Brookbanks Estate Agents Swanley

Fantastic experience: Oscar made our experience amazing. We would definitely use brook bank’s services again.

Positive experience: We had a fantastic experience working with Jessie Tampion and Ruby Lee at Brookbanks. Buying a home can be stressful, but Jessie and Ruby have been professional, communicative, and proactive throughout our purchase process for a house in Wilmington, Kent. They kept us well-informed every step of the way and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Had a viewing tonight with estate agent Jess and she was amazing! Jess was so welcoming, friendly and helpful! No questions were to much to ask. Jess let us take our time viewing and didn’t feel we needed to rush. She is so easy to talk to and a great estate agent! Especially for first time buyers! Jess is a credit and we would like to book a viewing with her again! Thank you Jess!

Fantastic experience: Jessie is amazing! From start to end she was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine! Jessie help made the process of selling and buying smooth and quick. We as a family would highly recommend Brookbanks especially Jessie!

Fantastic experience: Nice little independent estate agent and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of Jessie. I have used Brookbanks as both a buyer and a seller and would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: They are truly good estate agents - they are responsive and responsible.

Fantastic experience: For an experience thats known to be very stressful. Both Jessie and Olivia made the process very smooth. Keeping in touch most weeks from submitting our offer right up until completion. Answering any questions we had. We would 100% recommend Brookbanks. Thank you girls keep being you

Fantastic experience: Good communication and friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks manage the tenancy of our rental property. I have been so impressed at the Team’s helpfulness and their friendliness. They have a determination to resolve any issues I raise as soon as practically possible. Sam and Gary always return my phone calls and I am always kept up-to-date on how resolutions are progressing. I find them easy to talk to and appreciate their advice.

Fantastic experience: I have recently instructed Brookbanks in the arrangement of the tenancy of my property. Not having done this before they were informative, offered advice for me to consider, were very efficient and honest. Any concerns by both myself and tenant were swiftly processed by them promptly. I found the whole process was managed very professionally and smoothly for both landlord and tenant, and for this I thank them very much. I would also, with no hesitation recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I dealt with Oscar and Sam from Brookbanks. They have been fantastic every step of the way, from the initial viewing of the property to the vetting process and then to the handover of the keys after all was said and done. Very happy with their services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for housing.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish Brookbanks were just Amazing Thank you

Fantastic experience: Always good professional team

Fantastic experience: Have worked with Emma at Brookbanks for several years what a great asset to them. Always polite and great at her job not enough stars for her.

Fantastic experience: Olivia and her team are great. Our house went on the market and we had a nice steady stream of viewings and 2nd viewings. There was always somebody from the Brookbanks team accompanying us on the viewings, which was brilliant. Within 4 weeks we were under offer. We can't thank Olivia, Jessie and Oscar enough for all of their work. What a great, friendly, upbeat team they are. I thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We’ve just sold our property with Brookbanks and could not recommend them more. Having previously advertised the house with another agent, swapping to Brookbanks was the best thing we ever did. Olivia put us totally at ease from the very first meeting and took all of the stress out of selling our home. Thank you Olivia, Oscar and the team, we are super grateful!

Fantastic experience: The best estate agent out there! We have been dealing with Olivia selling our flat and also buying a property from Brookbanks and nothing has been to much trouble, she’s absolutely brilliant and we’ve been so happy dealing with her, we were then passed onto Karen who deals with everything in the background and she’s so friendly and accommodating, she kept me up to date throughout and nothing was ever to much bother! She sis bubbling and that’s exactly what I needed sometimes! Gary is absolutely brilliant, he helped us with every problem we had along the way! Not that I will ever be moving again but I would highly recommend! Thanks so much Gary, Karen and Liv and everybody else at brookbanks! You’re the best!

Fantastic experience: Great Estate Agents, very personal and friendly staff. Gary is lovely and attentive and down to earth. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever with this agency. I called for a viewing on the same day the property was advertised and I was told they aren’t based close to the area so they will call me back to arrange a viewing. While I was waiting for a call back, to my surprise the house went under offer - I wonder whose offer was accepted??!!

Fantastic experience: Olivia was warm and welcoming when she showed me around our prospective new home. Very informative about the local area, and a credit to Brookbanks.

Negative experience: My experience with can be divided it two parts: 1. As a buyer: listing sold properties. Arrogant staff. 2. As tenant: run away. Letting properties with issues. Takes ages to resolve the problems. Would take the landlord side. Never listen to the tenant. There are better agencies in Swanley.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Brookbanks Estate Agents! Fantastic service, incredibly quick turn arounds and brilliant communication

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks were an absolute pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend using them. We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service received from Gary, Olivia and the team so far. Very friendly service and easy to contact.

Fantastic experience: Sold in two weeks, very proactive and professional highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks are without a doubt the most exceptional estate agents that I have come across, they have been absolutely brilliant from viewing the property and throughout the entire process. I could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks gave an excellent service from start to finish for the purchase of my new property

Fantastic experience: Bought our first house last month. Brookbanks Swanley was really helpful and they kept us updated throughout the process. Best estate agent on Swanley high street.

Negative experience: Service so awful waste of time they show you places never get back to you I wouldn't recommend to anyone to use them

Fantastic experience: We were lucky enough to meet Richard when we were viewing a property on his books, his professionalism was clear to see. He was so good we switched estate agents as we had every confidence he would sell our property for us, and believe me he never did anything to encourage us to switch, his style in selling a property was what won us over - and importantly he would be honest with us along the way which he was every step of the way. We never felt like we were being fobbed off or given the usual estate agent chat. He was realistic about the asking price for our property not inflating the price, just to make us happy. The result - people through the door and a sale! On the sale of our house, Brockbank's never dropped the ball, meaning our sale went smoothly. So a big thank you to Richard and the team, if you're thinking of using Brockbank's, DO IT! Our tip- listen to Richard this man knows what he is talking about!!!!

Positive experience: I bought my recent property in Swanley through Brookbanks. Each agent along the way was absolutely helpful. They were easily contactable and followed through on the sale to ensure it goes smoothly. I would absolutely recommend, a great team to work with. Thanks Brookbanks, looking forward to start living in my new

Fantastic experience: Best estate agents in Swanley! I've been looking for a house for over a year and dealt with all agents in the area looking at many houses. Brookbanks were by far the best! They took in what I was looking for, contacting me when properties of interest came up, until I was finally able to find a property with them. They were so helpful through the completing process (when I wasn't getting info from my solicitors). A massive thank you to Richard, James and Karen for helping me find my first property!

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks were absolutely brilliant and so very helpful. Was selling my late mother's retirement flat which was not a straight forward sale. Brookbanks knew all the ins and outs of how the system worked and helped me throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Brookbanks about a property my mother was interested in and within hours they'd contacted myself and organised a very prompt viewing, everything was explained in detail, within the week my mother had made a offer which was accepted and the whole process ran smoothly, couldn't recommend the team highly enough, absolute top notch because moving can be highly stressful but they totally alleviated that for our family, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Just completed our purchase with Brookbanks today and I’m extremely happy with the help and support provided by the team at Swanley. Always friendly and helpful, keeping in regular contact for updates on the progression of our purchase and quick to find the answers for any queries we had. Definitely would recommend them, especially as a first time buyer. Thank you all again for your help and support! :)

Fantastic experience: Myself and partner recently rented a property via Brookbanks. The entire team were great but a special shout out to Paul. Everyone was very friendly, professional and informative. They made the process extremely easy for us; which was really important to us as it was our first time. The communication was great and always fast. We high recommend the team and will hopefully cross paths in the future! Thank you guys, Abbie and Jack (TN15)

Fantastic experience: Bought a home from brook banks and they was so incredibly helpful and reassuring the whole way through. They kept constant contact and updated me throughout the process, and made everything a lot smoother. I would highly recommend buying a house with them as they are an amazing group of people especially Karen who helped me so much!! Thanks again !!!

Fantastic experience: A great experience for my Mum selling her home in Swanley. Friendly and efficient service from the whole team, and went out of their way to help at every step of the process, would highly recommend for some traditional and proper customer service. Gary, (on behalf of Brenda).

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I've recently just finished the process of buying and selling through Brookbanks. This was the first time of doing so with an Estate Agents and I would recommend Brookbanks immediately - from start to finish they were friendly, informative and kept us up to date with all we needed to know. We saw the listing of the house we bought in August, even though we were not on the market, we were able to view the house the next day, and a week later our flat was on the market, and we accepted an offer not even another week later. A massive thank you to Richard, Karen and Becky for their outstanding professionalism, and to the wider Brookbanks team for chipping in whenever needed.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: Our experience purchasing a property from Brookbanks was fantastic. We were always kept up to date with the progression of our purchase and they liaised between ours and the seller's solicitors, keeping us informed. They were a friendly team and reliable, always endeavouring to answer our many questions and made the experience easier than we'd expected!

Fantastic experience: We purchased through Richard/Becky before, so we thought they would be ideal when it came to selling the property along with their knowledge of the area and market. Although it took longer than expected, that wasn’t through any fault of Brookbanks just the solicitors and usual lazy management company! Karen was amazing with weekly calls to let us have a progress report and chasing where needed. Having worked for an estate agent I know how stressful it becomes but these guys were calm and got the job done. I would recommend them. Well done and thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Becky and Karen are spot on very helpful. Kept me up to date on everything. It was a sham when they had their days off. Others seemed lost

Fantastic experience: In my 6 months living in Swanley, I was looked after very well by the team, any problems I had was taken care of within a few days. Sadly I had to move away but if I ever come back to the area I will go straight back the brookbanks I. Swanley.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly and efficient service. Made our house move so easy and we can’t recommend them highly enough! Particular thanks to Karen and Richard for all their help!

Fantastic experience: Really appreciate Brookbanks. Polite, helpful and fair.

Positive experience: I used Brookbanks 3 years ago and was happy with their service. I did leave a review then, but it wouldn't let me leave a second review, so I've deleted that and putting a new up to date review. I'll post my old words at the bottom of this review. Had a great 5 star service from Karen. Was always friendly and on top of things. My only issues were the girl (I think Becky?) doing my viewings was repeatedly late and often potential buyers were waiting for her. Secondly, they recommended Apex Law as a solicitor for my sale and it wasn't great service. Thanks Brookbanks! Recommended! Old 5 star review left 3 years ago: Brookbanks have restored my faith about Estate Agents. We bought with Brookbanks and the experience was great. Absolutely no issues. Considering the issues I had with the Estate Agents selling my property it was nice to have one side of the process being on the ball. Thanks to Ben in particular who dealt with us. I would highly recommend and although we are in our forever home. If we did ever need an Estate Agent we would not hesitate to use Brookbanks. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The nicest and most helpful team of estate agents I have ever dealt with! Emma and Colin were very helpful and generally just lovely people. Couldn't have had better service!

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks Swanley have been amazing. We have never rented a property before and Emma and Colin were so helpful. The communication was fantastic and they dealt with everything promptly. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Emma and Colin.

Fantastic experience: Colin, Emma & Jenny do a great job managing the rental of our property, they're a responsible and dependable team since we don't live nearby. We have known Colin & Jenny for around 12 years and the whole team do a great job keeping our property tenanted and our house and tenants looked after. We have no hesitation recommending Brookbanks if you have similar needs.

Fantastic experience: thankyou to all the team at the Swanley branch for dealing with my mum and dads move to there new flat. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone was always professional and courteous all the way through.

Fantastic experience: Myelderly parents have just bought a new home through Brookbanks Swanley, they are very happy with the service they have received and want to say a big thank you to Becky for all her patience, help and support over the months it has taken for the sale to complete. Mr & Mrs Riches

Fantastic experience: I received an amazing service from Colin & Emma, they helped in every way they could.

Fantastic experience: We can't thank Richard & Becky enough! Right from the very start they were welcoming and friendly. From the initial viewing with Richard, to the completion with Becky, nothing was too much effort for them. They were always there with a call or email to update us every step of the way. We would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: If it wasn't for Becky & Richard from Brooksbanks, I would have lost my mind - and our first dream home. Although we dealt with difficult solicitors, Richard and Becky guided us through the entire process, directed us how to get the most from stubborn lawyers and what and when to chase up. They were so friendly, supportive and professional. I honestly cannot thank them enough for helping us get to the position where we were able to pick up the keys to our house! An absolute please to deal with, I highly recommend Brookbanks. You can rest assured you are in expert hands. Wish we could add an extra star! Thank you Becky and Richard!

Fantastic experience: As a team Richard and Becky were the dream team. A very personal service and not made to feel like a number. Nothing was ever to much! Pre sale Richard was very flexible and accommodating of viewings. We had some delays due to the buyers solicitor but none of which was in our control. They did their upmost to get my sale through as quickly as possible. The post sale service was flawless from Becky, she was a pleasure and I had full confidence, clear communication and she managed the expectation. Every call, every email was followed up on both sides. She really did go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: competent and professional

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all the Team at Brookbanks but in particular Becky and Richard. They both worked really hard to ensure the sale of my house during such difficult times. I was always kept updated and fully informed of each stage of the sale of the house. It was never going to be easy but in my experience they were both always helpful, informative chatty and happy. Even when things became stresssful they managed this with professionalism and efficiency. Thank you both very much. I would recommend Brookbanks to anyone who is thinking of selling in the area. 100%

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we’ve used Brookbanks, this time for my dad’s sale and purchase. Once again they have been amazing, so supportive during a really difficult time. Even during lockdown/restrictions they have continued to work and been on the end of the phone whenever we have needed them. I highly recommend Richard and the team at Swanley. Emilie

Fantastic experience: Was a tenant at one of their properties for over 4 years. Very helpful, friendly and always quick acting if there was an issue with the property.

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks are very professional, helpful and have a wealth of knowledge i would definitely use again and reccomend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Brookbanks in general and Richard in particular for such an amazing service. Estate Agents often carry a bad reputation but my experience of dealing with Richard has been completely positive. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to support the sale of my property, I much prefer to deal with an independent agency that has such thorough knowledge of the local area and builds up relationships with its clients. This is the second time I have used Brookbanks and I would not consider using anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Richard is a true gent and offers a wonderful honest service I wouldn't use anyone else

Fantastic experience: Great friendly & reliable service especially from Ben!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic agents with A+ communication. All the staff there are friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend to any purchaser/seller. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Brookbanks. Ben, Richard & Colin were very professional, keeping us fully updated throughout the process, Excellent Service - thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Brookbanks for handling your house sale/purchase in the Swanley area. From the initial house valuation for probate, they proactively sought to promote the property, finding a buyer without the house having to go on the open-market. Ben & Richard were very professional, keeping us fully updated throughout the sale process, and their care and consideration was very much appreciated at an upsetting time for the family. Excellent Service - thank you

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish! Special thanks to Ben and Richard for their assistance.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant team. Thanks for all your help. Highly recommended and good knowledge of local area.

Fantastic experience: Great service, from Richard and the team at Brookbanks Swanley. Professional, courteous, willing to assist and calls always returned.

Fantastic experience: We have just moved into our lovely new home purchased through Btookbanks, we dealt with Ben and Richard and were extremely satisfied with there service, they were always pleasant, helpful and kept us up to date. We previously tried to purchase a house from the other local estate agents who litterially didn't even call us to tell us our asking price offer hadn't been accepted! We would definatley highly recommend Brooksbank to anyone looking to purchase a property

Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful service throughout. Thanks Brookbanks

Fantastic experience: As a new home owner me and my partner found it quite scary and unsure on what steps to take. After speaking to Richard who was very professional and polite. He made the process extremely easy and stress free. Thank you to everyone at Brookbanks!

Fantastic experience: Richard, Ben and the team provided excellent support and guidance, from the initial valuation and selling process, through to the actual sale itself. Communication was excellent, and Richard and team went over and above to chase down updates and keep things moving. Definitely a personal service.

Negative experience: Ok

Fantastic experience: Excellent introduction and marketing from Richard after which Ben managed all parties in the chain right through to smooth and successful completion of the sale. I highly recommend Brookbanks for their friendly and efficient service.

Fantastic experience: Just bought my house through Brookbanks, very efficient, lovely staff, excellent overall service! I most defiantly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Great service from a good team. I found Ben in particular to be extremely helpful and always kept me up to date with everything happening during my home purchase through Brookbanks. Buying a house can be very tricky when you are not used to all the procedures involved, but Ben's support was nothing short of excellent and I would be more than happy to use their services again.

Fantastic experience: Having spent over a year trying to buy a house with other Estate Agents, I found Richard and Ben at Brookbanks to be exceptionally helpful during my purchase. Communication between each party was seamless and everyone was aware of where they stood. If I was every unable to contact either Richard or Ben, I knew I was definitely getting a call back as soon as possible. Overall, I feel that Brookbanks enabled me to have a stress free buying process.

Fantastic experience: The best, and outstanding estate agent there is. Ability to remediate a sitation that could've gone a lot worse, while still being able to build a personal relationship with clients. Thank you Richard and Ben.

Fantastic experience: They staff were very helpful and explained the procedures from start to finish. Well done and thank you.

Fantastic experience: My Partner and I recently purchased our first home from Brookbanks Estate Agents and what a pleasure they was to deal with, very helpful and always available to talk to whenever we had any questions or wanting to view the property again. A big thanks to Ben Davis @ Brookbanks for his hard work in making our house purchase a smooth and pleasant process.

Fantastic experience: Recommend Brookbanks especially Richard Holland (and Ben as he stepped in when Richard wasn't well). Great communication.

Fantastic experience: Moving is without doubt a very stressful time. Richard and his colleagues at Brookbanks went above and beyond with assisting us throughout our move.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Richard for any dealings with buying a property. I found him to be very honest and help me with any issues that arose throughout our purchase

Fantastic experience: Brookbanks made what could have been a stressful experience into something quite ordinary - which is what you want. I valued their realistic guidance on the sale as I was selling for an aged friend. All in all, I would definitely recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Nice people, fast service, despite being busy. Once we entered a lease agreement with them, and there was a problem with our heating, we had an engineer here within a half hour. I seriously recommend them for anyone who would like to buy or a rent a home.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our property through Brookbanks and found the team there to be both friendly and professional. At a time when all things can be quite fraught, especially when you are part of a chain, they managed to provide the calm within in the storm. All in all their traditional approach and easy manner made the whole process much less stressful than anticipated. Far fewer grey hairs than expected.

Negative experience: Nice people.... too busy to maintain a high level of service however...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great service from start to finish. I shall be using this company for all my property related business from here on in. Highly recommended. Professional at all times. Great all round service.
