Fantastic experience: Homes4Harogate provide excellent property management service at a better price than the other big letting brand names. Do not think that because they are a smaller company they cannot provide the same quality, having experienced several other agents I can confirm Homes4Harrogate provide a far better service. I have two property’s on let, Homes4Harogate were able to provide advice and guidance on things before they became serious issues, saving me money and hassle, something that the larger providers all offer but never follow through on. Unlike the large letting agents that use centralised national call centres miles away and do not visit or know your property (the office staff in the local branch do not deal with your property they are sales staff only). Homes4Harrogate are the actual agents dealing with my property, they personally know my property and if any serious issues arise they can and do physically visit. The large agency’s also use other call centre services for repair jobs, they do not deal with and explain problems direct to contractors and they are tied to use set contractors who then charge you over inflated costs. Homes4Harrogate use local contractors and get realistic quotes they also speak to the contractor who is doing the job and can explain what is needed. Having experienced other letting agents, I would rate Homes4Harrogate in a completely different league. Sarah and her team are a much needed revolution in letting agents.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Sarah to anyone! she made the whole moving process really easy and any queries we had she got back to us straight away. She does such a fab job and is very informative.

Fantastic experience: If you are currently letting a property and are underwhelmed by your current agent or thinking of letting your 1st property and want helpful guidance and advice, Sarah should be your 1st port of call. I happily refer my clients to her and receive nothing but positive feedback.

Fantastic experience: I’ve met Sarah on several occasions at different property seminars where she was either attending or hosting. Sarah’s knowledge is exceptional, she shared a great level of detailed knowledge to myself and other landlords. Sarah is very friendly and approachable and what really stands out is her passion for property and how she operates differently to the usual high street agency, I’m sure her tenants are very happy in the hands of Sarah.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been renting out our little terraced house for over 15 years. In that time we’ve tried pretty much all the letting agents in Harrogate but always felt underwhelmed by the service we’ve received (which on some occasions is putting it mildly!). However, Sarah sticks with you through the whole process from start to finish, is very knowledgeable, professional and delivers... It’s been 2 months since our new tenants moved in and we’re very happy with them and they seem very happy with our property. Homes4Harrogate will be our go-to letting agent from now on

Fantastic experience: We recently changed agents due to a bad experience with our previous tenants and decided a fresh start would be the best solution for us. Homes4harrogate came highly recommended and we our very happy with our decision. Sarah has reassured us and got our confidence back as landlords. She has acted professionally and quickly, whilst staying approachable at all times. We are so pleased to have happy tenants!

Fantastic experience: As a prospective tenant, Sarah is professional, friendly and doesn't try to force anything on you. Homes4Harrogate have the lowest tenant fees of anyone in the area for exactly the same if not better service. I would much prefer to go with Homes4Harrogate than anyone else given the choice and I hope they do well.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and courteous business going above and beyond the call of service. Fantastic properties in great locations. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. From viewings just a day after we initially made contact, to helping us get moved in within 10 days of initial viewing, and even finding us a property we’d missed during our initial online search (which ended up being the one we moved into) her service was personable, knowledgable, and best of all the fees were for the property, not per person, which meant my new flatmate and I could split it and save ourselves some money too. There’s no better agent in Harrogate!

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely astounded by the commitment Sarah puts into her clients and her work, I messaged her business Facebook page (very last minute) asking for a viewing the next day on two of her properties, from experiences I’ve had with other letting agents I was expecting to hear back with news that she couldn’t accommodate, but her response was quick and positive! She even recommended a third property which I had missed during my internet search, this property was perfect for what we wanted and ended up being our chosen one! During the viewings we felt relaxed and well looked after, Sarah was able to answer all of our questions and allowed us the space to wander the properties without pressure. We wanted to move quickly with securing our chosen property so that we didn’t miss out, Harrogate is notorious for properties being snapped up in super quick time and Sarah did everything she could to help move the process along. Her fee’s are very reasonable and unlike normal estate agents they are priced per property not per person. We are now due to move into the property and I have to say it’s been the most pleasant and quickest experience of moving House I have ever had! With just a week and a half between viewing and moving, I don’t think the process could have been quicker if we tried. Absolutely perfect in every way and I have already started to reccomend Home4harrogate to anyone I know who’s talked about moving House!
