Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this agency for over a year now and I highly recommend them !! Alex and Liz have supported my family throughout the year and have been fab! It’s always easy to get in touch with someone and they work so hard!

Negative experience: I arranged for Liz to come out and do a valuation. She didn't bother to show up. Neither did she let me know she wasn't coming. Tried to call but couldn't get through. It just kept playing music. Not what you want when you have to drive an hour and half to the house. I don't know what she's like at selling houses but I definitely won't be finding out now

That is what you get with Liz and her easy to chat to Dad in this family business of excellent and very professional Estate Agents. They really do say what it says on the tin. We had the smoothest of transitions to sale, exceeding all expectations; we were, as they promised, informed with clear and up to date information and they willingly shared their knowledge of the area. Think the thing that stood out was their promise to go the extra mile which I think is a real strong factor for them, something I would suggest is instinctive and so natural. They are very experienced and I appreciate their common sense 'just get on with it' approach and I would have absolutely no hesitation in appointing them to manage my properties. We wanted to proceed with the property and I was told to send the details of all the tenants to proceed. Unfortunately, it took me too long to gather the details of all the tenants and the property was let by the time I had managed. Thankfully, Liz was extremely professional and very patient with me. She also recommended another property which my friends and I really liked and were able to proceed with. I would recommend this estate agents for anyone looking to rent as they are very good at communicating and also respond very quickly.

Negative experience: If I can leave less than 1 star I will leave less than 1 star. As a landlords with few HMO' s in Stoke on Trent this is the most terrible experience we have ever had in our entire life. We have been working with this agency for about 3 years and at the begining everything was fine. When we first met Alex he said to us "We are your ears and your eyes in this town" /we live far from Stoke, but unfortunately nothing like this has happened. The service they provided was terrible - no inspection, no reports, bad communication, long void periods ect. At the end of the day we finished with 8 out of 10 empty rooms and they always had an excuses. They did not even advertise our properties properly, saying "Sorry, we did not know the houses are not on the market" Thst is how they waisted our time for many months and left us with empty student rooms. We found another agency which managed to fill our rooms in less than 1 month and we have started the new academic year on 1st of September, 2022 with filled rooms. Calling all landlords, if you do not like to finish like us, please stay away from this people. At the very beginning they are very kind, they pretend to be very proffesional, but their service gets worst and worst day after day and the final result is empty rooms. Knowing them, they will find excuse for everything, so Alex feel free to write as much as you can! Explain people what a bad clients we are.

Fantastic experience: Sadly we lost our Dad at the end of 2021 and as he lived over 250 miles away from us, we enlisted Quality Estate Agents to deal with the sale of his property. Quality is most certainly the service we received. From the day we sent our original enquiry, not knowing where to start, right through to completion, Liz has been absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she was so reassuring throughout the sale process. She was extremely patient with us as we had to wait quite a while for Probate but she guided us as to the best way to deal with the Estate. She kept us up to date throughout and got us a great price for the house. We sold via Auction and it was plain sailing all the way; with Liz dealing with everything on our behalf. If ever we had a query or didn't understand anything, she was always ready with a helpful answer. Fantastic experience: I was a student renting one of the houses in Shelton for the last 2 years. When I moved to the property everything was always fine and Elizabeth welcomed me very nicely waiting for me in the property. Twice I also forgot my Keys and I locked myself out, she also helped me out quickly. Very happy with their service, as they also were very helpful when getting my deposit back.

Fantastic experience: As we all know moving house is one of the most stressful things we can do. A home is probably the most valuable asset most of us will ever have so selling it is a responsibility most would rather not face alone. Therefore, the first thing to do is find an estate agent with whom to share the burden. I have to admit I hadn't had the best experience with the first agent I chose. They were very well known and long established in my area and so I thought I would be in safe hands but, unfortunately, their input was lack-luster at best......and then I spoke with Liz at Quality Estate Agents. I have rarely come across such a knowledgeable and professional individual who truly cares about the client experience and not just the bottom line. I was unlucky that two sales fell through before finally finding my buyer. The sales failed for no other reason than that the buyers had a change of heart, Liz had done a thorough job of verifying offers before we agreed terms. It was during these disappointments that I really came to appreciate Liz. She never faltered, stayed upbeat, got to work and secured another buyer within days but, more importantly she made sure I did not lose hope and kept positive. She is tenacious, professional and personable , kept me informed and communicated regularly and went above and beyond what I had reasonably expected of my estate agent. I cannot rate her highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.

She followed up the visit which others didn’t and when discussed what I wanted nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted the listing to be finished and live online she stayed late at work to ensure it was done. Fantastic experience: Having a property with a mine shaft entry within 20mtrs of my Property my previous estate agent had told me that my property no longer met the requirements of a normal residential and the best thing to do was to send my property to an auction! i had only lived in the property just over 2yrs and had add no issues of this nature when purchasing it. Having spoke to both Liz and her Dad they were very reassuring and offered excellent advise and devised a plan ready to re market my property offering the best way forward to both myself and future buyers. The complete package was excellent and we had lots of viewings booked which lead to 5 offers of the asking price and above. The chosen purchaser was well informed of all possible issues regarding the mine shaft and was provided with all relevant coal mining reports giving him total reassurance that with the correct lender there would be no issue. Liz was very good with communication all the way through and i felt very reassured that i was in safe professional hands. I am so glad to have used this company of recommendation from a friend of mine who was also very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner moved to the stoke area recently and managed to rent out a lovely 2 bed with these guys and they have been absolutely amazing! So kind and lovely to chat with, after being turned down by what felt like every other estate agent in Stoke due to me not having started my job yet. It wasn’t even a problem with Liz & the team. We got the keys really quickly and everything was finalised in about 2-3 days compared to the usual 2-4 weeks! When we moved in the house needed some TLC and we’ve been able to paint and hang pictures and make it into a real loving home, every problem we’ve ever had here has been dealt with instantly with their great online maintain booking system! The most amazing experience was a few weeks ago our boiler had stopped working quite late and I rang as it was emergency with their being snow and freezing temperatures, he the gentleman that answered the phone couldn’t call anyone out as it was too late so instead he got on the phone to the plumber and watched a few YouTube videos himself and talked me though step by step how to reset and refill the boiler water pressure! This is amazing as it was really cold and if he hadn’t have done that we’d have gone all night with no heating or hot water in 1 - -3° temperatures! Outstanding experience we’ve already agreed to stay here in this property for as long as we can, just down to the experience we’ve had with the agents. We’re just very appreciative of everything they have done for us, including answering all the messages and texts and calls, even if it was late and always being so kind and lovely! 10000% recommend these to anyone and I already have been doing! Fantastic experience: As a part exchange deal on a new build, the housebuilder appointed 2 agents, after a few weeks, 1 wasn't performing and I asked to replace them with Liz, who totally outperformed the agent replaced but forced the other national agent to redouble their efforts.
