The sale particulars were well drafted, and accurate, and the photos taken showed the property at its best. Positive experience: This has been a great experience. I had the pleasure of using this branch in a house purchase. Firstly I’d like to say thanks to Michael, without his flexibility (we called the night before to get a viewing for the next day) we probably wouldn’t have seen the property let alone put an offer in. He was a genuine pleasure to talk to! A huge shoutout and thank you to Jamil. This man was honestly amazing. You always hear how unpleasant estate agents can be but he was the opposite. We were trying to beat the stamp duty deadline and his support was great. I made endless calls for updates or to chase and he was always patient but also honest. I’d also like to thank Jackie for showing us around the property and handing us the keys when we completed! Overall a great experience, the mortgage advisor was nice but didn’t have offers that are any different from ours. Also at the beginning there was a bit of pressure to go with him so that they could tell the seller and apparently this would be better than a normal MIP. I did also book a viewing in and that didn’t actually get booked in. Luckily Jamil saved the day (not for the first time) and managed to sort it out for me and get me booked in last minute.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Jack Edwards enough, thanks to his hard work, I've got the Mortgage approval for my first home, even after the first lender threw a "spanner in the works", Jack found a way to get what I need.

Negative experience: Very concerning data protection issues at Fox & Sons. I received a call from their office asking if I wanted to sell a house I don't even own... seemingly mistaking me for someone else. How did they get my number? Why are they discussing private client information with third parties? On top of that, I've witnessed firsthand how certain staff members discuss clients inappropriately and share private property images without care for confidentiality. It's unprofessional and breaches ethical standards. If you value your privacy, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

They were efficient, punctional and went that extra mile to make a stressful process that little bit easier. Fabulous staff that bent over backwards to help me. Negative experience: Appalling! All we had was lies. The property we wanted to sell was empty as we had recently renovated it, after renting it out. We received no feedback or communication and only leant the truth from a neighbour, no way had we had the viewings they said. Staff even used our property, which has private gated parking, to park their cars without asking and then told the neighbour we had given permission.....so why try to sell when youve free parking over the road from the office. After this awful experience the house has now been rented out, obviously using a different agent. Within 3 minutes of the house going live we had a rental!

Negative experience: Worst service ever. The worst experience of my life. Utterly dissatisfied. Every problem we had was grossly mishandled. They stop caring the second after you pay the rent (they also demanded 1 year rent upfront just because we weren't brittish). DO NOT RENT THROUGH FOX AND SONS
