Fantastic experience: I had exceptional service from Martin and his team nothing was too much trouble. The house had an offer on it just 2 weeks from being with the firm. The first offer fell through but with just 3 weeks a second offer was accepted and was successful. Ethan and Analise were supportive and helpful and clearly any viewers had been properly vetted to match their needs with what my property offered. I have been delighted with the service and my journey is now complete thanks to Martin and his team.

Fantastic experience: In a nutshell, Martin Lundy Lester"stayed the course" for over a year. My House, although modern, was "different". prior Estate Agents insisted that it had not sold due to a pricing issue and wanted price reductions .I engaged Martin Lundy who presented the house very very well , with excellent visual aids and drone footage and held the price. He found a client who wanted it. It took nearly a year for the client to arrange funding, during that period we all "stayed the course" Well done Martin, and thank you.

Fantastic experience: Having tried to sell our property for over 1 year and 50 viewings without success, Lundy Lester indicated that they get us a buyer within a few weeks. We were a little sceptical at first, but LL appeared to have a proactive and innovative marketing approach. So we commissioned them in May and received an offer by around late July 2025. The sale was completed at end Nov, having been held up somewhat in the conveyancing process and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LL.

Fantastic experience: We cant recommend Martin and his team enough. We used a well know estate agent before with no luck, but when we switched to KW the level of service we received was honestly next level. Better advertising of the house, where he included the use of an aerial drone, better communication using WhatsApp (super quick to reply). Then a dedicated person giving weekly updates of the progression of the sale, once we had the chain complete. Then to top it off the recommended solicitor and removal company (he gave us a couple of options for each service) have given equally great service with a fair price. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Martin does not let you down. He is dogged in getting the deal over the line and will find ways of enabling this. I did not have much contact with his growing team but would hazard a guess that they share Martin’s “make things happen” ethos. Some transactions breeze through but when they don’t you need someone like Martin on your side.

Fantastic experience: Martin is a superb Estate Agent. We bought a property through him and we found his availability to deal with the usual buying and selling issues was second to none. At the larger Agents, you tend to speak to different people all the time and also can’t always get hold of people when you need them. That’s not the case with Martin who was always available and literally “got things done”. He got us to pay a good price for the property we wanted haha! so obviously did well for his client - but we were searching for a specific property, and Martin was able to fulfil this for us. He also acted as the vendor’s agent for a friend of mine and after using a different Agent, swapped to Martin who was quickly able to find her a suitable buyer which I know she was thrilled about.
