Negative experience: As a Landlord I have been trying to reach the Fine Fair for last 3 days by phone. There is no way you can reach them as they do not pick up the phone neither there is any facility to leave the voice message. I am glad, to know how the service could be along the line!!! No way that I will do the business with this company or recommend them.

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this housing association. They consistently block my calls, and despite living with a rat infestation for several months, no action has been taken. I have been attempting to contact them for months, but my calls are repeatedly diverted. Furthermore, they refuse to provide the contact details of the actual landlord, who is responsible for addressing this issue. This situation has become a nightmare, and I am effectively still homeless. Members of staff have conducted maintenance checks on the property, but instead of acknowledging the problem, they falsely report that everything is functioning properly. There is a persistent rotten smell in my home, which I have reported multiple times, yet the housing association claims they do not handle this matter, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Finefair, as they demonstrate a lack of diligence and respect, showing little concern for the well-being of residents.

Negative experience: Don't have business with them.The first tenants I had,completely destroyed my house.The agency is not trustworthy.The things which are promised,are not done.If you are already using them,be aware,the quotations they provide for fixing your property are sky high and the quality is extremely low,so better get the job done by any other contractors. In the end,when they need to give your property back,they are supposed to fix your property,as mentioned above,they offer an amount of £ for the list of works to be done,this amount is ridiculously low,so went for works,so in the end half is not done,the things done,are done in a very bad way,so needs redoing. So all together a very,very,very bad experience.

Negative experience: Only give one start coz I wanted to write a review. This is the worst company I have had to rent from, not my choice believe me. So many things this company has not done or has just ignored. They are Incapable of communication even with a simple task, very rude and unprofessional, I mean if you have a problem you won’t be treated with respect dignity or even common courtesy even if it was in emergency, not gonna get it from here. Our flat had a very bad gas leak which lean to the gas been shut off, this was after an inspection, this leak was so bad that was making my whole family was feeling sick for weeks (2 weeks almost 3) and I have a baby that was under a year old and we could’ve been killed or made very very ill from this. No sorry no we will sort this as soon as, nope it was me trying to ring them everyday 2 to 3 times day meet with rude and disrespectful customer service and only after the gas engineer who turned of the gas sent them a certificate that’s states how serious the issue is. That’s was just one issue I had with them. I’ve been ignoring, disrespected and threatened by the staff at Finefair’s which is disgusting and very unprofessional. If you’re a cowboy landlord or decorator this is the company for you. Love to cut corners and not do a job which they are pay for, unprofessional people with rude attitude and bad communication skills, this is your company.

Fantastic experience: Just been introduced to fine fair and have been dealing with them for a couple of weeks and can category state one of the best estate agent out there. Been in this industry for over 20 years and must say the level of professionalism and customers service is very high indeeed. Looking to get many of my properties to be managed by them. Negative experience: Staff are so rude they are behaving and service so bad.

Negative experience: As per other reviews, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!. Have had the property with them 5yrs. First tentant was fine, but latest tenant trashed the property and garden, decorated without permission etc. Tenant now gone, and whilst Finefair have done some remedial work, there is a lot they haven't done......so now looking to take them to court to recover costs. They sign you up for a term, never increase the rent, say they have done regular inspections, but I've asked them numerous times to provide evidence of these inspections, and have received nothing. They want you to give the property and garden to them in good condition, but on handing back don't touch the garden, even if it is a complete mess. They will do everything they can to duck out of any responsibility. They deal with local councils, but clearly the councils don't undertake any checks themselves, otherwise this company would be out of business by now.

Negative experience: Warning to Anyone Considering Renting from This Company I strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation to stay away from this company. They do not care about their tenants, their families, or the basic maintenance of their properties. From my experience, any time I reported an issue—whether it was a broken heater or a leaking kitchen—nothing was done. They ignore maintenance requests, leaving tenants to live in unsafe and uncomfortable conditions. It is clear that they are only interested in collecting rent, not in providing a safe and well-maintained home. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are thinking about renting from them, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Negative experience: They don’t take seriously reports when I say neighbour is telling me that he wants to unalive people including me and my partner. They giving excuses that he have “disability” but this guy is just mentally sick alcoholic. He is screaming banging arguing every night for the past 2 months and my 6 months old baby is scared of him. They don’t even take videos for evidence and police reports for evidence even tho you can clearly hear that he tell people that he wants to unalive us. Property are not maintained. People are scared of one guy because he is making arguments all the time and being aggressive all the time.

Negative experience: DREADFUL - JUST DON'T EVEN CONSIDER GIVEINGYOUR PROPERTY TO THIS COMPANY TO LET, OR MANAGE. Our property was trashed by the tenant that FineFair let it to. Received the property back after tenant was evicted stinking from the dog that was not allowed to be in the property and mould in the kitchen. Stench was indescribable. FineFair did NOT manage the property at all. Have registered a complaint at the end of July and this is still not resolved. Emails not answered, avoidance by the company. Terrible experience. Complaint lodged with Ombudsman. One Star is too much for this company. BEWARE, they try every trick in the book to scam the landlord. They do not pass on increased rent that they receive from the Local Authority.

Negative experience: The maggots from the ancient carpet have invaded the entire house and nothing has been done about it yet. Also, the inspection team are not doing anything when visiting properties. The whole family developed allergies/skin&cough.

Negative experience: I'm taking these cowboys to a small claims court for the exact same thing. They Ignore calls and emails. Their in house Paralegal doesn't reply to emails, the whole place is a total joke, they should be shut down. It has been 3 months since I sent them a pre court action letter, still waiting.

Negative experience: **They will deny im their customer and state Fake review on here!** STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO-CALLED ESTATE AGENT!!!!! Property offered was damp, broken and filthy. Had no choice but to accept 6+ yrs ago. I moved in and painted and recarpetted the 2bd property within the first 3 day. Since moving in there has been on going water leaking issues till date, cosmetic damage throughout, ceiling parts falling down and when reported cowboy jobs done by simply filling in with filler! That too after waiting for days and CC/BCC Ombudsman housing in email contact that someone calls or attends ASAP! Mould and damp peek right through even after days of the bad repairs are done! They hardly answer calls, if you speak to one agent then the next day they are not available or do not work there anymore! FIRED! Just quickly signing on landlords without inspection of property for what they are accepting to offer others! NO ECP, Gas safety, other safety reports are provided with TA! Not once in 6+yrs has there been any safety check of this property what so ever! They keep passing the phone to different agents to repeat the issue and take no notes! When the repairs people come to repair, Whom have been lovely, look at the property and complain that its a damp to even live in and state they can only repair with what is provided and cannot do extra unless ordered by agent. To report everytime a repair is needed but they cannot report back issues they see or else they will lose their job!!!!! They even said the house is hazardous!! Even after asking to be moved they say they do not have and some say they do have properties! CHECK REVIEW TO CROSS REFFERENCE AND STAY AWAY!!!

Negative experience: This company is a shambles a discace to the industry. Goverment should legislate against this type of company being allowed to exist. Instead they want to penalise landlords when the should be incentivising them to help reduce the waiting lists

Negative experience: AWFUL AWFUL scam of a company. DO NOT do business with Fine Fair. Any time we call for maintenance it’s always met with excuses and delays for weeks and sometimes months and never bother to update/call back. Shambolic beyond belief! Poor property management, unprofessional and extremely rude staff who insult you and hang the phone up. If I could give them 0 stars I would because there genuinely is nothing satisfactory or professional about these people.

Their attention to detail and thorough process has helped maximise my rental income. They are also very quick to respond to any maintenance requests from the tenant which provides me with peace of mind. Negative experience: This is the worst temporary accommodation for homeless people. I have ever lived in. Newbury House, 890-900 Eastern Avenue, Newbury Park, Ilford, Essex, IG2 7HH. Run by finefair ltd gants hill I am on the fifth floor. the room is filled with insects mold, the microwave,fridge freezer shower was already not working when I first moved in. They have 12 tenants on each floor. One of the tennants threatened me for no reason. I don't feel safe here. The security staff bully you and make you feel intimidated When you ask them to fix things they don't do it. Newbury house should be closed down It's a walking hazard.They are putting their tennants life in danger. Your better off on the streets or in prison.then living in Finefair LTD temporary accommodation in Newbury House.

Negative experience: I’m not going to reel off every issue I have with these unscrupulous individuals and call them scammers, other than agreeing with all the negative comments littering the internet. They are refusing to hand back MY property while having increased rental they receive from the council without increasing my income. They auto renewed my contract after I declined the renewal offer then are telling me they I am bound for another period based on me not have given them notice. A decline to sign an agreement which is clearly not an agreement from me for them to auto renew. I declined!! I can only assume that an individual or the company is pocketing the rent increases (as nobody is being transparent and ignoring my direct questions). When challenged they, ignore you, pass you around and ultimately threaten you with legal proceedings if you want to get your property back. They have zero principles and they have rude and amateurish junior staff (SC & SA) who are there to mug you off at every turn. In all my years I’ve been lucky to have never been mugged, but I know how it feels like now. I urge you to take heed and value the negative reviews no matter what response they post in reply to this review as this company has gone from great to despicable. If you want to see where your money is going check out the CEO of this company on companies house website and then you will see that he lives in a mansion in Woodford…. While you just want your small investment buy to let back. BE WARNED!!!!

Negative experience: LANDLORDS BEWARE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR PROPERTIES BACK WITHOUT A FIGHT. I wish I never put my two properties with FineFair. They ignore my messages and calls even when I am trying to arrange property repairs. Also refused to pay the rent for the last 8 weeks and left me with a £2,500 electric bill.

Negative experience: Fraud alert! Landlord or homeowner beware! These are fraudsters and they lack professionalism. Their rent guaranteed scheme is an absolute sham and not worth the paper it is written on. It took me over a year to take my property from them even though I am out of fixed term with them and they won’t pay their rent for days when they are refurbishing your property to hand over to you. This could take days/months and could leave you out of pocket. They also have a habit of ignoring your emails or calls when you are trying to resolve issues with them. I will never recommend and you better stay away from them.

Negative experience: Was in a 1 bedroom flat with my one year old and the ceiling collapsed while i was giving my son a bath! No matter how many times i’ve told them about the cracks on the ceiling and the dampness they just ignored me until it was too late, my son and i were injured because of this. The staff are horrible people always treating me like an animal.

Negative experience: Steer clear Fine Fair are shambolic beyond belief! Poor property management. Unprofessional and untrustworthy, not to mention the rude telephone manner of staff. Repairs are left for months unfixed with a stream of excuses, passing the buck. Fine Fair are anything but 'fine' or 'fair', never bothering to call back or resolve any issues as they just don't care.

From the get go, they were very helpful in explaining the lettings process, very open and clear in relation to the service provisions in place. The back office team are very helpful and informative too. Any issues I've had with my properties have been dealt with professionally and promptly. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Gave them my house on a lease under guarantee rent scheme when returned to me house was in a terrible state, seems they had not been inspecting annually as they should amongst other things the tenant had wrecked the house, it was a tip both inside and the garden. Finefair agreed to make do the damaged cause, did a very shoddy job all through the house. Replaced an integrated cooker with a mini cooker that did not fit, painted walls with Latex paint splashed all over the socket , skirting and painted over existing wallpaper etc I Had to pay out to have it done to a reasonable standard. Was not able to get any response to my calls or emails from Finefair they hid behind the excuse of limited staff due to COVID19. I will be wary of using them if you are considering using them.
