Fantastic experience: Had a number of agents visit my house to value it. All of whom gave a similar appraisal and similar payment structures. I decided to use Fry Estates to list my house. It was on the market swiftly and sold the same weekend. When looking for a house, I had interactions with many agencies, some of whom I felt took a rather scatter gun approach to sending me potential properties of interest and I rarely felt listened to. However, the agent of Frys estates had listened to me during the initial visit to my house, and when a house came to market in the area and specific road I was interested in, I was invited to view. I ended up buying and selling with the same agent. I interacted with around 4 employees of Fry, all who were always helpful and attentive. The amount of contact I received was neither too much or too little. If I was to sell again, I would undoubtedly again use Fry estates.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of all the team at Fry Estate Agents. Our move was extremely complicated and very drawn out due to issues with our purchase(s), the team at Fry were great and made sure our buyer was fully in the loop and stuck with us through the whole process. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a friendly and helpful voice at the end of the phone. They took as much of the stress of moving house away from us as they could.

Negative experience: I went for a house viewing. I was told at the end of the viewing that another buyer had put in an offer and the vendor was considering it. The next day I was told the vendor had accepted the offer. Totally unprofessional and wasted my time.

Negative experience: Had very poor communication skills, we waited over five months before we were given any solid information about the position the vendors were in, then we were given 13 days to complete. They completely jeopardized the house sale by failing to communicate with us and withheld information that was very important for us to know. Also trying to advise us not to get a survey done which was completely against our best interest. However the woman that showed us round the property was very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been extremely pleased with the professional and helpful way Michael and his team have dealt with the sale of my house. It has been much harder during lockdown. I have lived in the house for over 40 years, Michael, Tom and the team were always there to answer my questions and help me solve any queries I had.I would recommend them to everyone looking for a estate agent.

Fantastic experience: We sold our house through Frys and we would definitely recommend Michael and his team. We had a couple of people pull out of the sales for various reasons and Tom was proactive and found new buyers straight away. All the way through our sale the team constantly kept us updated. They went above and beyond to ensure the sale was as smooth and as stress free as possible. Thank you all for your support and we will definitely use you again if we decide to move in the future.

Fantastic experience: We chose to use Fry Estate Agents to sell our home as they are a local company and feel it’s important to support local businesses especially in this last year. Michael was brilliant and took amazing photos and completed a walkthrough of the house and made it look it absolute best, we were so pleased with the results. Tom dealt with the viewings and always gave plenty of notice and provided feedback in a timely manner. The pandemic came and there were lots of changes in restrictions but these were dealt with professionally and communication was excellent from all the Team at Fry’s. Fantastic experience: We sold our house through Michael, and dealt with both Michael and Tom throughout the process. Even with a tenant opposed to viewings, Brexit rumours of prices falling, COVID-19 and lockdown Michael and Tom continued to professionally market the house to appropriate potential buyers. After lockdown restrictions were lifted and the tenant moved out, the house was sold in a week due to the interest they had proactively generated. Michael is a well respected local estate agent and his approach is refreshing and customer focused. The house had been on the market with other estate agents however Michael was recommended by three friends so changing made sense and a sale came to fruition quickly. We were also given detailed weekly updates once the sale was agreed, with Michael and Tom liaising with solicitors and the buyer to keep things moving to a swift exchange. We will happily recommend him to any of our friends.

Fantastic experience: Michael Fry estate agents are the absolute best and only way you should consider selling your house! Michael came to see us last summer, gave us his suggested selling price, and we sold in 8 days! To the second person who viewed! Michael, Tom and the team were excellent. Fantastic experience: We have had the pleasure of selling two houses with Michael and his team now and it is for good reason that they have such an awesome reputation throughout Bedfordshire. Michael and Tom together are the dream team who both work tirelessly from the minute the house is marketed through to completion. The presentation of the listings were flawless, the viewings were executed with complete professionalism and the updates were never chased. Fry's are particularly active on the social media side of things and I think that really gives them an added edge. It is sad that review platforms such as these allow for fake and wholly inaccurate ones to be posted because having worked with Michael over the last 6 years and having known Tom for far longer, I have never had the pleasure of dealing with two nicer, more polite, more efficient and more honest estate agents.
