Roland's photos and video were excellent quality and Jane's description refreshingly different to usual Estate Agent jargon. Kathy did the viewings, coping well with Covid-19 restrictions. Special mention must go to Sue who chased buyers, agents and solicitors and took our increasingly anxious calls, while keeping cheerful throughout various setbacks. Fantastic experience: We have used EweMove Beverley twice and each time, have sold our property is super quick time, the first time there was so much interest on the first day they did an open day and it was sold there and then and the second time it went live in the evening and was sold for full asking value to a cash buyer 18 hours later. I shouldn't be surprised though, the first time I used EweMove I did my homework, had 4 valuations prior to EweMoves valuation, I rated each estate agent on there write up, images/ photos and market knowledge, I kept a list and worked out the average time they had properties on the market before been sold and how many of there properties had to be reduced to sell, I also did my own research on the area I was buying and the area I was selling in so that I had a good idea of what our home was worth. I decided on Ewemove as they came top in every category. I called up Ewemove and Roland came down and was full of market information, he had done is research and was spot on regards the price we could expect to sell at, he came back again and did the photos, he is an excellent photographer and every image was beautiful, great composition and well lit, and 27 images for potential buyers to browse through on the various property sites, most other estate agent do a lot less images,and not all great quality either, then Jane came down and chatted with us, took a look round our home and went off and wrote to most amazing write up, I fell in love with my own home all over again, she is a very talented writer and we were very glad she was working for us. Then we met the lovely Cathy who took all the measurements, asked us various questions so that they can inform interested parties on various aspects of the house. We got to know Sue, who is equally as important as the other members of the team, Sue knows everything and can quickly answer any question she is a real font of knowledge. As you might have guessed I enjoy moving, I have used numerous estate agents over the last 40 years and have never come across an estate agency like EweMove Beverley, they never stop working, Jane has sent me emails at 23.15 in the evening and I have read and answered them first thing next day. They make the whole experience so much nicer they are friendly, efficient and effective. Fantastic experience: We decided to put our house on the market after our family began to grow and we were starting to run out of space. We'd seen the adverts in the local newspaper by Ewemove and also always felt that their Rightmove listings always stood out so we decided to ask them to pop round one evening for a valuation. Roland (one half of a winning partnership with his wife Jane) called round and spent over an hour with us going through the level of service they offer and what sets them apart from other estate agents (they even don't see themselves as estate agents, more if a marketing firm). There was no pressure to sign up at all and even though Roland left ours late into the evening he was off to see another client after us, truly a 24/7 service! Roland had also told us about their guarantee where if you're not happy with any part of their service you can walk away, no fee, no contract. Excellent. So we decided to sign up, a couple of days later Jane and her colleague Cathy called round to write the description to go in the brochure and listing. Rather than the usual bland description about how long the walls are, they added to it with great info about why we love living there, what the house and location offered, and how it would suit future buyers. Then a day or two later Roland came to take the photos and we were sent a draft brochure that evening, which we approved and it was put on Rightmove that night. Our first viewing was two days later, with them coming thick and fast in the days that followed. Then, 11 days after putting the house on the market we accepted an offer for the asking price. Every step of the way both Jane and Roland were available by email or phone 24/7 and always made you feel like you were their only client, always having your information to hand and able to answer questions or reply to emails very quickly indeed. Fantastic experience: My house selling experience has gone on for some time due to it being a rather unique property. Jane and Roland at EweMove Beverley were the fifth estate agent that I have used in the process, as all the previous ones started off making all sorts of promises and then making almost no effort to sell the house, and completely failed to appreciate the uniqueness of the property and the best way to market it. Jane and Roland immediately spotted the best way to market my property, took excellent photos, and put together a very impressive brochure that really highlighted all the best features of my property and it was genuinely miles better than anything any of the previous estate agents have managed. They have a fantastic energy and enthusiasm, give excellent advice, have worked hard to sell my property, and are actually nice people as well! So, after over three years and four previous estate agents, Jane and Roland at EweMove Beverley managed to get my house sold, for a price I am happy with, within just a few weeks and after only a few viewings. Roland & Jane Peck marketed our house with success in 2015 and provided a far superior service than I had experienced with the more "traditional" high street agents I had used in the past. They used better photography, better descriptions, better floor-plans, conducted accompanied viewings and above all provided first class communication to ensure we knew the full situation of potential purchasers every step of the way. They do all of this and yet charge considerably less for their services compared to the traditional agents too. Win-Win!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant from start to finish although "finish" was so quick and easy we still can't quite believe it. As we were emigrating to Australia we had intended to put our 'marmite' house on the market this Easter. Although we loved our house - a semi detached two bedroom quirky open plan bungalow with a huge garden - we fully appreciated that it wasn't everyone's cup of tea. However as we were only marking time we decided to go for it and contacted Roland and Jane at the Beverley branch. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The description of the house, ace photos and the help and advice we received was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. Before the house was officially launched we had a phone call from Jane asking whether we were happy to have our first viewing on Christmas Eve. The buyer fell in love with the house and it sold that day. What a Christmas that turned out to be !! Everything from then on went unbelievably smoothly with Jane doing all the liaising between our buyer and solicitor. We just sat back with the occasional bottle of bubbly !! We've subsequently recommended EweMove to anyone thinking of selling their house. A brilliant company to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews but these are the best estate agents I have ever used. The service they provide is outstanding. They are available outside of normal office hours to deal with queries by phone or email. We ended up in a long chain and within a few hours ewemove had the full information about everyone in the chain and what stage they were at in the house buying process. Amazing! They were there to help us every step of the way and the process was painless!! Roland and Jane are local people and they are friendly, honest and efficient. I will not hesitate to use the again - worth every penny they charged!
