Parkers is a small closely knit team which means there's genuine accountability as it's always the same people dealing with your case (as opposed to getting handed off to various call centres/departments). Negative experience: I have been trying to view a house in Swindon for 2 weeks now been on there on web site .and on right move mail them lots of time ring them there get back to me but never have try again this afternoon on there on line chat got no where .How hard is it when you ask in is it still for sale, their answer is I don't understand

Fantastic experience: Took a little while to get the offer but always depends on your market at the time. Once under offer kept upto date with everything as we processed. Have now bought and sold through Parkers and would use again in the future.

Negative experience: I had to watch my sister cry her eyes out this morning after being rudely spoken to by a member of staff at this agency. She is desperate to find somewhere for her, her partner, and 3 kids (3yrs, 2yrs, 8mth) to live that they can afford on her partners wages. The housing situation in Swindon is a desperate nightmare at the moment. Affordable 3 beds are like gold dust. The council can only offer a hotel room if she can't find anywhere, and there are already multiple families in swindon who have been in hotel accommodation for 6mths plus who would be helped first. She called Parkers to enquire about a 2 bed that was listed last night just around the corner from our mums, and felt immediately judged and discriminated against for wanting to sleep her 2 boys in one room, and her, her partner and the baby in the other. I believe one of the comments made in a snooty manner was 'well why would you want to put 3 children in a 2 bedroom property'. Well - if we could all afford mansions that would be great, but the rest of us are in survival mode. Not at all impressed with the attitude of the staff representing this agency.

Fantastic experience: We have been using Parker Swindon to market and manage our property in Swindon for quite some time now. The Team is highly professional and experienced in their field, from advising rental levels, marketing the property, securing the tenants and managing the tenancy and the property. We were able to secure good tenants quickly and who stayed on long term which saved us a lot of hassle. Glynn and his Team are also very helpful in answering queries and providing info when we are not clear. We’re very happy with the services provided by Parker Swindon and would not hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for a letting and managing agent for your rental property.

Parker’s, however, came up trumps - despite a quite lengthy and difficult sales process due to bad luck, they energetically persevered in marketing my property until it was sold. For no fault of Parkers we had all kinds of issues with our transaction, every single step they were there to help us get over each of the bumps in the road that we came across. always on the end of the phone always very constructive and helpful and often were able to move things along through their skill and knowledge of what they were doing. In all honesty I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially Glynn, who was utterly outstanding and a real rock through this protracted and difficult process.

Down to earth, no nonsense, hard working. They went above and beyond to find us the right place at the right price. No hidden fees either—everything was honest and upfront. Fantastic experience: We switched to Parkers having had a bad experience with a well established large Swindon agent. Despite initial reservations that they were smaller and did not have an office local to us (North Swindon) the experience has been nothing but a positive one. In fact I would say it proved to be a bonus. Our house was being viewed by genuinely interested and qualified buyers as opposed to being part of block viewings to buyers for whom our house was clearly not right for. They were in contact with us regularly, providing fact based feedback on how the house was performing and being viewed on line.
