It was our first time selling and buying in tandem so it was all unknown to us but Mike put our minds at ease on the first valuation meeting, explaining the process, timescales, and bought his research along of similar properties in the area to show the reasoning behind his valuation. Fantastic experience: Really pleased with Bennett Lorusso and the sale of our property. Laura was great with chasing solicitors during the time leading to exchange and would update us often. They are competitive with their fee % in comparison to other agencies. Although viewings were a little quiet due to the worry about mortgage fees increasing at the time we went on the market and the property came with pros and cons-estate, parking, size of garden. They did manage to get those who viewed back in on 2nd viewings which was what we needed and eventually how we got the sale. They also dealt with our purchase with up most dignity, as it was put on the market when it shouldn't have been due to a family member having pound signs in their eyes. This must have been difficult for viewings as we were always going to have the property, regardless of the viewings. Again they dealt with this extremely difficult situation professionally.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST AROUND!!!!! Alan, Mike, Laura and the team are absolutely fantastic. They have a huge amount of local knowledge which is invaluable in knowing how to market your home. Nothing at all was too much trouble… after various reasons we had to market our property several times and Alan, Mike and the team accommodated us on every occasion. We both work full time and all viewings were arranged to suit us and the communication was second to none!! We have now used Bennett and Lorusso on two purchases and a sale and we couldn’t be anymore happier!! Big thanks to the team!!!
