Negative experience: Within 3 weeks of our house going on the market we were told to drop the price by 6% to secure viewings. Your Move initially explained that they had valued our house using out of date information, but later tried to blame us for their valuation. Marketing and money laundering fees wasted, but they still demanded that we honour our side of the contract. Their lack of professionalism reflects that they do not operate in a profession.

Fantastic experience: We have recently sold our property through Your Move, Longfield. The service we received from both Lee and Charlotte was impeccable. We were recommended company’s through them to do the building survey, which we didn’t use, and solicitors we did use. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process, and still received weekly phone calls even if there were no updates, which helped put our minds at ease. Charlotte is very hands on and her opinions on properties we were viewing to purchase helped us enormously in making the right choice. In our opinion, the service and honesty they provided makes them the best option for estate agents in the Longfield area and we would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of having Lee around to the property to provide a valuation and we were really impressed with the service. We required a quick appointment and he was able to fit us in the next day. He arrived on time and, after a show around the house, explained how valuations are made. He had brought along details of similar properties in the area that had recently sold so that a comparison could be made. He had also researched our property prior to his visit and was able to show us details and information including the size of the plot and history of planning applications etc He advised what his valuation of the property was but also sent this through via email the same afternoon. It was a very smooth process and at no time did we feel pressured or obligated to use their service however decided that we certainly would do business with them.
