Entwistle Green Estate Agents Burnley

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant estate agents, would recommend 100%. Gary and Sarah have been amazing all the way through selling our home, Keeping us updated and informed all the way through the process. All I can say is thank you, you’re absolutely fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Morgan was the 5th estate agent I spoke to in a row (from different companies), but she was the first to actually listen to me, to actively support me with what I was looking for without any pressure whatsoever. As a result, I have booked the 4 viewings with your company and not proceeded with potentially better properties with other agents. I want you to understand that Morgan's manner was the sole reason why I have chosen Enwhistle Green over the other agencies.

Fantastic experience: We have recently sold a house using the Entwistle Green Burnley team. From start to finish they have made the process straightforward and delivered on everything they said they would. Sarah was great and communicated with us throughout the journey, but if she wasn’t available when we rang the whole team were extremely helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending them, thanks for your help

Fantastic experience: Gary & his team were efficient, friendly and helpful. They kept in contact with us regularly during the sale of our property. The photos/video were excellent and we would definitely recommend this Estate Agent.

Fantastic experience: Great service.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Gary & Sarah at Entwistle Green in Burnley. They are highly professional, organised and great at handling sales.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent service from Entwistle Green for the sale of our parents house. Gary and Sarah were particularly informative as we had a few problems with the buyer. They kept us up-to-date with developments and in the end provided a seamless exchange. I would definitely recommend Entwistle Green if you are planning on selling or buying a house.

Fantastic experience: We have just sold our father’s house after he passed away and the Entwistle Green team, especially Sarah & Gary have been amazing! Sarah even remembered to wish me a happy birthday on the day after me mentioning the date several weeks early (such a small gesture, but what a big impact). From the evaluation through to completion they kept us fully up to date every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, empathy, and overall excellent Service, not once did we have to chase them for anything. I would highly recommend their services. It has been sad having to sell our childhood home but Sarah, Gary and the rest of the team have made it just that little bit easier. So happy we chose Entwistle Green. Thank you so much guys!

Fantastic experience: Sarah and Gary from the Burnley office were extremely informative, helpful and professional in assisting us with the sale of our property. I would highly recommend Entwistle Green .

Fantastic experience: Great experience from Gary. He was very professional and prompt with his service.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review We’ve just sold our house through this fantastic estate agent and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. A huge thank you to Sarah, who went above and beyond to secure the best possible price for our property. Her communication, guidance, and professionalism were second to none. Gary the manager and valuer was brilliant — knowledgeable, honest and spot-on with his advice. And a big shoutout to Sam and Jade, who handled the viewings with such friendliness and professionalism, keeping us updated every step of the way. The whole team worked seamlessly together, making the process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. An excellent experience from an excellent team!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from start to finish. Despite being 3–4 hours away from Burnley, the team kept me fully informed and reassured throughout the sale of my investment property. Viewings started even before the property was listed on Rightmove, and we received multiple offers quickly — with one accepted within weeks. Special thanks to Sarah Watson for her excellent communication and follow-up with solicitors. Highly recommended! Said Mezher

Fantastic experience: We've used Entwistle Green on two occasions now - to buy our first home in 2019, and to buy and sell earlier this year - and they've been excellent! They are always friendly and professional, helped us with any queries, and made sure we were kept informed throughout the whole process. Gary and Sam in particular were fantastic this time round! We would definitely recommend, and will use them again if we ever move.

Fantastic experience: Gary and the team did a brilliant job for us. From getting the house on the market quickly to dealing with enquiries throughout they were thorough and swift. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Would like to thank Gary for his hard work. We got three different valuations for our property and Gary valued it the highest compared to the other two. He gave us the confidence that we could get what we wanted for our home, and if it wasn’t for Gary we might not have put our house up for sale, based on the other two companies. Our house sold after 24 hours of putting it up for sale. The other estate agents valued it 40k less. Our sale and purchase took a while to complete, which was no fault of Entwistle Green, but throughout this time Gary kept us updated throughout. We are now very happy in our new home. Cheers Gary! Richard, Cheryl and Eliza

Fantastic experience: Entwistle Green have been great i would highly recommend them. Gary and team have been very helpful, efficient and friendly. Not to mention they sold my house quickly and at the asking price. Compared with other agents i spoke to, it was apparent that Entwistle Green (Gary) new the area well , had confidence in the market that comes with experience and thus valued the property accordingly so that it was a win win for me as a seller and the buyer. Thank you Gary and Team :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing people and very thoughtful, especially Gary Trappe who found us the perfect buyer right away. Extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout the entire process. I would give 6 stars, if it was possible. I greatly recommend Entwistle Green, Burnley branch.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, friendly service. Always quick to respond to any questions. I would happily deal with them again. Thank you.

Negative experience: Terrible service. I recently bought a property where Entwistle Green were the selling agents and throughout the process of submitting offers I had to chase them and they do not return phone calls when they say they would. Finally completed on the property and they have left the old home owner with a set of keys to my new property. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Estate Agency. From the first phone call I made through to selling my home in just a few weeks Gary, Sarah and Sam have all been professional, fantastic and supportive. Thank you all so much

Fantastic experience: From the outset through to completion Gary and his team at the Burnley branch were very professional, friendly and efficient. They managed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home efficiently. It took 13 days from seeing Gary in our home to sell our house and buy our new home. Then a little over three months to complete, the team members kept us updated at all times and were approachable if we had any questions. Well done to all the team, we cannot fault them and we were amazed by the extra mile they went to make the process smooth. Also, the fees were very reasonable compared to other agents. We highly recommended Entwistle Green. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: We recently bought and sold with Entwistle Green in Burnley. From start to finish they couldn't have been more helpful. Outstanding, professional and efficient throughout, I cant recommend them highly enough. Absolutely brilliant team.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I moved to Ireland in December last year and Entwistle were managing the sale of our property. We already had a buyer before we left. The first buyer, a consortium, messed me about for several months and Entwistles did their best to press them into completing the sale, the only thing they didn't try was carrier pigeon. I was finally advised that I should relist my property, which I did and Entwistle's, I am glad to say, blacklisted the consortium as a result. Even with a flagging property market they managed to get me another offer on par with the one I had previously got, at the beginning of August and I have just completed. I would like to thank them for all their hard work and perseverance, with a special mention to Carla, Sarah and Gary, who put up with my constant barrage of emails

Positive experience: Entwistle Green have been very helpful and friendly , especially our dealings with Carla. Would recommend buying a property from them .

Fantastic experience: We had previously tried 2 other agents without success, then took our house off the market. We then tried Entwistle Green and within 5 days had a potential buyer. Throughout the sale period EG were very pro-active, providing an excellent service, keeping us fully up to date with progress and also calling us to see if we had any queries or problems. They dealt efficiently with queries as they arose and final completion was achieved within 3 months. In addition, fees were reasonable compared with other agent's quotes. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have had various dealings with Carla Appleby @ Entwistle Green Burnley over the last few months and I cannot recommend her highly enough, Professional, warm and friendly, highly efficient and always looking for the best outcomes for her clients.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Entwistle Green for letting out my property and I could not recommend them enough. I worked with Sharon, the lettings manager and found her very professional and also listened to my questions and concerned and worked closely with me ensuring a smooth service was delivered. She is very approachable and provides a lot of information, she is knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely use this business again.

Negative experience: Clueless!! Wasn't wrong information 3 timed after explaining for over 20mins on calls. Still didn't get it right. One of the properties they advertising was used as a dumping ground, they took no action. Would have given a zero rating but there is no option but to award a 1 star rating.

From the initial valuation through to the completion of the sale of the property Gary was always there & very quickly dealt with any issues that arose.

Fantastic experience: We chose Entwistle Green to auction a property after a family bereavement. The nearest relative lived some 20 miles away and we relied on E.W. to show people around etc. Everything was done very professionally, we were kept well informed at every stage and the outcome exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I chose Entwistle Green to sell my property due to the passion and enthusiasm of Gary when he came to the property. He promised to get it sold and he did - for the full asking price. Throughout the transaction Gary and Sarah kept me informed and took a personal interest in me and my family - a lovely touch not always found in this sector. I would highly recommend Entwistle Green to anyone looking for a professional and friendly estate agent offering a great service at a realistic price.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Carla in the Burnley office and credit where it's due- her mannerism, efficiency, honesty and knowledge about the properties that she showed me was amazing. I especially loved how she was so insightful about the current market and was just genuine through and through. Thank you so much Carla, you have been a massive support in my home buying journey!

Fantastic experience: Gary (and Sarah) was always helpful and honest which was much appreciated whilst we were trying to achieve exchange of contracts. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls. His professionalism contrasted with others I had the misfortune to encounter during the transaction. (He was acting for the person we were buying the house from, hence no comment re good value.)

Fantastic experience: Gary and his team were fantastic in the sale of my property, they were always on hand to help with any support I needed and were upfront about costs and there were no hidden charges. Although Entwistle Green were a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, the service I received was A1 and the photographer they sent to my house was experienced and knowledgeable, thus the photos they put on Rightmove and Zoopla were very good meaning that I was inundated with viewers which eventually led to me receiving the price that I wanted for my property. I sold my house in around 8 weeks with Entwistle Green and would highly recommend their services as opposed to some of their cheaper competitors, who I am sure would be unable to match the quality of service. Thanks again Gary!

They succeeded in selling my house where others had failed due in the main to unprofessional processes and communications. The estate agent's own recommended conveyancers were also amazing - due mainly to the efficiency of Amirah who kept me informed and updated at every stage of the process. Thanks Gary!
