Fantastic experience: I asked help from every single person/ estate agency on the high street for a rental accommodation. No one return my calls or source an property for me & my family. As soon as I called Kilnstone Property they have been very helpful and professional, really great experience with them, I have now found a property that I can call home. Negative experience: As a landlord, I would not recommend Klinstone property services - I had an awful experience with my previous tenant so I decided to give my property to this company for full management. Yet, they are some incredibly unprofessional service. I’ve had to deal with three different people who were in charge of renting out my property in December 2021 until May 2022 and none of them have been of any help. They charged me for the inventory check up, as well as other fees, yet they didn’t do an inventory check up or check out. My tenant damaged my newly refurbished house but I was not able to get a deposit scheme because the company didn’t do what it was supposed to do and didn’t get any evidence on my behalf. The tenant also had multiple people living on my property and the company failed to inform me. I have decided to make a complaint against this company because I have made so many calls and emails about the inventory check in and check out to no avail.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what an amazing estate agent! Having used many other, they came in just as I was super stressed and saved the day! They contacted me on Tuesday, having seen my attempt to market my property on facebook, they had several viewing lined up the next day, by 5.30pm on the Wednesday I had met with Jay, Kiran and the potential tennant, and by 5.30pm on Thursday, all references were completed and I had a new tenant. Their prices were also really competitive, and they did not charge for some services that other estate agents did. I'm looking forward to my property being managed by such a profesional company, whilst I enjoy living abroad! I would highly reocmmend this company :-)

Fantastic experience: THANK YOU KILNSTONE PROPERTY I had recently purchased a property with sitting tennents. Not long after the contract was signed with the tennents, I advised that I will be renovating the property, so they would have 6 months to find another property and was not an issue if they left early. I thought I would be able to do all the paperwork by myself, every time I served the papers giving the notice, it was incorrect and the tennents were playing every trick in the book to avoid moving out, which costed me money and time. Having spoken to Jitesh Limbachia and Kiran Singh at Kilnstone Property, they took the time to listen to me and took on my problem to help me resolve this. They supported me through all the legal matters and assured me that they will fight my case,. They kept in contact each step of the way and was happy to answer my calls, even when they were on holiday abroad, let alone calling after hours.
