After a very lack lustre performance from the previous Estate Agent, it was a night and day difference. Ginene was allocated to our sale and we found her to be very professional and helpful, especially as we live overseas, when we needed work carrying out on the property, she went the extra mile to keep the sale on track. Marketing, Professionalism and good Communication all 5* Thank you Country Holmes, Kind Regards Matt & Helen.

A huge thank you to the Glossop team for making our first home-selling experience feel so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Country Holmes to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent.

Fantastic experience: As a buyer, I have been delighted with the service Country Homes Estate Agents have provided throughout. The initial viewing, arranging a second viewing, through to surveys, questions and answers about the property were handled professionally and in a timely way. The property details online were excellent and the use of a sophisticated 3d spatial scanned photography allowed a virtual walkround - including measurements! - was invaluable. Contracts are now exchanged and completion is arranged. I'm delighted. Many thanks to Mataya, Emily, Amber and Ginene.

Fantastic experience: We picked Country Holmes in Glossop to sell our home for us and we weren't disappointed, a huge thank you to Ginene and Mataya for making this journey as smooth as it could be and thank you to all the other members of the team who helped along the way. I was impressed from the get go, the presentation Ginene gave us right at the start was personalised to our home, which was missing from other estate agents I have worked with in the past or ones we had approached when deciding on which estate agent to use. Selling a house is very stressful but, I felt it was definitely less stressful having Ginene and Mataya looking after things for us, always following up when needed, keeping us up to date and supporting when things were a little bumpy, not to mention the great recommendation of a solicitor, who was equally as fantastic and a superb photographer. Thanks again for all you're help, we would definitely recommend you to anyone in need of an estate agent. Andy and David

Fantastic experience: Overall good experience! Thank you ☺️

Fantastic experience: Country Holmes were the estate agent for the vendor of the house we recently completed on. At the start, Tom was great showing us round the house a couple of times and eventually we put an offer in and had it accepted. Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention needs to go to Amber and Ginene who were always so helpful when we called up for updates. Amber in particular always seemed to be able to get updates from further up the chain (we were in quite a large one!) that no one else seemed to be able to! We were really impressed by them and couldn’t recommend them enough- I’m sure the service they provided our vendor was just good as the one they gave us.

Fantastic experience: We've bought and sold 4 properties now with Country Holmes and as you can imagine, due to our repeat business, we're very happy with the service provided. The team are super efficient and friendly and in this instance a big shout out to Amber. Our purchase wasn't the easiest due to probate and so it dragged on some, however, she showed enormous empathy and support and was relied upon time and again to keep us updated and to push things on. Fantastic experience: I have recently sold and purchased a new property through Country Holmes. We first viewed a house with Mike, who had a chat with us and really got to know what we were looking for and made a recommendation on a property which we then viewed and fell in love with, and purchased. The sale of my property was predominantly dealt with by Tom, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. Tom was more than happy to deal with any queries I had, or to communicate with our buyers for us. On a whole, the entire team at Country Holmes is fantastic, and I would happily recommend them to anyone in the market for property.

Fantastic experience: Country Holmes were professional, efficient, helpful, friendly, an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the very start with Mike's market assesment of both our properties, excellent marketing and the use of a visual tour...both properties sold as soon as they went on the market. Tom, Sue and Janice were on hand with support at every stage. We can't thank Country Holmes enough and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Country Holmes if you are thinking of moving house. Although we never actually moved due to issues with our chain, the team at Country Holmes were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. The initial valuation of our home with Country Holmes was an easy process. Mike was good enough to support us through additional steps we needed to take to get our house on the market, due to an agreement on it that meant valuation needed council approval. Mike also spent a great deal of time on our house photos and walk around tour, even returning on a different day for outside shots when the sun was out. When we found a house we wanted to buy Katelyn at Country Holmes was fantastic at communicating with the vendors on our behalf and helped us to agree a price and secure a sale on the property. Mike and team were always available whenever we needed and we will absolutely return to them when we are ready to start the process of marketing our house again.

Fantastic experience: I recently bought a home through Glossop branch and Evie looked after the sale. She was always available and happy to help move the sale along. Nothing was too much trouble I would happily recommend them to sell your home.

We wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

If we was to move again we would definitely use there services again. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Country Holmes were fantastic from start to finish. They took all the normal stressors away that come with moving house and made it an enjoyable experience. They helped us find our dream home and also sold our home in the space of a week. They took great photos of our house and used a tool called the matterport which meant our listing could be walked around online in 3D which added to the premium service we experienced. Katelyn was wonderful and nothing was ever too much trouble to ask. She kept us updated throughout the journey and always went that extra mile (including going in to the office on her day off to let us know our offer had been accepted!). We would highly recommend, they won’t disappoint!

Fantastic experience: From the initial contact with Evie, to Mike's expert market assessment of our property for sale and even Laura seeing the funny side of me giving her the wrong key for the house, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone involved at Country Holmes Glossop. They kept me constantly updated as to the progress of the sale , quickly found potential buyers and got us our requested selling price. 1st class service from all involved . Katelyn was great and helped push through the sale at the end, making sure that all parties were talking to each other to get us to completion.

Fantastic experience: Evie and Katelyn have been so helpful in the process of buying our first home. Evie has made everything stress free and made sure my partner and I found what we were looking for. I highly recommend Country Holmes, especially as a first time buyer.

Fantastic experience: The Team at Country Holmes have been fantastic from start to finish. Plenty of communication, plenty of serious buyers. We had a big 4 bedroom house for sale with them. It was only on the market for a week before we accepted an offer. We have completed today. Seamless. Would absolutely recommend. Our buyers moved from the other end of the country, but had viewed the house via their interactive tour. The viewing was just to confirm they were happy as they had already decided from the internet tour that it was the one for them! A job well done.

Fantastic experience: Evie goes above and beyond to keep things moving along and keep all parties informed

Fantastic experience: We used Country Holmes to advertise a rental property. An hour after going 'live' on Rightmove, we had a perfect tenant.

Fantastic experience: Like most people we were in the race to make the most of the Stamp Duty relief at the end of June. To add to it we were moving and getting married within a month of each other. The chain was complicated. Evie was fantastic, always kept in touch and made sure we were in the loop, worked with us and the chain to smooth out complications and find new and innovative ways to resolve problems. When Evie was on holiday we dealt with other members of the team and they were just as helpful friendly and supportive - we cant thank them enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Five stars - thank you to Country Holmes who we used for our recent sale and purchase in Glossop. Mike's marketing is excellent, particularly the pictures and the use of the Matterport virtual tour, which no other agency use. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: We sold our 4 house development in Hadfield through Country Holmes Estate Agents, Glossop. I must say Evie and her team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They were very professional and responsive during the sale process and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend using Country Holmes to anyone wanting to sell a property in the area. Nick & Dave @ NR Projects

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure where to start as I honestly cannot say enough good things about country Holmes. We made a decision to sell our starter family home and ended up moving to our forever home, so having the right estate agent to help facilitate the process was crucial. We decided to get quotes from several agents. The online agent came out significantly cheaper but we were conscious of the fact that in life you generally get what you pay for. The fact that Country Holmes are one of the top sellers in the Glossop area also spoke volumes. We therefore made the decision to proceed with them and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. In Mike (company director), you’d genuinely struggle to find a more professional (yet personable), efficient and responsive person to help sell your house. He even managed to find us our dream home! Nothing was ever too much effort for Mike- knowing how desperate we were to get our house on the market, he was up at the crack of dawn and rang me before I’d even rolled out of bed to go through the final details before we went live. Mike is also a pioneer in using state of the art technology which is unrivalled by any other local agent- the 3D walkthrough and doll house view are brilliant and reallly gave prospective buyers a true sense of perspective and the floor space on offer within our house. The girls in the office (initially Rochelle, then Evie) were equally brilliant and whenever anything needed chasing up they would do so immediately (despite the high demand caused by the SD holiday) and we were always kept promptly up to date with any developments. We are not planning to move again but if the situation arose we wouldn’t consider anyone other than Country Holmes. You should do the same- you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Country Homes for the purchase of a property. The team were very helpful and professional throughout the process keeping me informed of progress throughout the sale. The customer service was great, calls and emails were always responded to in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Evie at Country Holmes to purchase a property recently and frankly the whole experience from the estate agents side couldn't have been better. From the first viewings the professionalism and property knowledge was fantastic. Communication was brilliant with same day/same hour responses right throughout the process. Would recommend Country Holmes but specifically Evie was fantastic to have on board.
