All the members of staff ensured that the purchase went through speedily and trouble free. Thanks to all of them and my wife and I would recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: We purchased a property listed with County Estate Agents, Lytham St Annes. There were two close offers on the property so it went to Last and Final Bid. This process was managed fairly and efficiently. Any queries we had via email were responded to by Rick or Lisa quickly. I thoroughly recommend County Estate Agents whether you are purchasing or selling a property.

Negative experience: Went in to bid on a property and was met with eye rolling and dismissive comments I wouldn’t use them to sell my property

Negative experience: JUST SPOKE TO A FEMALE ABOUT A PROPERTY THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN VIEWING, FOR HER TO ASK FOR ALL OUR PERSONAL DETAILS. TO THEN SAY UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO VIEWINGS AVAILABLE, AND THE PROPERTY HAS SEVERAL OFFERS ON THE TABLE SO ITS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL GET A VIEWING. I SAID WHY DIDN’T YOU STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE I GAVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend county estates enough for purchasing a property through. My whole experience was managed by Janine who is an absolute credit to the agency, she was helpful, beyond kind and patient and advocated for both myself and the vendor. The whole process was so quick, was not waiting on County once, every enquiry was answered quickly and in full. I am extremely pleased with the service and I was in my brand new property with 2 months of the first viewing!!! Thank you so much for Janine!!!!

Negative experience: WOW..Beware, this is Red Starmers UK right here inside County Estate Agents, on applying for a rental property my bank statement snapshot showing my name and address, my monies in and out total each month and my balance total each month for 3 months was not enough, THEY WANT MY TRANSACTION HISTORY, lets me write that again, THEY WANT MY TRANSACTION HISTORY when applying for a rental property WOW WOW, they want to know where I spent my money and Janine Denye sees absolutely nothing wrong with that when I called, Emma on the other hand stated all we need is to see your "balance" for affordability but not Janine Denye she wants FULL STATEMENT TRANSACTION WITH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS. Needless to say I refused, have made contact with Lancashire Trading Standards, sadly there is far too many Janine Denye's out their ready able and willing to drag the UK into the gutter.

Fantastic experience: Been with County for over 2 years now and we rarely speak. Exactly what you want from your letting agent. The tenant they vetted and recommended is brilliant and looks after our property like it’s their own. On the ball with inspections, maintenance and cert renewals. Yet to find fault with the service they continue to provide. Would definitely recommend for the Fylde coast area.

Negative experience: They don't even deserve a 1 star! Travelled out of town to view a property this afternoon they didn't bother telling myself or partner that there already was a successful application on the property they couldn't be bothered telling us till we already been to view the property now we're £38 out of pocket due this joke of an estate agents couldn't be bothered telling us before we left our home to travel to St annes but they was quick enough to send a reminder letting us no about the viewing for this afternoon! Despite someone else was already successful but still they couldn't be bothered letting us no. They should have emailed us this morning letting us no not to attend the viewing. What a joke!

Negative experience: Awful experiences. Worked with Janine last year who often patronised us as first time buyers. Also spoke to us as if we were stupid with comments such as ‘you need to make sure you’re certain before you put an offer in because solicitors cost a lot of money and we don’t want to waste the seller’s time’. Which was ironic because it was actually the seller who wasted our time. Our offer was accepted last year but then Janine called us giving us 2 hours to up our offer. I was working when she called and we felt very pressured. Then this year, we had another awful experience with Janine. I was told I couldn’t view a house without my partner present and also that she didn’t want to make two trips out showing us the house. This was a £450k house so it shouldn’t be too much trouble if we wanted a second look. The delay in booking our viewing meant that we couldn’t put an offer in as another was accepted. Very disappointed as we likely would’ve offered the asking price as we loved the look and location of the house. Cannot comment on the rest of the staff as we didn’t get chance to meet any of them but would not recommend working with Janine if you’re a first time buyer.

She is personally doing the job that my Solicitor should be doing! The other staff members are also brilliant but I guess it's who works for you personally.

Negative experience: One particular Rude and arrogant staff member in the st annes branch has ensured they will never ever get my custom. The concept of customer service is clearly alien to this person. Total contrast to Wyles who could not have been more helpful.

Negative experience: We’ve been waiting for this agency for 2 weeks to ‘complete necessary checks’ of our application, when in reality they were waiting on someone else to pay the deposit. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us that the house was taken. Every step of the process, we had to keep emailing and calling, forwarding details that they apparently never received, and being told to be patient about them getting back to us. I found out through the listing showing ‘let agreed’ and my partner confirmed it by calling them. Their lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and honest service.

Fantastic experience: I want to pass on my greatest of compliments to Rick, who showed me and my mum (virtually) around a property this evening. For the past 12 months I have been driving up and down the Fylde coast looking at properties for my mum to buy. We have been through most estate agents, and what I can tell you is, Rick has been by far the best estate agent I have ever come across. He was polite, professional, didn’t rush me (given that it was 5pm) and gave me the time to properly inspect the property. County Estate Agents have been the most thorough and prepared. If awards were given out, I would be nominating your company. Rick said the director was his immediate line mananger. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to Rick and the company as a whole. I work with clients on a daily basis, and the likes of Reeds Rains, Entwhistle Green to name a few, are no comparison to the level of service we have received so far. So much so, that if the sale goes through, my parents would most likely ask you to sell their property off the back of my recommendation.

Negative experience: Avoid Unprofessional, rude and abrupt woman working in the office. I was stood up for a viewing, waited around for 20mins, rang and rang the doorbell, I was not called or anything to notify me or communicate. They had my number. I left a VM on the office phone line explaining, and when they did call me back she implied I was somehow in the wrong despite me being rather disappointed and having planned my whole morning around the viewing and made a special trip there. After trying to explain that I was not in the wrong, and receiving only her rude persistent unapologetic replies, I had enough and told her where to go. Suggest some training for the woman in question to improve her ability to show empathy and a basic level of customer service. I will forever avoid and tell as many people as I can how poor this place is.

Negative experience: Scheduled a viewing. Walked up and down the road for half an hour. Nobody there. Called up the office later and the rude woman informed me she had been there and was in the property looking up and down the road. She didn't bother to call me or come out onto the street. They never provided the exact address and when I pointed that out her response was "normally people do their research." Unbelievable. Wouldn't deal with them.

Negative experience: Rude telephone call followed by no response when I was willing to sign the tenancy , you'd think they would want to be renting out the property in such difficult time .

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my partner were attempting to apply for a property to rent with this god awful estate agents, we were met by a nice gentleman who showed us around the property. We went back to the office to drop off our forms along with numerous correspondence where my partner was met by a LISA, who made her feel very uncomfortable and had no level of customer service at all. She didn’t acknowledge an email that was sent prior to calling myself with “bad news” as she said. She not once spoke to either of us on a humane level with any empathy for our situation. I hope the managing director sees this review and actions what has been stated immediately by disposing of this horrible person as I feel the rest of the place may be quite pleasant. But until then, don’t waste your time. :))

Negative experience: Had a pleasant experience with one agent, who seemed professional and lovely as they showed us around a property. We returned to the office with the intention of applying to let the property, however were met with what seemed a very blunt and rude agent. They spoke in a patronising way and looked at my partner and I as if we had no right being there. Made us feel unwelcome and as if we did not wish to return to deal with them. * To note, this agent still advertises online as requiring administration fees, which is now illegal as of June 2019 in the passing of the Tenant Fees Act. I am unsure as of whether this is the external website's fault or that of the agents, but is something to be aware of.

As with all lets there are some problems- e.g leaking washing machines but these were dealt with quickly with no fuss. We knew we could rely on the team to get the right tradesperson in , at a competitive price and to check the work had been correctly completed. We also had the same excellent service when it came to selling the property.
