Negative experience: Unfortunately Very Disappointing! Great sales blurb & then had to chase for photos, then text etc etc No communication. Asked for change of front photo I don’t know how many times…..never happened. Use to be very good locally but not anymore. A very poor market, you would think they may wish to put a bit of effort in, particularly as most expensive house on site. Just abysmal service!

Although it turned into a longer process than expected, both Gareth and Marilyn remained fully committed and supportive throughout. They worked closely with the conveyancing team, helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. When challenges arose elsewhere in the chain, they were proactive, creative, and pragmatic in finding solutions. While the conveyancing team did a solid job, it was Gareth and Marilyn who truly provided the direction and ultimately got the deal over the line. Unfortunately the bottom of the chain pulled out a few days before exchange but the team were upbeat and positive and kept me informed of everything that was happening. The completion took place in under two months , and the sale in one day , largely to the quality of the brochure. Negative experience: Very poor experience, I was very eager to view a property - after dealing with one of the agents and showing huge interested in the property we were advised to view the house “as a couple” rather than myself the purchaser almost a week later. Kings were fully aware we were ready and able to view the property ASAP and put and offer in. without further discussion the property was sold under our noses with someone viewing 3 days later. Kings had bad communication in such they didn’t let us know an offer had been made orthat anyone else was viewing the property or even the client know that we were ready and able to make and offer. The client kindly aloud us to come and have a look after she had agreed a sale and her heart went with the original offer agreement, even though we had made an offer . ( can’t blame her , really nice lady). Bad management skills from kings would definitely not recommend,m and won’t be using them anymore.
