Fantastic experience: We have received excellent service from Tiger Properties and Lettings, selling our property in FY8 St Annes. Having used Tiger before we gave them the opportunity to market our property again, and we weren't disappointed. From the initial contact with Michelle at Highfield Road. Again, she was very professional and efficient and quickly arranged a valuation by Chris from the same office. Chris had carried out a great analytical review of the area, the property and sales potential. His valuation was pretty much spot on what we expected to sell the property for. He listened and took on board the history of the property as it had been in the family over 60 years. The listing and photographs were excellent in order to attract interest. We accepted an offer. Unfortunately, after a very frustrating 3 months the buyer pulled out of the sale. The following day Michelle called us to say we have another offer which was so quick and efficient. The offer was accepted and completion was recently achieved. Thanks to Gail at the Whitegate Drive office who saw the sale process go through. Gail was again very professional at all times. Communication throughout was excellent. We would definitely recommend Tiger Properties in particular, Michelle, Chris and Gail. We hope the new owners have very happy and exciting times at their new house.

Negative experience: Nightmare to deal with. I came up from Manchester to view the property, agent called me whilst I was on train to see if I can arrive early due to him being double booked, I explained will be quick as a I can but I’m on train. When I go the property, agent no where to be seen and not answering his phone. I called office and they said he can’t come back? Explained your office is 5 mins away and I’ve just come all this way. He comes back to show me a dirty property with not even electric on. Due to my circumstances, I had to bite my tongue and go a head with it. Throughout the process Tiger staff members constantly lied to me about my application and what’s going on. I have to constantly call to get updates, me calling also put into action the next steps. So I would call to make sure everything is ok because I’ve had no response, and off the back of me calling they will check there and then and be like ye we can progress to next steps?. Several occasions they left me application waiting around. They kept saying they have sent me and guarantor, letters to sign and nothing ever turned up, around 2 weeks go by and I call and ask if we can do an e signature as need to get moving in asap. They agree and about 3/4 days letter I letter turned up I had been waiting on for weeks. It had a Royal Mail 1st class stamp and Royal Mail stamped a date over it to confirm and it didn’t line up with what tiger was saying. Pure nonsense and lies for tiger estate agents. The property was empty and I had done all paperwork, sent all relevant deposits and for some reason it took them ages to let me move in. Part of the reason for the delay is that the property needed to be cleaned and it’s booked in for cleaning so I would have to move in after this date, I said I would be happy to clean myself if I can get keys earlier but no. I finally get the keys, go to the property to find they’ve given me wrong keys! I move into the property and it’s not been cleaned, keys in window had hard green/blue mould all over them and still do. Toilet was filthy and leaking, drains under the sink in the kitchen was filthy and leaking black gunge under sink. The property smelt of cat piss. The small ultilies closet absolute stinks of cat piss and spent weeks spraying down, with still monthly routine spray down, the room has to be locked off. The whole property inside and out stinks and is dirty and has not been cleaned in a very long time, been completely mis managed by tiger letterings To make matters worse, we have some ghetto electric set up and we have to go to estate agents to get electric cards. Gone down today as need electric and office is closed and not open this weekend? Unsure what they expect me to do here. They have monopolised the electric system so you can only buy the electric cards from them, god knows what rate I’m paying. When I first moved in and got to property, my meter was in a crazy debt amount, I called them about it and they wanted me to come back to the office, told them not a chance get down here and sort it asap. What planet are these guys on? They think they can do what they like and staff have an horrible negative Dipsy attitude. Now I could use electric and clean, I contacted tiger to let them know the property was dirty and they said it been cleaned and it’s not, I also told them this is standard they’ve set for when I’ve moved out. I then got an email with property inventory and photos. Immediately as I moved in, I record a video of the property and is nothing near the pictures they provided.

Fantastic experience: My sister had to sell her house for care home fees and Tiger dealt with the sale with efficiency and consideration from start to finish. They were mindful of her feelings throughout the whole process, keeping us informed and dealing with all enquiries. Chris and Michelle were particularly helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agency

Fantastic experience: Having purchased a property through Tiger Sales and Lettings, I am giving them 5 stars, they recommended a solicitor to act on my behalf, which also gets 5 stars. The staff were very helpful and the whole process was about as hassle free as you can get.

Negative experience: Wouldn't even give them a 1 star if I didn't have to! Book a viewing a new house that was put on the marker that day, was told I was the first person to view, made a appointment for today at 2.30 to get there with no answer to be told when I rang thats it's now under offer! No phone call or email to let me know just let me turn up and take half a day off work! What a waste of time!!! I am so mad I would not recommend tiger to anyone.

I have just rented out one of my properties through Tiger and have another up for rent at present and have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved and Chris the manager at Highfield Road who works tirelessly to make sure that everything run smoothly. Chris gave an honest and open account of the market, what would work well and how best to put the property forward. All aspects handled by Chris and the team, Michael has kept me up to date as to where everything is up to and what's required. After a bad experience with another estate agent, it's great to know there is still a good one out there!! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This letting agency are not reliable in any way. They never reply to their office emails and if you ring them they can be very patronising and negative. Not to be trusted. Best to completely avoid. And if you put an application in to possibly rent a property they never inform you of the outcome. You have to assume you've not been successful.

Negative experience: Shame you can't give 0 stars. If you are an owner of a property don't let these liars see over letting your property because they are overseeing the property in my block of flats above me, in march 23 I contacted them to say there was a sewage leak from there property into my bathroom, a so called plumber came out (or so they said one came out, I didn't see them, so I can only assume noone called or there plumbers knowledge is very limited) I was told he came up with there was no leak, even though I had the leaks on camera dripping from the ceiling, the problem seemed to of stopped, then again over the last few days the problem started again, so I contacted them again and I had a call from one of the maintenance guys saying "don't worry we have it in hand" obviously this was a lie because again it has not been acted on, this company is one of the worse I have had the misfortune to of come in contact with in blackpool, they leave me no option but to contact the owners and claim compensation for the mess to be cleaned up, if you are looking for property maintenance don't trust these because you will end up paying more for basic work needing doing than is needed.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend them at all for letting, very poor service and lack of communication never returned our call and in the end, we had to pup in 3 times to be able to get hold of them, the gentleman who did the viewing was very efficient although I can not say the same thing about their office staff. Very disappointed with their service and will never back to them for either buying or letting.

Negative experience: We are renting a property with Tiger estates and we have had numerous issues with them since day one. We have only been in the property for three weeks and the problems that were meant to be resolved before the moving in date are still unresolved. The agents don't seem to care about their tenants, or at least they don't about us. The service one should expect is clearly lacking.

Fantastic experience: I was a purchaser and not strictly a client of Tiger, but every single thing which could be done to help me was done. I have to thank Gail Dyson for all her help in keeping things on track with the hideous conveyancing firm I was cursed with. Negative experience: Was told to avoid this company and I should have listened told me that I had the property paid my holding fee they contacted my landlord without my permission which caused alot of trouble at my end solicitors involved etc landlord tried to evict me for them to only tell me that the landlord "wants someone better" waste of my time and has put me in a very difficult situation which could have been avoided also they said it will take 7 working days to refund my holding fee it's been a month and still haven't received the refund avoid this company very very poor service you have been warned

Fantastic experience: I put a property up for sale just before Covid took hold which artificially extended the sales process. Following that there were issues with the purchasers solicitor and a chain which also extended the process. Tiger helped negotiate each problem and communicated well. The sales price set by Steve was accurate and achieved. The cost of the sale was better than most. Not much more to say other than I will use Tiger if I sell another property.

Negative experience: They want to see proof that you can afford to buy before you view, due to covid, REALLY, suppose I don't like the place, these are the people selling house's that don't want to sell you a house, they are not acting in their clients interest, sellers be aware you won't get your house sold, no doubt I'll get some lame excuse or serious buyers, etc they will show you a video, ha, you have to get the feel of the place, you think they would be glad of the commission, this is one genuine buyer you have lost

Tried to ring to organise a house viewing and they insist on seeing your current bank statement... apparently because of coronavirus? Not to sure how the two are connected but no other Estate Agents have asked to see how much is currently in my bank account? The gentleman was also extremely rude.

Negative experience: This estate agent must be the worst one in Blackpool. They are very unprofessional and time wasters. They keep hold of your sensitive data but they don't respond to you when you contact them. Definitely avoid!

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking called in the other day to report something going on in our bukiding, still waiting for them to come out and investigate, electric meter is in way to high £10 last 3 dats , should be open on a Sunday as well as we need to go into then office for electric cards which is stupid. Been left without any all days in Sundays

Negative experience: DONT USE THIS COMPANY I Received a letter to say they would be inspecting my house at 10:30 am approximately, I called at 11:35 to complain that no one had turned up, I again phoned to ask when this inspection would take place as I had spent all morning waiting for the visit, , the switchboard operator said she would get someone to call at 12:22 I still hadn't received a call, Abysmal service, they couldn't care less, I shall be speaking to my landlord to tell them Again of this inept service. Negative experience: absolutley terrible emergency service.im currently waiting for a phone call from their maintenance man who only recieves emails.!!!..can not be contacted by phone.my boiler is making an almighty racket shaking the taps and radiators.water pouring outside..(boiler is gas!!)..and ive been told there is nothing more they can do !!..i feel like they are placing me and my family in danger.i didnt want to give 1 star but i had to so i could post this!!!
