Fantastic experience: Letting Solutions have been looking after and managing two properties for me for about 6 years now having been recommended by someone. They manage everything in a professional and timely manner communicating with me as needed throughout using WhatsApp. There has recently been a tenancy change and they have organised everything but kept me fully in the loop throughout. I mainly deal with Sam and Louise who are both so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Letting Solutions if you are looking for a company to mange your property.

Negative experience: Absolute shocking agents, I would never go back to these ever again, the staff are very arrogant and would not even give the landlords details, all there bothered about is getting there rent, also there properties are absolutely disgusting, I would never live in one again, so I would rate this as very poor 1 star, also the way they treat there tenants is absolutely very unnecessary, so before you even think about viewing one of there properties, I would be very careful first. Sally the manager was fine, but Louise and Laura are both very arrogant people. also I used to live at number 6 on that street, they have put a tenant in there that leaves her dogs locked in a bedroom constantly, Jessica the new manager was also very arrogant and very aggressive to me on the phone, when I spoke to her, I was a tenant I actually lived at number 6 Garrick grove, but I was not registered living there, I can tell you how the property is set out if you want, I was living with Abdullah check records see if you had someone living there in 2016 it will show he’s records, also I did live at 6 Garrick grove in 2016 with Abdullah atcha, so if you check the records, I was living there and then you evicted him, I can tell you how the house is set out aswell, front bedroom built in wardrobes, back bedroom has a curved sideboard, also kitchen the boiler is on the wall just by the back door, so yes I did live there and letting solutions are a waste of time too

Fantastic experience: I moved into one of their properties in July last year and I have nothing but praise for them,they get jobs done quick when needed,the property I live in is in great condition,the staff are very understanding and are helping me with an issue which is getting out of control now,I have a neighbour who complains constantly saying I don't look after my pets etc and keeps sending people out from animal welfare and Rspca and is very nasty with my family and friends,she even sent the police out on Xmas night at 18.30 saying we were fighting and shouting when all we were doing was playing games and having a laugh I had 5 family members round so it wasn't even a lot of us,she slams doors and bangs on walls knowing it sets my teacup chihuahuas off barking then she has the audacity to say I neglect them etc,all the people that have been round know my pets are well looked after.even the animal welfare people.Letting agency are supporting me to the best of their ability,and I appreciate that so thankyou.I don't cause any trouble and keep myself to myself and I'm not at all noisy.I just hope this issue gets sorted soon.xx

Fantastic experience: I have rented 2 property’s through letting solutions and been with them for 10 years+ and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, at the very beginning of my first tenancy I wasn’t in the best place as a single mum of of 2, the understanding and compassion didn’t go un noticed me and my children would of remained homeless had they not of been so understanding, communication with the team has always been fast and consistent wether it be something that can be discussed via the office or correspondence via the landlords, to the point of having a emergency on a Sunday afternoon contacting via WhatsApp to having the problem solved within a couple of hours on a Sunday!!! These guys ain’t just looking out for landlord’s property’s they look out for tenants too! Highly recommend x

Negative experience: WASTE OF TIME ARRANGED VIEWING ON A PROPERTY IN BLACKPOOL 424 QUEENS PROMENADE FY5 WAS TOLD THURSDAY WAS AVAILABLE AND APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR MONDAY COME FRIDAY MORNING PROPERTY WAS TOOK DOWN FROM WEBSITE AND MARKED AS (LET) WHICH I FOUND STRANGE SO I CALLED OFFICE (FRIDAY) AND WAS TOLD MY VIEWING WAS STILL GOOD FOR MONDAY, FAST FORWARD TO MONDAY I RECEIVED TEXT MESSAGE AT 3PM WHEN VIEWING WAS AT 4PM STATING PROPERTY WAS NOW NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND APOLOGIES FOR INCONVENIENCE, NOW MY ARGUMENT ISN'T THE PROPERTY HAS GONE AS IT WAS JUST AN AVERAGE PROPERTY, ITS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY HAVE GONE ABOUT IT JUST FIND IT SO BIZARRE, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR USE IN FUTURE THINK I WOULD RATHER BE HOMELESS THEN GIVE THESE COWBOYS ANOTHER CHANCE !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Negative experience: My friend rents a property that is managed by Letting Solutions. She’s been treated terribly by the letting agent, she’s repeatedly reported damp, mould, unsafe electrics and the building has subsidence. Due to the damp and mould my friend has had to replace the carpets at a cost to herself. She’s been told by the letting agents to ‘open the windows’ which she already does, she’s repeatedly reported all these issues and has a young family, the staff are dismissive, condescending and just completely uninterested. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING A PROPERTY AS A TENANT DO NOT DO IT. Landlords if you want your tenants treating like rubbish go ahead put your property up with them.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with Letting Solutions, great team and super quick and efficient. Louise was extremely fast paced with all paper work to help us, knowing we wanted to move in asap. extremely supportive and overall we had an amazing experience.

Negative experience: I used this agency for a year and 4 months and it was nothing but a nightmare. The house I rented through them was 11 Butler Street, Blackpool. AVOID THIS PROPERTY when they put it back on their site! There is a slug problem in the kitchen, faulty electrics, VERY BAD DAMP caused by bad bricks. They will paint over it but can 100% guarantee it will come back through the paint once u move in. There is a leak in the bathroom upstairs which seems to be caused by a cheap and inefficient patch-up rather than a repair. The house is just a mess, with no proper ventilation in the kitchen, so walls will be constantly soaking when cooking. Every room has a damp problem and instead of repairing things you will get some guy called Cal, who will tell you the landlord is cheap and wont pay to do the proper fixes only authorising patch ups that NEVER work. I have kept 16 months of evidence of all problems with this house and will be contacting blackpool gazette, the council and have also been speaking to a lawyer. The agency itself may not be able to give the go ahead on repairs but they work for the landord not the tenant and have shown this. Whenever we contacted them, understandably frustrated, we had one of the owners telling us not to "kick off or be threatening" to them, when we are stating the issues and explaining how they affected us. we were NOT being threatening, simply at the end of our tether. They should have washed the hands of the landlord already. They refused to give landlord contact details so we could try to speak directly to them, and plead for some support. In our eyes, we feel the agency is as bad as the landlord. Although they "take their orders from the landlord," I don't think they are willing to go back and forth with them for fear of losing the business. It doesn't feel like they're on your side.

Negative experience: 0 star house was damp 2019 leak in the loft loft fell through land lord Letting agents asked my self as a tenant for building insurance to fix the loft as a tenant I do do not need building insurance damp I should of not had to paint over for many years resulted to the kitchen floors falling beneath my feet 4 foot of water and Damp proof company said I had spores growing from the back garden door through to the hallway and dining room the letting agent and the Landlord was very unprofessional safety measures was put in measure by the council which the landlord could not put the safety of a long standing tenant with a young family with health and additional needs first to up the the rent 4 times and serve section 21 notice landlord and letting solutions ver unprofessional letting agent Landlord should never be a landlord to any property with out the up keep of the building and safety for the tenant this building has been condemned not fit for any person or family to live in photos of the damp and the rotton floor is really unacceptable my youngest child has asthma from the age of 2 years landlord needs to input and keep his tenants safe and happy letting agents on be half of the land lord very very unprofessional rude Chris head of maintenance Louise landlord himself Andrew 5 years no upkeep of of your property and unsafe for me and my family could not or did not want to do repairs up the rent and served section 21 house had been condemned not to rent out to any other persons or family as un safe rest of the floor could give away at any time

Negative experience: Awful Living with black mould, and they have the decency to put my rent up, and then choose to evict me. This is just one photo of what the building looks like, as soon as you walk in there is black mould on the walls and wallpaper and wires hanging off. The roof has no insulation and leaks, not just in my flat but others below. When I challenge them about the black mould they simply say to paint over it. They don’t want to be troubled, and are rude and patronising people. Black mould is dangerous to your health but unless it’s there’s they don’t care. Thank god I’ve been evicted as i will probably develop health issues if I stay here too long with the conditions. This building is not habitual for anyone. They also painted over the black mould on the ground flat before they moved in, it was climbing up the walls , absolutely disgraceful!

Fantastic experience: You would not be disappointed choosing letting solutions. The team go above and beyond to help you. It’s an amazing team and company. Rented my house out quickly and without any problems. I had to move quickly 200 miles away and was unable to arrange a lot of the final house cleaning/furniture moving myself and so I left them a key and they did it all for me. I honestly can not praise them enough or thank them enough. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to do it. The team deserve 100 stairs not just 5. They really are brilliant.

Negative experience: It's like pushing snow up hill. They don't get back in touch with you when they say they will. That leads into loosing the property that you are going for. They don't seem to know what is going on. One passes the problem to the other then again and again. Half the time they don't know what property has been let or sold until you ask about it. Then to my amazement they leave it in the window and still there now. That's to make it look like they are doing well. An American idea I could do better. I have lost property because of this. They need to more interested in being workers than glamour models. But that's just my veiw. Rubbish.

Fantastic experience: used letting solutions blackpool for our first btl property this year. what a service sally, louise, sam and the team have been fantastic. so helpful. our property has been completely refurbished and they managed to get us a tenant even before the refurb had finished. not even a need for a to let board. this meant the tenant could move in as soon as carpets where down, which was perfect for us. I had heard the service was good but I have been amazed by how quickly they have managed to get all this sorted. thanks team simon

Negative experience: I would definitely NOT recommend this agent. It is run by two women. Sally is fine but Louise is very disagreeable and hard to get on with. The final episode of bad management involved allowing two of the tenants to get several months behind on rent as they switched from housing benefit to paying rent directly. They failed to collect any rent or even inform me of the situation. They then commissioned some work, which totalled over £700 to get one of there “preferred workmen” to repaint a damp wall several times!!
