Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to purchase my first property through Open House and I could never ever recommend them highly enough!! Jason was so incredible every step, keeping me updated on progress from solicitors, constantly answering queries ASAP, communicating with the seller immediately on any queries he couldn’t answer himself and even going above and beyond with the move in process! Fantastic experience: We recently sold our flat with Open House. We had a few valuations done, and I'm so glad we went with Open House. Jason was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and communicative. Luke also kept in contact to keep us in the loop. It was long, arduous process, but Jason was reassuring, professional and answered every question we had as first time sellers. Everyone is so lovely and always on hand to ask questions or raise any issues we were having. Definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again for any future sales!

Fantastic experience: We used Open House Worthing, due to a recommendation, to sell my dad’s bungalow. Jason our estate agent was great. He was helpful, polite and very professional. He managed to find us a lovely buyer two weeks before Christmas! Probably one of the hardest times of the year to sell property. He explained everything clearly and kept us up to date with the process. Emails were replied to quickly and the same with phone calls. All in all a very smooth selling experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Being completely open, I will forever be grateful to Open House Worthing, and although the lovely Susi in particular, Luke was also fantastic. I got to a point where I didn’t think I would be able to find a home for my small human and I, but Susi made it possible. She went above and beyond to help and always got back to me when she said she would. They seem to be very hard working at Open House Worthing, care about what they do and the people they help. For example, Susi was unable to attend the viewing we had arranged and so instead of putting me out by cancelling/ re-scheduling, Luke was able to do the viewing. I feel like this shows they’re willing to work hard in order to meet clients’ needs, because Luke would have already been busy no doubt. Any contact I made was responded to promptly and the whole process was organised and smooth. I felt as though Susi really was on top of everything, contacting me when anything was needed, understanding of my schedule with regards to work, etc. Luke was also there and on top of absolutely everything if Susi wasn’t around. Thanks to these guys, my miniature and I are now blessed to be happily living in a beautiful home

Negative experience: Be careful with this company. The way they treated my husband over a competiton would put me off ever using them!
So sorry you feel like that I was in conversation with your husband regarding the collection of the football prize. He seemed to have blocked us mid reply on his last message trying to resolve as a cash alternative I was looking to arrange. We were explaining we are a local business that ran a competition to win a football for our local following to give something back in a way to our following. We have done this every round and all we asked was to collect the ball for a photo opportunity to help grow our small business awareness in exchange. Your husband said he could not collect and i assume that is down to location challenges, Bridgend to Worthing is quite a trek! We had someone else who lived some distance away ask before they did a prediction about entering of which we were happy for people to get involved but collecting the ball may be a problem as we couldn't post. I offered your husband to send someone on his behalf to collect the ball which he also did not want to do. Ultimately if you can collect the ball, it is yours if not, we shall put everyone else in the draw and re draw. We are not withholding the prize just ask the winner to collect as all the others have. We did not boost the advert to keep the competition local for customers and interested parties in the area looking at the feed it seems somehow this has been picked up on some kind of competition entering syndicate where people enter 100's of competitions (of which you are entitled) all over country and this local competition has become entangled in that with some perhaps national competitions. If he is still interested in contacting about cash alternative, please get in touch again and we can arrange.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service provided by Open House! Luke and Susi swiftly sold our property for us in October/November 2020. The team were incredibly professional and kept us fully informed at each stage of the process. The customer service was amazing and came with a personal touch that you don't always get with larger companies. Any questions we had were quickly responded to and all viewings were well organised with ourselves and fully compliant with Covid restrictions, which was very reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Luke and the team at Open House managed a rental property for me after I moved away from the area. Any maintenance was always seen to quickly and I was always kept in the loop - communication was always quick. Luke found me excellent tenants and made the landlord experience a smooth one! After 5 years Open House helped me to sell the property which went without a hitch. Fantastic experience: I own an apartment which had a tenant in situ when I purchased, however after 4 years she moved on and I needed it relet quickly. As I live abroad it was essential I had someone who was reliable and professional to find me a new tenant. Luke was just that person and within a week he came up with a new tenant that I hope will be just as good as my last one. The process was seamless and hassle free. The only slight niggle was that he was unable to ring me abroad from the office landline. Need to sort that Luke! I've upgraded you to a 5 ⭐
Thank you for the kind review sorry we weren't able to provide 5 star service on this occasion. I tried even from my mobile but could not connect to the number for some reason. I kept in contact with email and WhatsApp as that worked fine but for some reason neither office or mobile would connect for calls. Unsure why overseas calls not normally an issue, apologies.

Fantastic experience: Myself and partner have been looking for our first flat together! Currently living in shared housing, so we have found it quite daunting! Fantastic experience: in the past I've had a few unprofessional landlords, however with this company they were professional and welcoming. Every query I had they answered almost instantly. They worked to get my sky box delivered and kept me updated of the progress. One of the agents, susi, was awesome. She gave me her number and said if I need her anytime for anything just give her a ring and she will come running. Highly recommend this company to all my friends and family!
