Positive experience: We recently used Whittakers to try and sell our property, sadly we didn`t get a sale with them, and we are now going up with another agent. I thought the first 3 months we were up with them communication was spot on, after that it was slow and I found that I was having to ring and ask how things were progressing. I totally understand if they do not have buyers for the property, but felt they could have been more proactive overall. Staff were pleasant , but having once given notice to say we were going with someone else, I was advised Lyndsey would call me but she never did.
