Fantastic experience: An exceptional service from start to finish Selling our home was never going to be just a straightforward transaction for us. It had been our family home for many years, the place where we had brought up our girls and watched them grow before eventually flying the nest, so making the decision to sell was quite an emotional one. From the beginning, we felt we were in good hands. Freddie carried out our initial valuation and was incredibly well prepared. It was obvious that she had researched our property thoroughly before arriving and she gave us all the information we needed without ever making us feel pressured. She also gave great advice on the photographs and how best to present the house to show its full potential. My biggest thank you, however, has to go to Dani, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the selling and completion process. We were fortunate to have two parties very interested in the house, which actually made deciding who to proceed with quite difficult. Dani helped us make the right decision to achieve the very best price possible for our home, which far exceeded our asking price. Once the sale was agreed, as often happens, there were a few hiccups further down the chain, Dani seemed to know exactly what was happening at every stage. She kept track of the entire chain, chased things when necessary and, most importantly, kept me fully informed whenever an issue arose. I genuinely never felt stressed about the sale because I always felt that Dani had everything under control. I think it is very easy to praise a company when everything goes smoothly. For me, the real measure of an excellent estate agent is how they deal with the difficult moments and this is where Dani and the team really stood out. Whenever there was a problem lower down the chain, it was handled calmly and professionally, with Dani doing everything she could to keep the sale moving towards completion. She took so much of the stress out of selling our home and made what could have been a very emotional and stressful experience feel completely manageable. I honestly cannot thank Dani enough for everything she did for us. She was professional, reassuring, approachable and always seemed to be one step ahead. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting our sale to completion rather than us simply being another property on the books. A huge thank you to Dani, Freddie and the whole team. Negative experience: We have wasted three months with this agent. The advertising standard was good and our house sold very quickly. Unfortunately I found their communication extremely frustrating, frequently communicating with different agents who never had a clear picture of exactly where things were up to. There was also information that wasn't clearly communicated to me that would have impacted on the decision to accept an offer. Ultimately, lack of communication with both us as sellers and the buyers led to the sale falling through and us withdrawing from the agency. The agents are professional in their approach, but the agency only opens during normal working hours. The 9am-9pm advertised hours are manned by an AI voicemail outside of 5:30pm. If you are seeking an agency which is able to offer flexibility of communication outside of normal working hours, or in selling a property where you need additional support in making sure your property is properly marketed and that you feel clearly supported through the selling process, I cannot recommend.

Fantastic experience: Steve showed us around a property and was lovely and informative - I barely had to ask any questions about the property because he gave me the answers right off the bat which immediately stood out to me compared to other agents I’ve viewed with in the area. As a first time buyer I brought my parents along with me to make sure that everything was okay and to ask the questions I was too inexperienced to ask, but at the end of the viewing Steve still addressed me and asked if I had any questions at all. I thought this was a really lovely touch and I really appreciate that he addressed the question to me and not my parents!

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Communication was terrible, and after signing the contract they showed little to no interest. I had to constantly chase for updates, and when I raised concerns about communication and lack of progress with the owner, I was just brushed off and passed to someone else. Overall, very disappointing service — would not recommend.

What a difference our house was sold within 4 days on first viewing. Marketing was super and the on line description actually made you want to buy the house. Photographs were also brilliant.
