EweMove Estate & Lettings Agents in Cirencester

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I had a tricky sale but she smoothed out every roadblock that came our way. Kind, conscientious, and so organised, she was always on top of everything, and such a pleasure to deal with throughout (even my panicked messages out of hours!). If you’re ever looking to sell your home, Jenna’s the best there is.

Fantastic experience: Alex Jewhurst was brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Alex was super efficient, I loved how easy it was to book an appointment online and get a valuation. He understood our situation completely and that we needed to wait a couple of weeks for viewings. Sold to first viewer on first day!

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Alex at EweMove. We bought and sold two properties through him, Lakeside. Brookside and Ham Lane, a real hat-trick transaction, all in South Cerney. The whole process was handled with professionalism, energy and care from start to finish. Alex’s customer service was excellent throughout. Communication was clear, proactive and reassuring, which made a potentially stressful process feel very manageable. The marketing was outstanding too: fantastic social media exposure, detailed and accurate floor plans, and truly fabulous photos, including drone images that really set the properties apart. It was clear Alex genuinely cared about getting the best result for us, not just listing and moving on. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and EweMove to anyone looking to buy or sell. A brilliant local estate agent who goes the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: Great service from start to finish on the sale of our house. Alex was friendly and approachable but what really stood out was his great communication throughout the process. Great photos too!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we’ve sold a house through Alex Jewhurst – Ewemove Cirencester having sold our previous home 8 years ago. Alex was thoroughly professional throughout and used his experience to help us navigate a pretty unusual property market. Thanks for all your hard work, Alex! All the best, Dave and Lydia

Fantastic experience: Super professional and friendly, committed to marketing your home to a high standard :)

Fantastic experience: From the moment I messaged Alex, the service was above and beyond! I had tried to reach out to other letting agents and the communication was, at best, spotty, Alex was great. Calls and emails came when they were expected, the video viewing was amazing and he always asked if I had any questions. When I had questions, they were answered promptly. I am so pleased with my cottage and the whole process was incredibly straight forward and easy. Thank you Alex to you and your team at EweMove Estate & Lettings in Cirencester.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Alex & the EweMove Cirencester team who provided a stress free 2+ year property management service and then recently sold the property. From start to completion the communication & support provided has been excellent. Highly recommend for both sales & lettings.

Alex was tenacious and committed to helping us, even responding to emails while he was on holiday and keeping the communication between us and the seller flowing. The presentation details of our property were very professionally prepared and Alex was always accomodating to our wishes and needs thoughout the procedure. Alex and his staff were always easily accessible by telephone and Whatsapp. We have no hesitation in recommending Ewemove.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Polite and speedy responses.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a huge thank you to Alex from EweMove Estate Agents in Cirencester. I cannot recommend them enough. In December last year we decided to sell our home after 30 years, we got 3 quotes, 2 that I personally thought were too high and then Alex came along and instantly I liked his attitude towards selling. To him it wasn't about how much commission he could get, he just wanted to get us a fair price, he was realistic on his pricing and it paid off. He was excellent from start to finish, he was patient, very helpful with the dogs at viewings and very professional. What I liked about Ewe Move was that you deal with the same person throughout the whole process. Alex was on hand pretty much all the time by WhatsApp or emails. He returned calls or messages within a good time frame. Not once did I feel I made the wrong choice. Put the house up for sale in Jan and sold in May. We are now in our lovely new home ready to make more memories. Thanks a million Alex

Fantastic experience: Review of Ewe Move South Cerney Our house in South Cerney was well marketed by Alex at Ewe Move. We were kept informed of progress right from the start and everything included in the costs was explained to us at the first meeting so there were no surprises later on. Excellent photographer came to take the inside and out door photos and spent a long time getting everything right including drone footage. On the first two days there were continual viewings from 9am until 2pm and 11.30am a total of 14 viewings. Plus a few further ones and second viewings . Very positive response to the viewings and we ended up with 3 full asking price offers. Alex gave the pro and cons for each offer and that gave us a chance to decide which was best in our circumstances as we hadn’t at that point found a place to go to. Once an offer was accepted we were kept informed of progress . Alex kept us calm in what is always a stressful process. We would definitely recommend Ewe Move South Cerney. They know the local market well and can accurately judge valuations to sell your house in the quickest time and for the best price.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Alex and his team for not only selling one but 2 of my properties in South Cerney. They couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. They had both houses under offer within 5 days and although it took some time for the sales to go through everything did without a hitch.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with Alex and Jenna at Ewemove - from viewing properties through to pushing the purchase to a close, I am really happy with how friendly, straightforward and proactive they were. Would recommend to anyone - thank you Alex and Jenna.

Fantastic experience: Our first contact with EweMove as we viewed a house they were marketing. It was a breath of fresh air! The whole team were so quick in setting up the viewing, advising us on the local area, being clear on what the vendors were looking for etc Alex seems go above and beyond...to the point of phoning us to keep us in the loop while he was on a weekend break with his family! Would definitely recommend :-)

Negative experience: I had the misfortune of selling my property through Ewemove. A 9 month saga with poor advice and awful communication. Expensive and untrustworthy.

Fantastic experience: Jenna and the Team are quite honestly the best Estate Agent company I have ever dealt with. Totally professional , always get back promptly and so friendly , it’s a pleasure doing any kind I business with them, buying or renting!

Fantastic experience: Alex Jewhurst at Ewe move was an excellent agent, very professional, helpful and responsive. A great support through what is always a stressful time selling you home. Thank you for all your help along the journey!

Fantastic experience: This was the first time that we have used EweMove but we were incredibly impressed with Jenna and Alex, their knowledge of the property market and their ability to assess our property and sell it very promptly indeed! All good.

Fantastic experience: Alex and his team are simply the best, they have made our move so smooth to South Cerney, really helped us to feel so settled in the village.

Fantastic experience: We bought a house marketed via EweMove and found them professional, responsive, friendly, helpful and open. We were told about one potential negative about the house at the outset, but were given enough details to explain that it shouldn't be a problem. We appreciated that they told us then, rather than let us find out much later in the process. Definitely recommended.

Positive experience: It's hard to leave a much loved house after 20 years but Alex and the team smoothed the bumps. Not an easy time with all the pressures of a looming stamp duty deadline to add to all the other stresses of moving house. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and understood the local area well. All in all everything you can ask for from an estate agent

Fantastic experience: Jenna Hoare was an outstanding agent, just as we knew she would be when we first met her at a property viewing. We knew then that we wanted her to sell our house as she was so friendly, kind and enthusiastic. We were so impressed by her work ethic, accessibility and how responsive she was to our messages. She has also been well-liked by our buyer and vendor’s team, which has helped to smooth the process. So many thanks, Jenna and EweMove!

Fantastic experience: Ewe Move Cirencester did a great job from start to finish, a truly professional service. Like many others, we were on a Stamp Duty deadline which became very stressful when we encountered delays. Jenna went above and beyond to help move things along and get solicitors talking. I don't think we would have made it without her! She also helped me stay calm, by keeping me informed and being so proactive. I knew our sales progression was in safe hands and I can I highly recommend this agency. Thank you for everything. Vicky

Fantastic experience: Our experience of dealing with EweMove was extremely positive from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - we really couldn't have asked for more. Special mention must go to the wonderful Jenna!

Fantastic experience: EweMove were very professional and Alex was proactive in pushing the chain forward despite numerous challenges. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We changed our agent to Ewe Move after a very bad experience with the first agent. The difference could not have been more stark. Alex and his staff at Ewe Move delivered excellent communication, acted quickly and responsively to any enquiries and drove the marketing of our property forward. Can not thank you guys enough for all your hard efforts! Strongly recommended!!!!!

Fantastic experience: As a first time Landlord, I have found Alex and Jenna to be amazing. They are extremely helpful, responsive and very friendly to deal with. They answered all of my questions, took professional photographs of my properties, marketing them within days. Both properties had prospective tenants within days of the adverts being placed. I am really pleased I chose them for the Tenant find service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful service from Jenna Hoare. We have rented six properties since 2012 and EweMove have been the best Estate Agent that we have ever dealt with. Jenna was always punctual and efficient, responding almost instantly to all requests and helping us secure our new home as quickly as possible. Always friendly and thoughtful, they answered all our questions and even gave us a bottle of wine and an orchid as house-warming gifts! 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: A very professional experience, Alex kept us up to date with the sale of the property, I would thoroughly recommend Ewemove Estate Agents

Fantastic experience: Alex always got back to us very rapidly in response to queries, and made sure the purchase went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: A most professional firm and person I have ever dealt with. It was a pleasure dealing with Alex, apart from being professional his personal interest in both buyer and seller was exemplary

Fantastic experience: Alex was there at all the right points in the process and provided additional guidance when needed. A complete professional with a flexible and responsive approach to requirements.

Fantastic experience: Alex is a complete, no nonsense, professional. Responsive, polite, knowledgable, direct... Everything you would expect from a good agent. He managed to sell my property during the Covid19 lockdown, which was a difficult task. Hope to work with him again and can definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Alex was a complete pleasure to deal throughout our sale. From the first he was friendly , efficient, reliable and always highly professional. The promotion of our property including his excellent photographs and attention to detail was consistent over the whole process. He has simply been the best estate agent I have ever used and I have recommended him without any reservation. Our sale was not the easiest for a number of reasons and Alex was always responsive and resourceful in ensuring a positive outcome. Once again Alex, thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Having been very pleased with the excellent rental management sevice from Alex Jewhurst over the last couple of years, we had a decision to make when our tenants re-located to the North of England. We discussed our options with Alex and he suggested it could be a very good time to sell if we were interested in doing so now. We agreed that the timing was right for us and from that moment onwards Alex once again did everything we could ask for and more besides to find a buyer then ensure the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, keeping us well informed throughout and pro actively intervening if necessary to push through each stage to completion. Sue and I have absolutely no hesitation in thanking Alex for his professional, friendly and complete service and we would thoroughly recommend him to others for property rentals and sales. Thanks again Alex.

Fantastic experience: Alex has been such a great agent to purchase from. Unfortunately, the first attempt was unsuccessful through no fault of his, but throughout that first process he was always on hand answering calls and responding to messages and emails to keep me in the loop. The actual final purchase took less than 5 weeks from start to finish. He communicated with the seller and myself throughout, to ensure a smooth and successful purchase. I would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend him whether you are selling or buying. Thank you EweMove and Alex Dewhurst.

Fantastic experience: Lovely old pub with a fascinating interior, good beer and fabulous food. Very welcoming and excellent service, even on a busy New Year weekend.

Fantastic experience: Seamless experience! Hope to enlist their services again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Found a property I wanted to view. Made the initial request and I had a response back in minutes both txt and email (not automated I think). Arranged the viewing and was met by Jo at the property. Had excellent knowledge of the property and the local area. They take time to understand the property they are selling and the location the property is in. All questions answered in a very professional manner. Wish I had used them to sell my property!!

Fantastic experience: Viewed house. Very friendly website and Jo was also very lovely. Showed us a house and later sent video which was really helpful.

Fantastic experience: Alex is in a league of his own way above regular estate agents. He is the one who will show the potential purchasers around, not some uninformed deputy. He has ideas for creating extra value, provided a visit follow up video, weekly updates on the website hits and data on who had contacted him. He offered solutions to any issues or problems that potential purchasers raised, doing the research himself. He takes totally stunning photos way beyond what you would normally expect with terrific attention to detail. Above everything else he is very personably and you feel as though it is a friend who is acting on your behalf in what is one of the most important actions you ever take in life. We cannot recommend Alex too highly, indeed the owners of the house next to us at the time were massively impressed with the speed with which our property sold and are going to seek his services.

Fantastic experience: There's no other way of saying it, Alex is brilliant. He knows the property he is selling as well as the owners do...and he made some inspired suggestions about how to make the property even better. That personal touch makes all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Having viewed a house that Alex was selling with Ewemove, we decided to change to him after having no success with our previous estate agent. What a great decision that provided to be! Alex has a traditional touch, but with a modern approach – he gets to know your property, offers advice on improvements before it goes to market, takes professional level photography and gives you the attention to detail required to sell! I would highly recommend using Alex if you want someone to go the extra mile, is flexible and easy to communicate with!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish on both the sale of our house and purchase of the new house. What a refreshing change to deal with such a proactive, helpful and caring estate agency. Thank-you Alex!

Fantastic experience: I would definitely, without a doubt, work with Alex again in the future. He is by far the most approachable, honest and helpful estate agent we have used and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: Alex from Ewemove was fantastic in helping us sell our current home and purchase our new home!! I would recommend anyone wanting minimal fuss, great service and and timely responses to any issues that they use Ewemove.

Fantastic experience: "Alex provided outstanding advice and expertise throughout the process of selling our house and buying our new home. He was always available, and gave us his objective insight to enable us to achieve a great outcome. I would thoroughly recommend Alex and EweMove to anyone looking to sell their house in the area."

Fantastic experience: We used Alex at EweMove to sell our house, he was amazing. The details and photographs he prepared were brilliant and showed our house very well and accurately. He did all the viewing which meant we didn’t need to cancel or alter any plans we had during our sale. When we got an offer he took care of everything, all negotiations and kept a watchful eye on the progress of the sale, chasing when needed and was available on completion day for any help needed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Alex is flexible, professional and easy to communicate with. He provides a 24/7 friendly service, ensuring that you're completely up to date at all times. He sold our house, in a difficult market, ahead of lots of competition and managed offer to completion in 4 weeks. Definitely the way to go for busy sellers who need a better service than the outdated 9 til 5.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I couldn’t have asked for more from Alex at Ewemove, right from the start he was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, supportive and ultimately secured my sale. Highly recommended. Thank you Alex.

Fantastic experience: We would not hesitate to recommend Alex and EweMove Cirencester. Having previously signed up with a high street Estate Agent and been disappointed with the service, Alex was a breath of fresh air. He was very proactive in promoting our property, took fabulous photos and was very flexible in accommodating the times for viewings where he provided prompt and useful feedback after each one. When it came to the completion of our sale, Alex was tireless in supporting and chasing the chain to ensure everything went to plan and by the arranged date. If you’re looking for an Estate Agent that goes the extra-mile, then Alex is your man!

Fantastic experience: Alex at EweMove Cirencester is fantastic. Alex helped us sell our house at the end of last year. I was apprehensive about using an online agent but Alex offered a better service than any estate agent I’ve ever used before. He has a very calm and professional approach. Alex is a local chap so is always able to accommodate the viewings. He’d drop me a quick text update after the viewings which was easier for me rather than waiting on phone calls or emails. You don’t need a shop front to sell a house these days, you just need Alex at EweMove! I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Alex gave us a five star service throughout our house sale. Other agents were failing to get people to view and on our first weekend with EweMove we had 6 viewings booked which was amazing. Alex has a very charming and calming nature about him and you just knew from the start that your house sale was in the best hands possible.

Fantastic experience: Alex was a great help from start to finish in selling my flat but also with purchasing my new home which he was also the agent for. I have used other agents and they weren’t quite what I had hoped for, thankfully Alex was! I first met him when I viewed a property and loved the video he sent of the house afterwards, a great touch in helping to remember everything we had discussed. When he came to value my property he was very pragmatic, well researched and so I went with Ewemove. Alex kept in touch regularly and was always there when a question popped into my head. Thanks for all your help Alex…..not planning on moving from my lovely new home anytime soon but have happily recommended you to others.

Fantastic experience: Alex is simply the most professional and capable estate agent we have ever encountered, either buying or selling. He is equally passionate about houses and about customer service - his friendly, easy manner is complemented by his proactive, efficient and resourceful approach. Would we recommend him to help you sell a house? Yes! Would we recommend him to help you buy a house? Yes, just as emphatically! We cannot praise Alex highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Wow, Wow, Wow.......what a fantastic estate agent! I’ve bought and sold many houses but the attention to detail from Alex is outstanding. From initial contact to completion he provides the full package, keeping you informed all the way. I researched lots of estate agents and for me he is by far the best in the Cirencester area, his fees are more than competitive against other agents and it’s not often you can say that!! Thank you Alex for a professional but personnel service in the sale of my house. I would recommend EWE MOVE CIRENCESTER 100%, the service provided by ALEX JEWHURST is 5*****

Fantastic experience: Alex was great from start to finish. When we viewed a house he sent us a video recap with a commentary which was a great way to review the interior of the house. We were so impressed with the service that we changed estate agents to Ewe Move to sell our own property. We were kept up to date with progress every step of the way. Alex was very professional, proactive and helpful and we would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Alex goes above and beyond expectations. He's 100% professional but he's also friendly, enthusiastic and a true pleasure to deal with. He made us feel as though we were his only clients, and his photos and write-up showed our house at its gorgeous best - thus selling it quickly with ease to just the right people. We've moved abroad and as our sale completed after we'd left the UK, we were completely reassured and relieved to know that Alex was still taking care of it all for us. He took every potential stress out of the selling process, and I will continue to recommend him to all our friends and family in the area considering selling - or buying! If you want to have the absolute best agent and most positive, genuine person in the business selling your house and you're in the Cirencester area then I'm so happy for you because you've found him!!

Fantastic experience: 5 star review for Alex. Agents act for the seller, but this review is from a buyer. Alex worked professionally throughout and we particularly complimented him on his photography which showed off his clients property at its best. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to thank Alex for all his help with selling our property. Great photography skills!! Alex is very calm & professional and was always on hand when we needed him. We recommended him to our friends and they are very impressed as he sold their property within days! Alex and Ewemove really provided a personal touch and the new home welcome pack was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: 5 star service from a fantastic Estate Agent! We approached 3 local estate agents and by far Alex was the most professional, friendliest, knowledgeable and relaxed. This combination made for a stress free sale and purchase through Ewemove!! I have already recommended Alex to a friend and she has sold her house with Alex already too! You will not be let down if you chose Ewemove!

Fantastic experience: Alex from EweMove Cirencester has been amazing. He’s honest, reliable and his customer service skills are top notch! Not only did he sell our house within 6 weeks, but he also was there to advise on our new one. Other high street agencies have a lot to learn from Alex and EweMove. He kept us updated often and nothing was too much trouble. His photos are outstanding and the videos/live FB feeds are a great addition! What could’ve been a stressful experience has actually been rather enjoyable and if we ever need to sell again in the future then there is no one else I would go to. Thank you so much, Alex! From Raf, Philly and your little mate Buddy (he’ll miss you popping in!)

Fantastic experience: I used Alex from Ewemove when I finally decided to put my house on the market. Having been dithering for a couple of years whether I should move, I am so pleased that I decided to use Alex. He was fantastic! He explained all the processes, kept me informed throughout, was professional and available 7 days a week, evenings as well. (I found when trying to buy a house even finding an estate agent that worked beyond midday on Saturday was difficult!) I cannot sing Alex's praises enough. I just wish that he covered a wider area as I know without a doubt he would be my first choice when I make my next move.

Fantastic experience: We have just completed the sale of our property which has been in the capable hands of Alex Jewhurst at EweMove Cirencester. Alex remained calm, courteous & communicative throughout, despite the pressures & demands of the process.

Fantastic experience: EweMove provide me with an excellent management service for my two rental properties. I moved away from my existing agents to EweMove because I needed someone to fully manage tenant engagement, a smooth handover, and to be pro-active in signing my tenants up for a longer contract. I couldn't of asked for a better involvement in this process. Alex continues to be professional, and goes to all lengths to cater for both mine and our/my customers needs.

Fantastic experience: Alex. He was extremely helpful, approachable and most of all didn't try to force a sale on us.

Fantastic experience: Alex showed us around a property Ewemove were marketing. Wow, what a professional, I wish all agents were like him. He new the property inside and out, no need to glance at the sales literature to talk us through it (unlike an agent from a corporate agency who read the details of a nearby property to us like a robot). Alex was friendly and courteous throughout the visit, and produced a video afterwards of the property customised to our feedback and interests in the property - that was a really useful video we could look back on afterwards - when you're looking at properties you tend to forget the smaller details which can often make you reconsider a property when you've seen a few. Thanks Alex, great job!
