Negative experience: Having started really well, Halliday dropped the price of the property due to competition in the same building, and then flat-refused to raise it again once that property has sold. When we requested that it be restored they threatended to end the contract, see attached image. If we're charged for contract terminaiton there will be a complaints going to the ombudsman. They also inisisted on taking down the listing for 3 months to "reset" it so it would "rise back up to the top" of the listings, failing to notice that it was already the very first result when seatching for "flat for sale" in the location. Not great.

From the very beginning through to a successful sale, their communication was impeccable, keeping me informed and involved throughout the entire process. In watching homes appear on the market, anything that caught my eye tended to be through HH, so when we started our search in earnest, we visited the Linlithgow office to start our journey.
