Fantastic experience: We recently put our house on the market at the same time as our daughter and son-in-law, with the aim of finding a larger property where we could all live together in a multi-generational family home. We chose DDM in Brigg, and whilst the journey had plenty of twists and turns, the team helped us navigate every challenge along the way. The chain consisted of five properties, all being handled by DDM, with the top of the chain presenting some particularly complex and unusual issues that made the process far from straightforward. I cannot speak highly enough of Liberty. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish—patient, kind, professional, and an exceptional communicator. Fantastic experience: Having had our 4 bed detached on the market for over 6 months with only time wasters viewing we thought 'lets try another agent'. We talked to quite a few who trotted out the usual 'reduce the price'. People had told us not to bother with DDM but what's to lose and let's see for ourselves. Wham, Bam fab-U-lus. The MD came round, loved the house/location and 48 hours later it was sold. There was a long chain with the buyer but the DDM team were on it, chasing, pushing and keeping us posted almost on a daily basis. Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Liberty when moving into our rented property. Libby knew my boyfriend and I were hoping to move out of our parents’ homes and find a place together, and she found the perfect house for us - great location and great price. She contacted me directly on a Friday to discuss it and arranged a viewing for the following Tuesday. The property hadn’t yet been listed, as the previous tenant hadn’t moved out, so no one else had seen it. Because competition for rental properties in Brigg is outrageous, I was worried it might go online before we had a chance to speak with the landlord. But Libby called the landlord immediately after our viewing, and within an hour we’d been accepted! She made the whole experience completely hassle-free, and I’m so grateful for her help. Without her, we would probably still be living with our parents. We were then passed to the lettings department, who completed all the verification checks, and we moved in the following Friday. The entire process took just two weeks, which is incredible given the current rental climate. DDM made everything stress-free and seamless so I would highly recommend!
