJ)on 14th May & we are really really happy. We have always got top quality service from start to Finish. We have to specially mention Lee Dabey’s name because he is the best. He definitely deserves 7 star rating because he knows how to handle the clients stressful journey through buying process. He always communicated with us as well as both sides solicitors and whenever any issue arises he just jumped into it and solve it nicely. Our offer was accepted on January & received the key on May and he was always supportive on that period. We wish all the very best for Lee Dabey as well as his Bairstow Eve Elm Park Branch.

Fantastic experience: Lee has recently helped me with valuation on a house in Elm Park. We will definitely be coming back to us him and the team to put the house up for sale when we are ready.

Fantastic experience: I recently started looking for a new property and found the level of customer service and willingness to help us find out next time second to none

Positive experience: We had used Bairstow Eves over 7 years ago to purchase our first property seamlessly. So we decided to use them again to assist us with the sale of our flat to allow us to buy a bigger property. While initial dealings were professional, we cannot say that it carried on in that spirit. In fact it turned out to be a very lengthy and stressful experience with our agent Lee keeping communication to an absolute minimum. We were often unaware of what was happening and when we called the office to enquire, our agent was always on the other line with no attempts made to call back. In the end, as things were stalling, we had to do the majority of the leg work, communicating with all lawyers and third parties involved in order to get the ball rolling and come up with a completion date. No help whatsoever from our agent Lee, we had to coordinate all comms from all directions in the chain. Even our buyer expressed concerns with the agent’s lack of communication and action and as his mortgage deal was expiring, we had to act quickly. In the midst of all this, I also gave birth so sending emails to lawyers from the hospital when I know our agent should be assisting, was no fun and only added to the stress. Giving three stars because William and Lara were absolute stars. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and just amazing to deal with. Our broker Donna from the Hornchurch branch is worth her weight in gold. What an amazing, hardworking lady and so kind! She knows a lot and worked magic for us. You’ll be in good hands if Donna advises you.

Fantastic experience: Effortless sale thanks to Lee, Will & Lara in the Elm Park branch. Shout out to Donna in the Hornchurch branch too, very knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages! Thanks again guys, top notch work at very competitive rates.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service received from William at Elm Park branch. William is very professional and went out of his way to help with looking for the right house for us. If ever you visit the branch, know that you are in good hands ! Thank you William and the rest of the team in helping fulfil our dream.

Fantastic experience: Ace! Very professional staff. Main guy, Lee Davey.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Lee, Charlotte and Chelsea at the Elm Park branch for all their help and support during the selling of my house. They were very professional and always on hand to offer help when I needed it I cant thank them enough and wish them all the best for the future.

Fantastic experience: Bairstowe Eves are the best Agents in the market. I was looking to purchase a property at the height of the property craze in early 2022 and every other agent I dealt with provided a terrible service. Bairstowe Eves were open and transparent and assisted in ensuring the process was fast yet smooth, keeping me informed throughout the entire journey. They were also kind enough to follow up a year later and provide a valuation which was great. The entire team led by Lee were fantastic and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Charlotte was an amazing sales negotiator with excellent customer service and people skills; Chelsea was also great albeit my interactions were minimal however overall my experience with Lee, Charlotte and Chelsea is the reason I was able to secure my first property with no hiccups. I will be sure to go back to Bairstowe Eves in the future for my property needs. Thank you Bairstowe Eves!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Bairstow Eves in Elm Park were fantastic with helping me to sell my property, very informative & nothing was too much trouble, lovely staff who cared.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Chelsea, Lee and Charlotte!! My process (through no fault of theirs) has been a very long and at times very challenging one. The team at Elm Park have always kept me informed and went above and beyond to chase unresponsive solicitors to help this sale go through. Very grateful to the team and highly recommend them! Cannot thank them enough and would be more than happy to use their services again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the elm park office of Bairstow eves Lee Chelsea and Charlotte and also karl stock at their clacton on sea office on the great service that they provided and great network that the company provides as I could not make it back to London for the sale of my property between them they took care of everything for me and more would certainly use Bairstow eves again

Fantastic experience: Chelsea did an amazing job, has made my dad very happy with his first ever house. Excellent service and definitely coming back when we want another house.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Chelsea and the team at Elm Park. Had a great experience. She helped me find a property and has always been professional. I highly recommend her and the team.

Negative experience: Foarte dezamăgit

Fantastic experience: Having had a terrible experience with Haart, I was quite reluctant when changing agents. The team at Bairstow Eves Elm Park managed to sell my property on the first day of viewings, achieving my target sale price, and then going on to maintain/secure the buyers even during the COVID-19 pandemic. George & Chelsea were at all times available, professional & courteous.

Fantastic experience: The mortgage adviser I spoke to is full of experience. She is very polite, helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: Honest help at every step of the way! Dragan was great with the viewings. His honesty is admirable! I have no words to describe how helpful Vikki has been throughout the process. Her calm and collected approach helped me so much when things were taking time and authentic demeanour is a true asset to her and Bairstow Eves. The Hornchurch branch all in all, is really hardworking and they all have a real passion for their work. I can’t wait to work with you again!

Positive experience: The Elm Park team Charlotte, Matthew and Dragan were all courteous, supportive and enthusiastic. They arranged and hosted a lot of viewings of my empty house and advised me of anything I needed to do. Not 5 stars as a couple of hiccups when triggering their systems to take next steps. Thanks for selling my house guys :)

Fantastic experience: My agent was Charlotte, also got some help from Mark. I can only say WOW!!!! Charlotte was so patient and helpful through one of the most stressful processes I've experienced in my life. Me and my family are so happy Charlotte and the Hornchurch Bairstow Eves team are brilliant

Fantastic experience: If you are thinking of placing your property with an on line agent I can strongly recommend that you DON'T...we went down that route and basically wasted our money. If Charlotte can't sell your property then nobody can. The girl is an absolute star. Without her tenacity and commitment i doubt whether we would have sold( exchanged and completed today). As a previous homeowner has stated Charlotte keeps you informed from the get go,travels the extra mile and is ably backed up by her "star striker" and Senior Valuations Manager Matthew. Charlotte's cheery disposition is a revelation in a profession which tends to get a bad press. If any of the hierarchy at Bairstow are reading this please make sure you reward this employee suitably..Charlotte is a credit to your company.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte & Jade have been very helpful , we got house key in 60 days. Thanks Bairstow Eves elm park :

Fantastic experience: Good staff.....

Fantastic experience: We worked with Bairstow Eves on our first purchase in Rainham/South Hornchurch, and the team at the agency was really helpful and stayed on top of everything. They helped us on every step of the process and supported both the vendor and us to ensure a seamless experience for both parties. Overall, really pleased with how everything has turned out. Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Ozlem Belinder made me cry and upset as she charged me for a service that she failed to deliver. I was very clear with her from the start and had put my trust in her but she failed to give me any reassurance as she kept changing her words. She didn't give me any confidence in her and Bairstoweves. I called her on several occasions but she failed to return my call. She comes across as a professional but doesn't deliver. I am taking this complaint further.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte was fantastic, the level of customer services was outstanding. She was very helpful and supportive in all areas of our purchase. We had lots of problems while buying the house but Charlotte was there for us all the way. It was an excellent experience buying this house. I wouldn definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you very much Charlotte for all your help.

Fantastic experience: happy with the service we recieved charlotte you was very helpful thank you

Fantastic experience: I wanted to pass on my feedback after recently selling my house through your Elm Park branch last week. Having originally bought the property through yourselves, I had no hesitation in instructing you for the sale. From initial valuation with Matthew to completion with Charlotte Atkinson, the process was seamless and their communication faultless. Both went way beyond the call of duty to make the whole process a lot easier for me, especially during quite a stressful period of time in my life. These people are a credit to Bairstow Eves Countrywide!

Fantastic experience: I've worked with this branch several times and I have to say Charlotte and Matt have impressed me every time. I've worked with a variety of estate agents in different parts of the country and the way this branch looks after their clients, puts them top of their game. Buying or selling a home will always be a stressful thing to do and the wrong estate agent will make that worse, so if you want less stress and hassle, you can rest assured, you are in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: Charlottte was brilliant with helping me purchase my first home, she made the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. I will definitely be using Bairstow Eves again in the future xx

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and her team worked wonders with my brothers sale which was very complicated with lots of "issues" to deal with. Looking back on the whole episode the only thing Charlotte could have done to improve matters was to buy his house herself, lol! A great team and really personal approach which went way beyond any other dealings I've had with estate agents lately and I've just been involved in selling/moving 3 sets of people/houses with very different situations/problems. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her team at Bairstow Eve's in Elm Park to anyone and everyone as you can't/wont find a better team. Thank you Charlotte & team from all of us now relocated to Somerset/Devon.

Positive experience: A huge thank you to Charlotte and her team at Bairstow Eves in Elm Park. Charlotte has been brilliant and has gone above and beyond in helping us buy our first home!! Especially from the Mortgage adviser (Ms Lisa Catling) at Elm Park branch, received a lot of help and communication during application of mortgage and exchange of contract. There is always very good communication between the agent and myself and the agent and the sellers. I will definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience selling through the guys from the Elm Park branch. Lisa sorted my mortgage painlessly and quickly with some great laughs along the way, and all the other guys were so helpful. If you call for information or advice, someone was always there to give it. Very knowledgeable and always friendly. They make you feel welcome and are always free to chat. It's their friendly nature that would make me go back again. I have already recommended my brother to Lisa and he feels the same way. Can't speak highly enough. Thanks guys.
