Fantastic experience: I don’t write reviews often, and if I do it has to be for a good reason. I can say without a doubt that beercocks have been brilliant! We were unsure at first at putting our beloved family home on the market, but we have been presently surprised with the service we’ve received. Jack managed our sale and he is the most lovely person, so kind and genuine and we felt that nothing was too much. I used to message him panicking about things and he always made time to talk us through everything and reassure us. From start to finish it’s been a really good experience, slightly more expensive than some agents out there but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Thank you Jack and team for all your hard work.❤️

Positive experience: From the start everyone at beercocks has been friendly and very helpful, special mention to Jack and Courtney in the Barton office who have been available to answer all questions and provide advice. She is always polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Her professionalism and cheerful personality is a credit to her. She is a valuable asset to Beercocks.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service from start to finish - the valuer was extremely knowledgeable and the photos were lovely. Sold to the first viewer! Lots of communication and advice. Jack in particular was lovely

Fantastic experience: We can't praise Beercocks enough. From the marketing material to the professional, friendly staff. Our negotiator Jack was on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times. Their pre-sale marketing secured a sale without being advertised on Rightmove.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from the Barton Beercocks team. Jack and Courtney have both been incredibly professional throughout. They have communicated with me at every stage keeping me informed throughout. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Sold my house with Beercocks and couldn't recommend highly enough. My house got sold before it even went up for sale! Great communication. Very passionate. The other estate agents who came to visit recommended auctioning my property and expecting a lower price, Beercocks advised a normal sale and I got a lot more through them! Very pleased, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Beercocks in Barton-upon-Humber is fabulous. In particular, Jack who always keeps in touch, contacting us regularly to update or just see how we are. Jack goes over and above and is so helpful and pleasant - a real Gem in the world of Estate agents!

Fantastic experience: Beercocks go above and beyond,a caring personal service.

Fantastic experience: We walked into beercocks to enquire about a property, we were assisted by Jack and a viewing was arranged straight away for us. This property was not suitable. Jack took our details and helped us to find the correct house that suited our needs. We had been looking for months for the correct house and Jack invests his time to find us the correct house and within a week we had been offered, we viewed, put our offer in, accepted after negotiation for the best price for me and the seller and now we are with solicitors to buying! We can’t thank Jack and his team at Beercocks enough. Andrew & Charlotte

Fantastic experience: very easy communication, they always try to go extra mile

Fantastic experience: Prompt timing for the viewing & very knowledgeable about the property, follow up phone calls and emails were a pleasure and informative. Couldn't ask for more

Negative experience: We recently purchased a property through Beercocks and, unfortunately, found the experience with our agent, Belinda, to be extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, she came across as disinterested and unprofessional. Viewings felt rushed, and although she spoke at length, it was clear she lacked a basic understanding of the property. We asked several straightforward questions, many of which she was unable to answer accurately — and, more concerningly, a few of the responses we received later turned out to be untrue. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress during what should have been an exciting time. Sometimes she was just rude, and it was as if ahe was teying to put us off the property rather than sell it and was patronising to suggestions for improvements we made. We expected a higher standard of service and professionalism from an established agency and would hesitate to recommend Beercocks based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: Jack was absolutely fantastic, he's made what is usually a stressful process easy and pain free. He's been a pleasure to deal with, and would whole-heartedly recommended Beercocks and Jack to anyone looking to sell their house!

Fantastic experience: Jack was excellent managing the sale of our property. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for anything more

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from both Harriet and Jack certainly found us the property most suited to our needs couldn't have asked for more David & Joy Robinson

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service and helpful staff, Jack has been amazing through the process which made it easy and clear for a first time buyer. Thank you 10/10

Negative experience: We have sold three properties over the last 7 years, this sale was by far the most stressful and the main reason for this was poor communication. Miller Metcalf in Manchester received a 5 star review twice, it was a different story with Beercocks. We did not receive updates unless we asked, the right hand did not seem know what the left was doing and it all seemed rather chaotic. I do not wish to name names. Our solicitor put it in a nutshell when he said that their poor level of communication both with us and with him was 'most peculiar'. We are thankful for his help and the fact that he was willing to get involved to assist us when we were at the end of our tether. I'm afraid that we were really disappointed with Beercock's level of customer service.

Fantastic experience: We have sold our house with Beercocks, our house is a bit different and Beercocks understood how to market it to appeal to the right market. They attended quickly and took great photos and videos of the property. It was on the market within a few days and since then we have been kept up to date with everything. We have always been able to get in touch when we needed to and our thoughts and opinions have always been taken seriously. We would recommend Beercocks.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with Belinda and the team at Beercocks. When searching for properties they were so proactive in contacting me ones that they thought would be of interest having listened to what it was we were looking for. Had the feeling that Beercocks are so proactive for anyone selling their house with them that it makes you consider if other agents really are doing what they are doing! Gave us a lot of confidence in them as doing the best for their clients.

Fantastic experience: My experience was as stress free as you could imagine. Belinda went through all the mandatory form filling with me. From then on she was in touch on a regular basis whenever something of note needed discussing. The house is now sold subject to contract and I'm hoping that the remainder of the process is as straight forward.

Fantastic experience: A very smooth and painless experience. Belinda was attentive to our requirements and made the whole process of changing from our previous agent to Beercocks very simple, resulting in a swift sale.

Fantastic experience: Belinda kept in contact with us regarding our interest in a property, and when we were in a position to make an offer she was really helpful. Thank you very much Belinda.

Fantastic experience: The staff in the Barton office were absolutely brilliant handling our purchase recently, they were really effective and the communication was great. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The service we have received from Belinda has been exceptional - moving back to the UK after 11 years away with work, Belinda organized additional videos, a viewing for my parents on our behalf and has kept the lines of communication open to enable us to purchase our chosen home from over 5000 miles away.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from all at Beercocks - particularly Jack who has been our point of contact. He regularly checks in and can’t do enough for us. Thank you all for your help.

Fantastic experience: The team maintained their professionalism throughout the process and maintained good communication. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Great service from Beercocks. The marketing was professional, our house sold quickly and the service from Robert, Belinda, Harriet and especially Tracey who was our point of contact was fantastic! Would strongly recommend. 10/10.

Positive experience: Excellent and friendly service from all concerned. Only knocked one star off because their email system could never successfully get emails to me.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, clearly know their local market. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Not very enlightening!

Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional, friendly service. Property sold within a day of instruction. The Beercock team ensured progress was maintained at pace from valuation to completion. Any queries were responded to quickly and accurately with both myself and the buyer updated regularly throughout the process. This is the third property sold through this office over a number of years and we have been reassured by their high standards each time

Negative experience: Do not go with this estate agents. My mother in law had her offer accepted on a home to then receive a call in the same day that they are now retracting this offer and have now been gazumped. Terrible morals!

Negative experience: Loved watching my parents get an email confirmation on a property, only to get a phone call from Belinda beercocks at 5:30pm telling them they had been gazumped out of the bungalow! Can’t believe how it’s been handled, would not go with this estate agent

Negative experience: I drove over 100 miles with my daughter to view a property in Barton and offered the full asking price the following day. When I spoke to Belinda she derided my offer saying "it's a bit low isn't it?" A day past and I was told that it was rejected by the vendor, even though I had discussed my valuation with him during my visit. I then asked my son to up the offer by a couple of thousand above the asking price, which he did, and again was met with derogatory demeanour by Belinda. I have absolutely no idea if my offers were even extended to the vendor, as I am minded to believe this transaction was all about her commission and not meeting the vendors requirements. Obviously not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Amazing estate agents, very helpful and just brilliant sold my house within 2 weeks of being on the market

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from valuation to completion. Our agent (Georgia) couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us updated throughout. Highly recommend using Beercocks!!

Fantastic experience: Great Estate Agents!!! Handled the sale of my property very professionally and quickly.Georgia was absolutely first class and nothing was too much trouble.l would not use any agents other than Beercocks in the area. Brian Williams

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Georgia enough for keeping us informed of how things are moving along. She always has a welcome smile. Which is lovely.

Negative experience: No follow up with Intending customers or probably they don't let out only sells property

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful estate agents who made the process straight-forward.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous local company. Sold my house in less than a week for the full asking price. All advice was spot on. Whole team were very approachable and helpful. Special mention for Belinda who supported us through the whole process.

Fantastic experience: After getting (the advised) 3 valuations of my house, from various Estate Agents, i decided to ask Beercocks to help me sell it. I had read impressive reviews regarding them and upon first contact, they came across extremely professional. The photographs showing my property online look great and it's description is well worded. After only a few days of being on the market, my house is already "Sold, Subject to Contract" as i actively search for my next home. (everything selling so fast currently!). Belinda has been dealing with everything for me and has been highly efficient, friendly and always there if i've had any questions (i've never sold a house before). Thank you to all at Beercocks :)

Negative experience: Requested info from them, still waiting....

Fantastic experience: Excellent office staff always a phone call away friendly efficient service
